They were very thoughtful and generous to give our girls a go at the gumball machine, and we’re lucky enough to get an elephant doll. Breakfast spread was amazing, we’ve enjoyed it - maybe coffee could be better but overall is winning and will definitely go back. The location along with the service was unmatched, we will be back for sure.

We were able to walk to the skytrain above street level on the R-walk. And being in the busy and sometimes noisy centralwOrld area our room was quiet. The hotel decor is colorful, and our room was cozy, clean and had a large window with a city view. The lobby is a nice place to hang out in and the adjoining patio too. The breakfast is the best, totally worth it. A lot of variety and healthy. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Bon Ying Jang Roono was especially helpful in getting our New Year's Eve organized and overall during our stay. It was so fun to see the fireworks here at the Moxy, we hope to return.

• jesalumang87 (10/5): Centrally located in the heart of Bangkok - If you are looking for a comfortable yet luxurious stay that too in a central location then you must choose Moxy. Its right opposite the central world mall & 5-7 mins walk to Platinum Mall. A sky bridge connects you to both the malls making it easy to walk. There are plenty of massage parlours on the way & plenty of food & juice shops. If you are seeking Indian food then the Baiyoke area is just 800 meters from the hotel. The rooms are designed taking your comfort in mind, comfortable bed, luggage holder, toiletries etc. We loved how the lobby has a check in bar concept & there are many photo opp options. Food here is delicious and the drinks are top notch. We loved our stay at Moxy :)

Best hotel to stay if your main purpose is shopping. Great vicinity to stay with family as Central World, Big C, Indra Market, Pratunam are all nearby. Louis Vuitton museum nearby is a must visit. Free entry. Rooms are very well done. They even arranged decoration for my child's first birthday. Lobby area was a welcome change from normal boring lobby. Full of props, games to keep people engaged. A terrace with open sky to relax after a hectic day at shopping. 5/5 star from our end.

Overall, a really nice experience where we were welcomed with a welcome drink, and have access to the open area (with a pool table) and 1 for 1 drinks at certain times. Great location too, with a direct link to Skybride to Central World and Big C opposite. We really appreciate Bon Ying, Benz and Roong for the birthday surprise! It was delightfully wonderful and a beautiful end to our stay. Would definitely come back to Moxy Hotel again!

I'm a senior and Moxy was easy to navigate, all the amenities, people were extra helpful. For my daughter was it was a fun decor and a major mall was across the street. The breakfast buffet was exceptional-everything - Thai noodles, omelettes pancakes, healthy, fruits, vegetables. Seemed as if everyone in the hotel went an extra mile. I especially want to thank Bon Roond & Benz Olive for that special care. & smiles. The rooms were comfortable, clean, well laid out and a great view of Bangkok. Will be back!

Unfortunately, the bathroom experience let things down. The shower had very weak water pressure, making it difficult to rinse off. The temperature was also inconsistent, fluctuating unexpectedly from lukewarm to quite hot. While the comfortable room and excellent service were positives, the issues with the shower were a significant drawback for us.

I was pleasantly surprised that the check-in bar also offered a welcome cocktail, making the arrival experience even more enjoyable. My room was thoughtfully designed with everything I needed — a comfortable bed, a great shower, and stylish touches that made the space feel modern without being fussy. It was tidy and clean, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay. The communal areas were a highlight. The Lounge and Library are perfect for hanging out, working a little, or simply soaking in the social energy. The atmosphere on the ninth floor is lively, with music that feels young at heart. Breakfast each morning was another highlight — the variety of food was impressive, and the skyline views from the restaurant were stunning. The hotel also offers excellent facilities that make the stay even more convenient. The gym room is well equipped, allowing guests to keep up with their workouts while traveling, and the dedicated ironing room makes it easy to freshen up clothes and stay sharp. Everything felt easy and relaxed, yet well taken care of. Moxy Bangkok Ratchaprasong is playful, stylish, and full of personality — I’ll definitely be back.

The hotel is also connected to a sheltered bridge which links to many shopping malls around. The lobby vibe is great too, with a pool table, foosball table and air hockey. Room is small but good enough. Staff are always smiling and ready to help! Only thing is, don’t bother to go for the hotel breakfast. Save the money and eat outside. There are plenty of food choices around.

