The location was great though Bangkok is so huge it takes a while to get anywhere. Used Grab a lot so it was quite inexpensive.

Booked floating market tour day with Audy at tourism desk. A must do experience while visiting. He drove us 1.5 hours to Railway Market, gave us 2 hours to shop/eat/see the train passing through. He then drove us to the Damneon Saduak Floating Market and we rented a boat from there. He then drove us back to the hotel. He was on standby the whole time and gave us his number to contact him for questions but he let us do our own thing at both places (unlike what we saw on other guided tour reviews). Make sure to leave hotel by 8 am to leisurely shop first before the bustling crowd comes in to see the train passing through. Gets very crowded/hot around 11 (when first train passes)

• Sarah (8/5): Great hotel even with the night noise - This hotel is great, beautiful pool, lovely staff, but know staying on the strip it is going to be LOUD. Music until 3am most nights so bring a sound machine to block it out if you don't plan to be up that late. Otherwise it was perfect!!

Great location to bakeries, atms, travel agents and the night market. The pier to all the main water temples and siam shopping centre is a 10min walk and the reclining Buddha and the Grand palace is only a 30min walk or 10min Tuk tuk. Taxi to the airport is approx 700BAHT. The recption staff are very helpful, the hotel rooms and public areas are spotless and the pool excellent. We would definitely stay again.

They arranged a visit for us to the Elephant Village. Which was affordable and came with a private driver. However, DO NOTGO TO THE ELEPHANT VILLAGE. There was severe abuse to the elephants and there were many emancipated animals in there small zoo. Was heartbreaking to see. The hotel experienceother than that. Was very good.

Lots of food options just outside the front door, the pool was a huge hit with the kids and a welcome relief after a morning of exploring Bangkok. The family rooms are all on the quiet side of the building and we had no problem with any noise. All the staff were lovely, highly recommend.
• Erika (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Our room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds. It appears to be recently renovated. The hotel is one block away from Khaosan road thus walking distance to midnight massages, restaurants and busy nightlife. Our room was quiet as it was on 5h floor facing garage. The staff, especially Kong, couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. They made every effort to meet our requests up and, Kong even walked us to the area where a Grab picked us up for the airport. A competitive price and worth it

It’s a very central location, you walk right out of the hotel lobby into the heart of the area surrounded by bars, restaurants etc. Absolutely perfect, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s wonderful to have a pool in the middle of hot Bangkok. However, the street that it is on has become very, very noisy. And although the hotel has gone to great lengths to triple-pane their windows and make them sound proof as possible, I am writing this at one in the morning, and I am being kept up by the bar and singing noise on the street below. Even tho I am wearing earplugs to try and block to sound, I can still feel and hear the reverberation in my head. If loud night time noise does not bother you, or if you are lucky enough to get a room on the non-street side of the hotel, then the location and the quality of the hotel will be just right for you. (Perhaps it Might be good business sense and a general kindness to supply earplugs to all the guests on the little tray of toiletry offerings! I believe they’d be way more beneficial than the shower cap that is there but is probably almost never needed!)

We were allocated another room, only criticism was that the room we were supposed to have was a delux double, this did not meet my standards for a delux? and we were facing the road which was noisy at night

It was in a great location; close enough to the night life but you could sleep without being disturbed by any noise. The staff were all super attentive and the room was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy and the shower was great. Pool was a great addition.

Walk to the Grand Palace, quick Grab/Taxi to Icon Siam and the surrounding streets were so interesting to walk around and explore. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the pool was great and the location was on a smaller quieter street with heaps of food trucks to choose from and only one street from Khaosan Road (although a bit full on, you can still find somewhere nice and relaxing). We felt very safe at all times. I would definitely stay here again and totally recommend this hotel.
