L'équipe de nettoyage est aussi très pratique et méticuleuse on a remarqué une propreté parfaite ,. Bien que ce n'était pas un jour de nettoyage la chambre à était comme même nettoyé à notre demande et aussi le matelas à était aussi vite changé à la demande Merci à toute L'équipe de kasimo hôtel + L'emplacement de l'hôte est parfait . La seule inconvénient de cet hotel c'est la qualité des matelas de lits .Pas confortables

• Laura (10/5): - The hotel was very clean, centrally located to restaurants, bakeries, ferry etc. Loved the location and cleanliness. Mufti, front desk employee, was very helpful and accommodating. Be aware/ prepared that when we showed up we were informed that their credit card device had not been working for seven weeks. They notified us as we were in flight, so we did not find out until we arrived at the hotel. We do not use debit cards and had some cash, but not much and they were very particular about newer bills so declined to accept two of our $20 (US) bills that had subtle defects. If we did not know someone who was living in Turkey at the time, we really would’ve been in a difficult position, so be aware that you might show up and they will not be able to use your credit card that you reserved the room with. Additionally, you will be responsible for credit card fees.

• Lala (10/5): Все отлично, только шум от мечети и соседей слегка подпортил впечатление. - Ремонт хороший, номер выглядел чистым и опрятным. Заезд был быстрым, удобным. Мне помогли поднять чемодан на нужный этаж, так что персонал был приветливым. Метро совсем близко и рядом куча кафешек, где можно вкусно поесть, это тоже отлично. Отель долго искать не пришлось. Слышно было ночью азан, так как мечеть совсем рядом и гостей из других номеров, так как стены отеля тонкие

• KIJA (10/5): Perfect location! Clean and comfortable. - Facilities very clean and comfortable, staff was excellent. The location is perfect! Lots of small restaurants and shops. No elevator so climbing all the stairs with luggage

• Wang (6/5): Disappointing & Bad Service - The location is good Upon arrival we were forced to pay with cash because their credit card machine was apparently broken. They were unable to give us our full change, we had to check in multiple times throughout the stay and finally got it after we checked out. The room is much smaller than pictured and smelled strongly of smoke, with paint missing from the walls. There was also no conditioner in the bathroom although it’s pictured in the listing

• Enis (10/5): - Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Kassimo Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

• Dan (9/5): Lovely stay in Istanbul - The location was good, very close to the metro station and ferry boat, supermarket nearby and lots of food places, room was clean, bathroom was clean. Toiletries and dental kit available at property. Room came with water and soft drinks upon arrival so no need to worry about it straight away. Bathroom was a bit small, the smell of the toiletries was not nice in my opinion but that’s just being fussy

• Mehmet (10/5): Perfect choice for short stay - For the price range, this was a very very nice stay in the heart of one of the most central locations of Istanbul. The room was in decent size, you get everything that you’d normally expect in 5 star hotels (kettle, coffee, tea, all bathroom amenities, even disposable slippers). Is open 24 hours that makes you feel safe too. Great service in summary Credit card machine was out of service that could have been a big inconvenience if i didn’t have cash money.

• Alina (10/5): Exceptional - The property is very nice, small but cosy rooms, more than enough for a couple, with a clean restroom. The location is within 5-minute availability from metro and pier. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the accommodation and the attitude to guests. Highly recommended! Could be a little bit cheaper for the small sized room, but overall okay.
