• AmiTravel (7/5): Nice location, not so nice room - Nice location, inside a food hub. This is a good place if you want to avoid touristy areas and enjoy the local vibe. Room was setup in the attic, with small windows and smelling cigarette smoke. So a big NO for those with children.

В номере не было ни одной вешалки, весь гель для душа из дозатора был на полу. Окна в номере не закрываются, поэтому весь шум на улице слышно. С парковкой очень сложно.
• Didier (1/5): Accueil déplorable par le site - L'emplacement semblait bon. La conversation avec la personne de l'hôtel qui figure d'ailleurs dans le chat de booking. La personne a été exécrable, désagréable à tel point que j'ai même annulé mon séjour. J'ai été contraint de passer 9h dans l'aéroport à cause d'elle et à cause de frais caché comme une navette qui coûte 60 € soit 3 fois le prix de la chambre qui était à 20 €. C'est une honte. D'ailleurs je vous ai demandé le remboursement qu'ils ont refusé mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse de votre part. Merci de votre retour en urgence

• Nikolay (2/5): Deeply Unethical: Lied to me, resold my room, kept my money - They serve a very basic breakfast, but it's better than not having breakfast at all. I arrived at ~2 AM after flight delays, expecting a bed I’d already paid for. Instead, at reception I was told my reservation was canceled by Booking.com and that the cancellation fee was fully held by Booking. After contacting Booking, they confirmed both statements were false: - The reservation was canceled by the property (marked as no‑show due to late arrival). - The full cancellation fee was charged by the hotel. The hotel refused to accommodate me (they resold my room). I had to pay €30 to sleep at another hotel across the street. When Booking confirmed that the reservation was canceled by the hotel, I asked the hotel whether it was fair to charge me and resell the same room. The hotel’s messages called it “procedure,” told me to “do your best,” and later blocked me on WhatsApp. On Booking.com messaging, they even denied reselling the room. Facts: - Misinformation at check‑in: staff told me Booking.com canceled and held the money — not true. - Double monetization of the same night: the hotel kept my cancellation fee and sold the room to someone else. - Contradictory and disrespectful communication: “Do your best,” blocking on WhatsApp, and inconsistent claims. - Zero empathy or problem‑solving: no apology for misleading information; they even initially did not allow me to use breakfast the next morning (the other hotel did not offer breakfast). I paid twice to sleep once (cancellation fee to this hotel + €30 to another hotel). This was the worst customer care I’ve experienced: untruthful, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I have screenshots of all conversations with the property confirming who canceled and who received payment. If you choose this hotel for overnight stays near IST Airport and may arrive around midnight - do not book here. There’s no flexibility, and you risk paying and not getting a room. This behavior - reselling rooms while keeping cancellation fees and lying to guests - is completely unacceptable for an airport hotel

• Anastasiia (5/5): Полный дискомфорт в проживании - Чистота Шумная дорога рядом, в номере очень было холодно (на улице +3, в номере показывало +11, мы лежали в куртках в кровати!), батареи включили только после того как обратились на ресепшен, кондиционер почему-то на отопление не работал. Отель почему-то отменил бронь заявив, что гость не заехал, хотя я писала в объект размещения заранее, что у меня задержан рейс и я буду поздно, потом почему-то мне позвонили в 12:00 с вопросом о чекауте, хотя я бронировала на 2 ночи и у меня отъезд был только на следующий день. К сожалению, было много неприятных моментов и хорошую оценку объекта поставить очень затруднительно.
• Cakar (8/5): Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Für eine Nacht, hat es total ausgereicht. - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Top Lage und ist nicht weit weg vom Flughafen. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber für uns 2 hat es total gereicht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich unten in der Lobby. Ich habe gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück war sehr lieblos, kalt und nicht frisch. Die Lobby ist sehr klein und eng, so dass man da nicht kurz sitzen kann. Unsere Karte für das Zimmer funktionierte mehrmals nicht, wir mussten 2 mal das Personal hoch bitten, um uns zu helfen.

• Eduard (1/5): - Останавливался с супругой между рейсами на две ночи. Проплатил заранее. По итогу поселили в другой отель. Предоставили номер шириной 2 метра 20 см. без окон. Похож на переделанную кладовку. Удивлен сервису Booking. Буду теперь пользоваться другим сервисом при бронировании. Оценить номер не имею возможности, потому что я не жил там за что проплатил.

When we arrived, they said they canceled the reservation because it was no-show, as we didn't arrive before midnight. And when we asked to have our room as a new reservation, they said it was full. All of this, at 5 am in the morning, when we already paid for our night, but we found ourselves in the street. And the staff are not helpful at all.

• Vladimir Tchountoulov (1/5): Awful experience - Nothing. I had a reservation for double room/single occupancy (22 m2) but was offered a very small room (max 9 m2) with a short (180 cm) bed. I’m 191 cm tall. But the biggest problem was the broken balcony door that couldn’t be closed. I have a picture of it. It was cold and VERY noisy in the room (I also have a video). I was told that the door can be repaired in the morning and that the hotel is fully booked and this is the last room. I insisted to talk to the Manager of the hotel. After explaining him the situation on the phone and telling him that I would contact www.booking.com and write a negative review for the hotel, he said that he does not care about my problems, about www.booking,com and about my reviews. I was proposed to receive back the money for the reservation and to find another hotel. At 09:30 p.m., with a next flight next morning, it was not an option to start looking for a new place and I stayed in cold and noisy room.
• Zhi (3/5): - Hit and miss. it is in a decent location on the m11, 10min walk, and 10mins away from the airport, or the h6 bus stops one block away, making it perfect for an overnight layover. The first room I was given didn’t have any sheets changed, had no windows, and was flooded. The second room was much nicer, with rooftop terrace and actually clean. Didn’t get the chance to try breakfast as I had an early flight, but reviews are correct in that wifi is extremely poor.

