• Carla (9/5): Hotel acorde al precio - Hotel cercano a la avenida principal, cerca de la plaza Taksim caminando. Es un hotel nuevo, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Varios lugares para comer. Al taxi le costó encontrar el hotel ya que queda en una calle bien pequeñita y por la noches algo oscuro, pero no nos sentimos inseguras. No tiene opción de desayuno.

Personnel très accueillant qui vous aide avec les valises, a su faire la traduction avec le taxi pour nous. Peut importe ce que nous avions besoin le personnel était là ! Je recommande et j’y retournais dans cet hôtel j’ai beaucoup aimé! Dans la chambre pour 4 personnes, il n’y a pas de fenêtre dans la 1ère chambre, difficile de se repérer entre la nuit et le jour sans nos téléphones.. Mais je pense que les autres chambres avec balcon ou autre aurait été très bien !

So many restaurants and shops near by and only a 3 min walk from taksim square and the bus station. It was also located by many other hotels so we felt safer. There was no hand soap and the comforter was worn out. It would’ve been nice if there was daily cleaning services (you have to ask for it which we didn’t know until a few days before our checkout date)

• Patricia (5/5): Passable - The room in itself was clean, spacious, and seemed new. Location as well was a five minute walk to taksim square, the metro, and Istikal street so this was great. In terms of safety, it was near other hotels so it seemed safe, just a note that it is quite close to Tarlabasi (as is almost all other hotels near taksim square) so some caution when venturing outside at night is needed, since i read that Tarlabasi is quite a high risk area. This isn’t the hotel’s fault tho since Tarlabasi is close to Taksim square, so prioritize. The area around the hotel seemed fine tho and i felt safe. Just a heads up to those who have heavy luggages tho that the place is uphill, so you’ll be getting in some exercise The night of my stay, there was no hot water and no wifi. I had told the receptionist about the wifi, but nothing was done so I had to make do with data. It was worse the day after since there wasn’t any water at all. I had to buy bottled water just to be able to shower before I head to the airport. Maybe this isn’t the hotel’s fault since i’ve read that the area usually experiences water and electricity shortages and the receptionist also stated as such, but I saw the other hotels having water delivered so their guests could shower. I had hoped they would do the same, but they never did. Thank goodness I only had to stay one night 🥹 To be honest, since the place and the facilities seemed new and clean, it would’ve been a wonderful stay if it wasn’t for the wifi and the water issues. I hope they can find a solution for it.
• Jasmin (7/5): The price is a little above the value - The staff is friendly. Not far from Taksim square. Quiet neighborhood. Some of the sheets had stains on them. Both beds are making very loud creaking sounds, you can't move even a little bit without waking up the person sleeping on the other bed. A really bad smell comes from the drainages. Although it is pretty close to the Taksim square, the neighborhood doesn't look like anything you would imagine based on the pictures of the hotel.

Within 5 minutes have lots of restaurant and shops. Everything was clean and nice. For 2 couple this property not fitted. Because there is no privacy. Between two rooms is a door that allows one to cross one room to enter another. Another embarrassing thing is that only one room has AC and the other doesn't, If the door is closed, the people from the other room will not be able to stay in that room even for a second

The location is very close to TAKSİM but the hotel is on the very silent street which is definitely the advantage. The room is quite big and has everything you need for a short stay. The staff are very nice. The kitchen equipment could be better (no knife, no glasses, plates and cups were quite dirty).

Staff are friendly and helpful. Guvan and Elhan both of them are great ! The hotel is close to Metro station. I am requesting for the dark curtains for the whole window because the light is disturbing me while sleeping. Also kindly change the material of the cover of mattress into cotton.

There are lovely restaurants and take aways 1 street parallel to this hotel. Ilhan was the receptionist during our stay and he was so helpful, friendly and accommodating to us. Thank you for everything! Rooms were not cleaned properly, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned. If we did not ask then the rooms were not cleaned. Once after we asked for our room this cleaned, it was still dusty and my hair was still on the floor. So the quality of the cleaning needs improving.

• Nkaravaev (8/5): Very good - Very friendly and carrying staff, great value for money, nice-looking apartments It was somewhat not clean. But it could be because there was electricity disturbance on the street when we arrived, and the staff didn't have a chance to clean it properly.
• Nizar1992 (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious, clean and the beds where comfortable. The receptionists where very kind, and they did their best to make our stay memorable. Irhan, the receptionist helped us with all the useful information so we could get better though the city. The hotel is just 5 min away from the main street.
