Jimbert (5/5): Überhitztes Zimmer durch defekte Heizung; Lage dezentral; Zimmer sauber und top ausgestattet. - Gepflegtes Hotel. Das Zimmer inkl. Badezimmer war tiptop sauber – vielen Dank an das Reinigungspersonal! Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war super: Leselampen am Bett, Wasserkocher, kleine Teeauswahl und Kühlschrank. Die Metrostation ist fußläufig erreichbar. Beim Betreten des Zimmers erfasste mich eine enorme Hitzewelle; Grund war die defekte Fußbodenheizung, die sich nicht ausstellen ließ. Stellenweise verbrannte ich mir fast die Füße. An der Rezeption hatte man mich nicht darüber informiert oder sich entschuldigt. Der Reparaturdienst sollte jeden Tag aufs Neue kommen, tat er aber nicht. Eine Entschädigung von Seiten des Hotels gab es auf Nachfrage nicht; gegen so etwas sollte das Hotel jedoch versichert sein. Abgesehen davon liegt das Hotel etwas dezentral und das Frühstück war vergleichsweise schmal und leider nicht in Buffetform angeboten.

Genel olarak kötü diyemem ama geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri var. Fiyat performans işletmesi ..... Otel dolu olmasina ragmen tüm gün sadece 1 personel calisiyor. Bir ihtiyac oldugunda calisan resepsiyonu birakip yardimci olamuyor. WC kagidi icin iki gun arka arkaya resepsiyonu aramak zorunda kaldik ve inip kendimizin resepsiyondan almasi gerekti cunku calisan arkadaş tek başına olduğu için oradan ayrilamiyormuş. Odalar günlük sadece talep edersek temizleniyormuş giriste bu bilgi bize verilmedi. Her otelde oldugu gibi gunluk temizlenip tedarik edilmesi gereken ihtiyaclar tedarik edilmiyor yani.

BRAHIM (10/5): Good and confortable - La chambre est spacieuse. Bien equipée. On m’a surclassé et fourni une chambre avec jacouzi sans supplement. On m’a offert aussi le petit déjeuner. L’accés à l’hotel est difficile à partir de la station Metrobus Acibadem. L’hotel se trouve au sommet d’une colline. Accés à pieds tres difficile surtout si avec bagage. Prévoir taxi, uber, voiture pour arriver à l’hotel.

Mahmut Esat (10/5): Alles super - Sehr schöne, moderne Anlage. Betten komfortabel, Sanitärräume sehr gepflegt. Bis ins kleine Detail alles durchdacht. Das beste war, dass unser Zimmer upgegrated wurde. Der Aussicht war somit unvergesslich. Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Bin oftmals in Istanbul. In Zukunft wird diese Anlage mein erster Wahl sein.
Taylor (8/5): - I was lucky to get a room with a good view on the third floor, and the sunsets over the ocean there were really fabulous to watch - they made the stay worthwhile. It was a shame that when I decided to extend because I was feeling so pleased with the outlook, I went online, paid a little bit extra to have the same room, but then a pretty staff girl downstairs insisted I owed her cash to retain the same room. I suspect it went in her pocket. But who knows. If you appreciate a good view, it's a good spot. Just mind the staff.

Alice (4/5): Did the job but not the best service. - Reception is nice Room was really smelly & bugs everywhere. I went there for surgery and wasn’t mobile. I called the restaurant to order food at 4pm and they said to call reception to order. I phoned reception and they said to call the restaurant. Back and fourth until the restaurant said they would call me back & put the phone down. I waited until 6pm and no call. Called reception and they said they couldn’t help me, I told them I wasn’t able to leave my room due to surgery and I was really hungry but they just didn’t care. Anyway, if you’re going to Istanbul for surgery and relying on room service do not go here.

