- Youssef (1/5): Except one of the staff who talks french nothing good it was awful - Nothing likable except just one of the staff he’s frensh A lot of things in the description not available , like the radio , the tv doesn’t work, The air estinguesher not working , the heating also not working , the hair dryer not available . Also i did make a reservation for my brother he didn’t show up i had to pay one night and the reservation was not in my name

- Abdelsalam (10/5): فندق ممتاز بموقع مثالي وخدمة تفوق التوقعات مقابل سعر رائع - كل شيء أعجبني في هذا الفندق! كانت الخدمات أكثر من رائعة، والاهتمام بالزبائن يُشعرُك وكأنك في منزلك. طاقم العمل متعاون جدًا، وهناك من يتحدث العربية ولغات أخرى، مما سهل التواصل بشكل كبير. الموقع ممتاز، يبعد فقط دقيقتين سيرًا على الأقدام من مسجد تقسيم، في منطقة حيوية وجميلة. أما السعر، فكان مفاجأة! لم أكن أتوقع أن أحصل على هذه الجودة والخدمة بهذا السعر المنخفض. بكل بساطة، كانت تجربة أكثر من رائعة، وأنصح الجميع بهذا الفندق دون تردد

- Petrus (8/5): The absolute perfect location for a short stay - Cool little hotel for a short stay in a perfect location at Taksim Square. No bar, no real restaurant but location, location, location. Unless you are a high flyer this is perfect.

The room smells like smoke most of the time. Coming frm toilet ventilation. It was sickening we had to open the window to get rid of the smell. The toilet sink was super tiny u cant even wash yr face there. Staff was just sitting there not helping with our luggage at all.

- Yasin (9/5): Superb - The property is situated in a cetral central location next to taksim. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them. With the central location also means it's a little noisy.
- Hanna (1/5): I do not recommend - I did not stay in this hotel because upon arrival there was no electricity all evening and until night. Having not slept the previous night, it was not possible to stay in a stuffy room at +30. I was not offered any other conditions, not even an apology. I had to change hotels without getting my money back.