• Maryam (5/5): - Clean room. Asked for bassinet for baby. Was already in room when we reach Towels should be kept in washroom or place to hang towels in washroom. There should be noise reduction curtains as that area is very busy. Ac was not working and room was warm. Shuttle service is very slow when coming from Airport we waited for about an hour to get into shuttle. Its okay to take shuttle to reach airport.
• Ivan (8/5): Отличный вариант для ночевки перед следующим полетом - Очень хороший вариант за свои деньги, удобно добраться от аэропорта, отличный вариант для транзитного отеля между рейсами! Остановка рядом с отелем, мягкая кровать в номере. Рядом много кафе. Единственное имейте ввиду, оплата идет не через букинг, а на месте физической картой. Карта служит на букинге, только как гарантия вашего заезда. Очень шумно, находится отель на шумной улице. Завтрак скромный, но учитывая цену отеля, это приятное дополнение. В моем номере не закрывалось окно, поменяли номер без проблем.

• Sandra (10/5): Great place for long layover or canceled flight - Location of hotel - 8min walk from Arnavutköy metro station so reaching accommodation after landing is the fastest and most affordable for the quality it offers. Neighborhood where hotel is located is vivid and full of all sort of shops, especially food shops, so eating won't be a problem. Locals are very friendly and want to help. Price for the room - you won't get better and cleaner accommodation with breakfast for that money - great, tasty, diverse breakfast with local ingredients - buffet type. Such rarity today. Hospitality of all personel - from receptionist to cleaning and cooking ladies - just good word from my side. Place is clean, rooms are well kept and updated, bed firm and comfortable, equipped with new ceiling aircon, excellent breakfast included, respectful stuff. If you don't mind hearing some noise during daytime, or hear traffic down the street, you won't regret booking this hotel. Just to be clear, this place isn't Taksim square, so no night going out. During the night location is quite, it's not city center. For me it worked, I will take it again if needed for long layover. -

В номере есть холодильничек, тапки. Номер маловат, но на одного человека норм, для двоих уже мало. Завтрак включен, но я не ела, только сходила посмотреть. выглядит нормально, бюджетно Окна выходят на улицу и даже с закрытыми окнами шумно, т.к. движение на улице большое.

• Laurent (6/5): - Gentillesse du personnel Placé sur une artère très bruyante, le prix du transfert (25 euros) pour 15 minutes de trajet est plus cher que la chambre, le mini bus avait 15 à 20 minutes de retard (il a été reservé à l'heure ou nous devions partir) et a fait un détour pour prendre une autre personne dans un autre hôtel. Résultat, nous avons failli raté notre avion.

• ANDREI (7/5): - Нет. Завтрак очень маленький. Не было в номере туалетной бумаги, за ней пришлось дополнительно обращаться на ресепшн. Много перегоревших лампочек было в номере и, особенно, в ванной.

• Askhieab (10/5): Я обязательно вернусь сюда снова! - Очень приятный отель. Персонал очень хороший и добрый. Местоположение отличное! Вокруг отеля есть всё необходимое. Плюс к этому станция метро находится неподалеку. Я спокойно за 10 мин дошел до нее пешком.

• Caro0o (7/5): Nice room but extremly noisy - We got a free room-upgrade and the room was very spacious, the beds comfortable and the stuff was extremly kind and welcoming. The floor was pretty dirty; but really bad was the street down the window. We did not sleep the whole night cause it was extremly noisy, cars horning all night long. Not a fault of the hotel, but it's part od the stay there. For us, the noises were horrible. Even with earplugs.

• EVGENY (4/5): - Близость к аэропорту. В связи с тем что я бронировал номер для отдыха между перелетами, я заблаговременно запросил большую двуспальную кровать, отель заранее подтвердил мою просьбу. По факту меня заселили в номер с 1 односпальной кроватью, сославшись на отсутствие свободных номеров. Номер не понравился, отсутствовали дверные ручки в ванной комнате, не было крючков чтобы повесить полотенца. Очень шумная вентиляция и прокуренный номер оставили неприятные впечатления. После моего заселения и оплаты за номер, отель отменил мою бронь на букинге. Крайне не рекомендую.
• Артем (9/5): Буду в Стамбуле снова здесь останавлюсь - Очень милый отель. Расположен недалеко от конечной станции метро, в городке Арнавуткёй, вдали от шумной суеты Стамбула. Очень легко из Нового аэропорта IST доехать на метро и отсюда же в сам Стамбул. Удобно также ходить в магазины, дёнерную и кофейню, в целом можно погулять по Арнавуткёй, тоже хороший городок. Очень впечатлен вежливым и дружелюбным персоналом, особенно Алтан - улыбчивый парень, хорошо говорит по-английски и немного знает русский. В целом свежий, чистый и хороший номер, хорошо отдыхается. Есть телевизор с кабельным, Нетфликсом и Ютубом, бесплатный W-FI. Завтрак сытный, но не ждите забитый под завязку шведский стол. Единственное, что немного смутило это проблемы с вентиляцией. С улицы из кафе или соседнего номера доносились запах курева (турки курят где хотят, ахах). Не люблю запах дешевого табака в огромном количестве.