Sergey (1/5): Отпуск испорчен - Вид с балкона В коридоре на 4 этаже освещение мигало как в фильмах ужаса. Перед дверью в номер 403 стояло 2 мусорных ведра, которые закрывали дырку в стене. В душе тошнотворно воняло из труб! Из туалетных принадлежностей была только туалетная бумага и разбавленное водой жидкое мыло - как в общественных туалетах. Гидромассажная ванна не была помыта. После того как я включил массаж из трубок вылетели хлопья и клок волос (точно не мои - я лысый) - это было отвратительно. Утром нас разбудил шум ремонта в соседнем номере. Завтрак был очень скромным: из мясного было 2 тонких кусочка колбасы. На следующий день было всё тоже самое, только один кусочек сыра заменили неспелым мандарином. В районе отеля нет никаких магазинов. Мы не стали тратить своё время и съехали после второй ночи. Администратор только и сказала, что по политике отеля деньги за оставшиеся ночи не вернут. Отель не стоит своих денег, не рекомендую!
Arzu (4/5): - Es ist ein Hotel top Aussicht. Es ist wunderschön die Aussicht morgens und abends, aber leider war die Dusche nicht so angenehm von der Sicht. Müsste dringend renoviert werden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut. Und den Essbereich könnte man bisschen mehr Ambiente dazu fügen.

Semih (2/5): - Otel odası temiz değildi. Odada kesif bir gider kokusu vardı. Havlular pisti, talep ederek değiştirdik ancak gelenlerin de mevcut olandan farkı yoktu. Nevresim takımları da temiz değildi. Genel olrak çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık.
Basak (6/5): - Odanın temizliği iyi değildi. Banyoda tualet kagıtları yarım, duş başlığı bozuk, yerler ıslaktı. Manzara mükemmelken camlar çok kirliydi. Jakuziliin durumu gerçekten kötü. Böyle bi hizmet veriyorlarsa bakımlarına dikkat edilmedi!
Mohamed (6/5): It's alright nothing special - Decent hotel if you want to visit the new Tower it's at walking distance and there's a shisha cafe around the corner. Not much else however. Bedding was mouldy and service was just okay.

Brewer (8/5): A little gem - The room was nice and pleasant. With plenty of room. Aircon was good and the view of the city was great The blinds didn't keep the room completely dark. Could have done with some instant coffee for coffee lovers.
Jihane (7/5): - El hotel estaba bien pero el restaurante era espectacular la comida estaba muy rica con unos precios razonables y el personal de restaurante atento y muy amable. El hotel estaba bien lo único que no me ha gustado es que los gatos a las 6 de la mañana empiezan a pelear y maullar y no te dejan dormir tranquilo.
Mehmet ali (10/5): Mükemmel bir konaklama istiyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. - Tesisin konumu mükemmel, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve bi sorun olduğunda çözüm odaklılar. Gayet kibar ve anlayışlı şekilde tatilimizin güzel geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yaptılar. 2. Kez kaldım. Bir daha İstanbul a gezmeye gitsem yine tercih ederim Beğenmediğim tarafı yok.

TC (1/5): - Nichts Sehr steil, schlechte Lage, unfreundliches Persoal, 1 Woche aufenthalt nicht Einmal wurde die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Jeden Tag dreckige Tassen im Zimmer. Duscharmatur kaputt. Kleiderschrank ohne Griff. Nicht zu empfehlen nie wieder!!!

Ibrahim (3/5): Bad hotel but in a good location - Location The staff there was this female and n the front desk absolutely useless did not help up at all and was not welcoming to us. The property was under construction the room location was bad. There was poor lighting on corridor. Bed sheets get changed once every 2 days only even when we requested there is only one plug it’s either the kettle or the fridge. The fridge did not work.

Recep Samet (2/5): Kötü - Sıcak su yok. İlgilenecek personel yok. Resepsiyonda kimse yok. Sabah 5 ten itibaren tadilat vardı otelde. Uyku uyuyamadık. Matkap sesleri saat 10 a kadar devam etti
Marius (2/5): Very poor - I chose the hotel because it was very close to my morning work meeting and with good google and booking rating. The first surprise was that breakfast is served late, only from 08:00. The staircase is dusty, like just after construction work. The rooms are also dirty, you can see my feet in the photo. We found an old jar under the bed. There are no hangers in the wardrobe, I asked the reception to bring a couple. They promised to bring them, but guess what - they didn't. In the evening until 23:00 there is loud music from the restaurant next door. The only positive things are the low price and a pretty good breakfast.