Like the other hotels in the brand, the vibe is fun and energetic--great antidote to boing cookie cutter hotels. What could be better than checking in at the bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, They have special events some nights and the bar/restaurant is very good and the hotel is centrally located. The rooms are of a decent size, well maintained and well appointed. The lobby are can be noise, but the rooms and hallways are quiet. The WiFi worked well.

• mohamedgT301HE (10/5): Amazing Place Amazing Location Amazing Staff - Moxy is home away from home. - Moxy is amazing, I had a really great stay, I didn't know about the Moxy chain, my company booked it for me for a team building event in Bangkok and I honestly fell in love with the place. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the theme and overall vibes were super nice and festive, all of the staff were amazing and welcoming. The whole Moxy crew was amazing, everyone I dealt with made me feel at home. I stayed in room 2330 from 16 Nov till 21 Nov. The housekeeper was so great, very professional, the room was always spotless and I never felt him really, I barely even saw him yet he did a great great job, never bothered me and always made sure im happy. The food was great at the hotel's restraunt, the waitresses were lovely and helpful and super polite. The hotel really felt like home, they even gave me a cute farewell gift when I was leaving, I felt like I was leaving my family haha. All in all, definitely recommended. Moxy will definitely be my go-to hotel everytime I go to Bangkok or anywhere that has Moxy. I can officially say I have been Moxied haha. Thank you so much for having me and for going above and beyond for guests to have an exceptional experience.
• NorthStar23016706110 (10/5): Great service and convenient hotel - Great check-in service by the Moxy team members — Eve, Mook, Tony, and Nat. I was travelling with children and had several requests; the team was attentive and prompt in their service. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, and the lobby space is suitable for young kids (probably age 6 and above). A few suggestions for improvement: • It would be helpful to include kids’ channels or provide access to Netflix or YouTube, as the English-speaking channels are quite limited. • While I appreciate the sustainability efforts, disposable bedroom slippers should still be considered for hygiene purposes. • The glass water bottles are also not ideal as we can’t bring them out; perhaps providing a plastic bottle on the first day, followed by glass refills for the rest of the stay, would be a good balance. • The lift access towards the gym area needs improvement as well. Non-hotel guests seem able to access the carpark and other levels, making the lift usage inefficient. Access should ideally be restricted to hotel guests only for both safety and convenience, especially since it’s a side entrance. Overall, we had a great stay and we enjoyed the lobby area activities, will definitely patronise again!

• AlanK2495 (10/5): Missing the passion fruit mocktail - Pleasure experience was usual but this time my wife’s favorite ice blended passion fruit mocktail is no longer on the drink menu at the lounge which disappointed her dearly . One of the staff there specially made it for her during our previous visit and now totally not possible . During breakfast however one of the staff remembered she love it and made two for her although it’ll be nice for the evening more but we appreciate the gesture. Special mention to Nat the manager , Bon Benz, Tao, Tui and Rong. There’s also this very sweet and always helpful young girl that we always see her during breakfast and don’t know her name but she’s been there for a very long time .

The staff were really helpful and approachable, proving how hospital Thai people are. The room I stayed in was really clean and there were many facilities available, like a work space, free pool table, free air hockey, a gym, an iron room, etc. I was careless in leaving my card key in the room when I checked out and they even offered to mail it back to me. Though it was only a 2-day stay, I hope to stay there again the next time I'm in Bangkok!

From the moment I stepped into 9th floor lobby, I am impressed with the energetic vibes and vibrant colors of the artwork across the check in lobby where breakfast is served too. Check in is a breeze and efficient. The room is modern and compact, with good natural lights. Facilities in the hotel is more than adequate and even comes with a ironing room, work room which comes with printer and mouse which can be loaned if needed, a nice gym with city view. The location is central and can access shopping centers including Central World, Platinum Mall and Big C with covered walk way. The hotel is also within walking distance to ChitLom BTS, which makes travelling to tourist spots even easier. Definitely will recommend Moxy especially for those coming to Bangkok for holiday.

• DayTrip65233835735 (10/5): Strategic location with friendly staff - The hotel is just right next to Big C Supermarket and opposite Central World shopping mall. Lots of eateries and massage places around the hotel. The slight downside is the distance to BTS station (10-15mins), and hence can be physically challenging. We were welcomed with some lovely alcoholic and non alcoholic drink. Staff were all friendly. The twin room size is cute and just nice for 2 people - space can be insufficient if you got big luggages or more than 2 big luggages.
