• Natalia (7/5): Отель на набережной - Расположение отеля идеальное! Прямо на набережной Галатапорт. Приветливый персонал, особенно генеральный менеджер Омер. Решил проблему, возникшую при бронировании. Вкусный завтрак на террасе с видом на Босфор. Очень маленькая площадь номера. Спать ночью невозможно, рядом с отелем ночной клуб. Музыка орет до 3 утра!!! И нужно заменить полотенца, они серого цвета.

• Sophie (9/5): Séjour très agréable - L’emplacement permet d’être près de beaucoup de sites à visiter, et la proximité du Bosphore est agréable. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable, à l’écoute des besoins et arrangeant. Les chambres sont assez petites, contrepartie de l’emplacement, et l’hôtel est à proximité de lieux festifs, ce qui génère quelques nuisances sonores. Le Bosphore et son cortège de bateaux sont un spectacle, mais la contrepartie est le bruit induit par les moteurs. Cela est tout à fait acceptable mais c’est mieux de le savoir.

• Matteo (4/5): Nice location, but noisy and uncomfortable stay - Great location in a beautiful area, very well connected to major attractions and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Stayed here from Thursday night to Sunday. Unfortunately, the experience was heavily impacted by noise and lack of sleep. On arrival, there was a very loud generator right outside our window that ran all night despite being told it would stop. Once that was resolved, we discovered a nearby nightclub with very loud music, making it difficult to rest. This is not clearly mentioned, and the rooms are not as soundproof as advertised. We were moved to another room, but it had several issues (lights not fully turning off, AC turning on by itself, curtains not fully blocking light, and insects in the bathroom). Staff were polite and tried to help, but overall the stay was compromised by noise and room issues. Better transparency and maintenance are needed.

Никогда не вернусь и никому не посоветую . - Только вид из ресторана наверху Остановилась на 2 дня, Не соответствует цене, грязно, обшарпанные стены, ХОЛОДНАЯ вместо горячей ВОДА , надо было спускать минимум пол часа сто бы пошла теплая! Мыло, шампунь как будто жидкость для мытья посуды , да еще и разбавленная!!! Платишь только за вид из окна но и они грязные , может пришвартоваться огромный лайнер как было у нас В 1й день пребывания и красивого вида не увидишь. Уборка не качественная! от завтраков можно ничего не ждать , выбора почти нет.

• Nizar (10/5): - I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests at any time, especially Yusuf, Omar, Harun and Cinar. The room was clean, comfortable, and has amazing view on the Bosphorus, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was excellent experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Менеджер - Mehmet, всегда готов помочь, подсказать и решить любой вопрос. Понравился вид на Босфор, к сожалению не все номера имеют такой прекрасный вид. Локация отличная, удобно добираться до основных достопримечательностей Завтраки на крыше с видом на Босфор - это отдельное удовольствие. Однако хотелось бы отметить, что сами завтраки показались немного однообразными и с ограниченным выбором, не хватало разнообразия. Также с утра выбор фруктов был очень скромным- в основном только мандарины и яблоки.

• ARj♡ (6/5): - الموقع جميل مطل على البسفور والشارع حيوي وكل شئ قريب المطاعم والمحلات التجاريه لاكن ... الغرف ضيقه للغايه ولابد تأخذ غرفه مطله بالكامل حتى تشعر بجمال المكان . المكان متواضع كخدمات ومستوى نظافة الادوات في الحمام وفي البدايه سوو حركة تصوير جوازات السفر ضايقتني كثير ثم تبعها دخول عاملة التنظيف للغرفة بدون طرق الباب وبدون ان نطلب منها فجأه فتحت علينا الباب ، أيضا كانت مزعجه جدا واثرت على شعورنا بالأمان في هذا المكان ..

• Andris Akers (5/5): - Inside finish the wording "side Sea view" is a very misleading, to say the least. This hotel is located on a perpendicular narrow streat at some 60 degrees angle. Side sea view means claustrofobic backyard look, you see the opposite street builiding wall with sea lurking at the end of a 30m distance. You look at it with your periferal vision.

• Athanasios (7/5): - I liked that even though arriving at 7:00 in the morning on full rain, we managed to have the room before 2:00 p.m. and we were exhausted The breakfast was okay even though it could be more. The area was a bit small even though it had a very good view. Apart from that, the hotel is next to sort of a club that they hit the music until 12:00 midnight. And also there is pickups in four people in the promenade outside of the hotel with always two guys playing some music for the people waiting to be on board and this is very not helpful. That means you will have to go to sleep roughly 12:30 to 1:00 daily. That was Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday night. I have no idea about the weekend. So if you looking for quieter time it's best to look elsewhere. If you want to fall asleep like 10:00 or 11. And also the other negative thing was that constantly the air condition would go on enough and that means I would get off my bed. The last time I did last night I get off. I had to get off around 2:00 a.m. to shut it off meaning that the customer has not the capacity to permanently turn it off.
• Sofia (8/5): - Хороший отель, прекрасное расположение, номер ожидался побольше, но тоже не плохо, приличные завтраки с видом на Босфор, отель стоит своих денег На втрой день был ранний выезд и трансфер от отеля и так как мы оплатили завтраки, то с вечера попросили приготовить ланч боксы к отъезду из отеля, работник рецепции заверил что все ок, но утром никто ничего не сделал - остались без оплаченного завтрака, такое окончание прибываете несколько огорчило

• Sultana (3/5): مخيبه للامال جداً ولا انصح بزيارته مطلقا ً - قربه من البسفور الموقع غير مناسب جدا للعائلات بجانب الفندق يوجد كازينو والأصوات جدا عاليه ولا يوجد عزل لم نتمكن من النوم ، حينما تم التواصل مع خدمه الغرف اخبروني بعدم وجود عامل لخدمتي حيث ان الخدمات مقتصره بفتره محدده وهذا يعني ان الفندق غير مؤهل للخدمات المميزه لعملائه ومقارنه بالاسعار لايستحق نصف السعر