Orhan (10/5): Muhteşem manzara - Muhteşem manzaraya sahip bir odada konaklama yapmanın ayrıcalığı. Oda genel itibari ile temiz. Yastıklar biraz tozlu muhtemel çünkü gece burun tıkanıklığı yaşadım. Kahvaltı tabağı gayet yeterli ve kaliteliydi. Genel itibari ile çok memnun ayrıldık.
seyma (10/5): - Elit Bosphorus Hotel’de konaklamamdan çok memnun kaldım. Odalar konforlu ve temiz, hizmet ise kusursuzdu. Özellikle Onur Bey’in misafirperverliği ve profesyonelliği konaklamamı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. İstanbul’da konforlu ve huzurlu bir konaklama arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

PINAR (10/5): F/p - 8 gece kaldım rahat ettiğim bir yer oldu. İnternet çok hızlıydı. Duş başlığı sıkıntılıydı.
Mustafa (8/5): Tavsiye ederim - Konum ve manzara olarak güzel bir otel. Ancak, bacağında yürüme sıkıntısı olan çocuğumuz ile otele giriş çıkışta oldukça zorlandık. Çok fazla ve dik yapıdaki merdivenler engelli veya yaşlılar için pek uygun değil. Onun dışında temizlik ve diğer konaklama hizmetleri yeterli. Genel olarak memnun kaldık.

Verified traveler (8/5): Yolu yorucu - Otele giderken 15 dakikalık yokuş çıkmak zorundasınız yorucu oluyor. Araba varsa daha iyi olur. Resepsiyondaki erkek çalışan çok umursamazdı. Uyumak ve duş almak dışında oda kullanılmadı o yüzden başka bir şey diyemiyorum otel hakkında. Bir daha tercih etmeyiz muhtemelen o da yolu yüzünden

Fatih (2/5): - Ich weiss nicht ob es ein fehler von der Rezeption war aber haben ein zimmer bekommen die wirklich sehr eng, schmutzig war. Hatten nicht mal ein kleiderhaken so dass wir unser jacken auf den boden zwischen bed und wand liegen lassen müssten. Kein TV Anschluss gar nichts. Bei der check out wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Mädchen uns die falsche Zimmer gegeben hat....
Verified traveler (10/5): Genel olarak iyi bir otel - İş seyahati için İzmir’den iki günlüğüne geldim otelden genel olarak çok memnundum ilk başta kötü bir oda verildi ancak sonrasında söyledim ve düzeltildi. Yanınıza kesinlikle bir saç kurutma makinesi almanizi tavsiye ederim çünkü saç kurutma makinası inanılmaz derecede işlevsiz resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar da genel olarak ilgiliydi sadece kıvırcık saçlı erkek resepsiyondaki arkadaş genel olarak ilgisiz ve asık suratlıydı. Araçsız konaklamak çok mümkün değil otelin otopark sorunu bulunmamakta klimalar yeniydi
kamuran (10/5): - Otelin yeri çok güzel ve oldukça sessizdi. Buna ilaveten oda, çarşaflar, nevresim ve yastıklar tertemizdi. Oldukça sıcak bir odaydı. WC ve banyoda temizdi. Restaurant kahvaltısı ve yemekleri de fiyat açısından oldukça uygun ve kaliteli idi. Teşekkür ederiz tüm çalışanlara. Yeniden gelirsem tercih edeceğim oteller arasında yer alabilir.

Özgün (6/5): - R02 numaralı odada konakladık. Klima çalışıyordu ama ısıtması yeterli değildi. Çok üşüdük gece. Tuvalet oturağı kırıktı ve sabunluğu düzgün çalışmıyordu. Odaya geç saatte girdiğimiz için bunları otele söyleyecek vaktimiz de yoktu. Yatak temiz gözüküyordu. Otel konumu biraz yokuş ama metrobüse yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkı yeterli.Fiyat performans oteli sayılabilir ama bir daha tercih etmeyiz muhtemelen.
