The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything I needed. Housekeeping service was excellent, with daily cleaning that kept the space fresh and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and I had great quality sleep throughout my stay. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Honestly, everything was very good and I had no complaints during my stay.

Jan (8/5): Gut aber laut - Freundliches Personal, Gutes Service, schöne und Saubere Zimmer. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Haupstrasse. Deshalb ist es unbedingt wichtig, gegenüberliegend zu reservieren oder im höchst möglichen stockwerk, denn sogar bis zum 8 Stock hörte man noch die Tuktuks wie durch das zimmer fahren.

Location a bit far from city center but close to bitic Lawson just down stairs Near the hotel is a massage place, walking distance. Beds are SO HARD. U get used to them after one night thought. But be prepared for hard mattress.

The food is delicious although there isn’t much variety if you are staying for multiple days, not a con though. We had a family a four girls and felt super safe. The room was super clean. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Bangkok.

Staff not well trained. Take the shoes on for house keeping. Restaurant staff focus on team briefing, not alert customer order taking when the restaurant is empty. Collect the plate and the knift fall on my foot. Very frustrated breakfast, restaurant is small and much fewer option compare to other Marriott hotel. After the first night I changed to another Marriott hotel to make my trip back to a right track.

S (5/5): Krijgt weinig voor je geld - Medewerkers waren aardig. Naast is een klein supermarket. Trein halte is dichtbij. Goede pannen aanwezig. Wasmachine beschikbaar. Housekeeping was behulpzaam. Marriott, je betaald hier alleen voor de naam. Meer luxe ofzo krijg je hier niet. Andere hotels met 4 of 5 sterren zijn luxer. Zelf veel gereisd. Veel gezien. Op booking.com staat in 1 kamer kunnen 3 personen in, maar bed is geen kingsize bed zoals t op booking.com staat vermeld. Dus misleidend. Je moet toch betalen voor extra bed. Borg is 1000 baht per nacht. Voor een week wat wij daar verbleven werd 7000 geëist. Had al ontbijt geboekt bij boeken. Bij hotel zeiden ze dat we alleen ontbijt voor 2 personen hadden en dat wij voor 1 persoon nog moeten bijbetalen. Maar uiteindelijk hoefde dat niet. Na tig keren bewijzen te laten zien dat wij al betaald hebben. Personeel moet Engels beter beheren. Vaak bij ontbijt als je wat zegt snappen ze niet, ook bij receptie. Hotel is afgelegen, niet veel te doen in omgeving. Lang lopen naar winkelcentrum. Groot hotel met een klein eet gedeelte. Wij hebben meegemaakt, je komt ontbijten en je moet in een warme vergaderzaal gaan zitten omdat t eetzaal al vol is. Afgezonderd eten. Ontbijt is dagelijkse bijna zelfde, weinig variatie. Niet echt nagedacht voor een grotere eetzaal waar je rustig kan eten, omdat t druk kan worden en je wordt aangewezen om bij zwembad(vaak nat) of een vergaderruimte plaats te nemen, daarna wordt er niet naar je omgekeken voor bediening, terwijl mensen die binnen zitten wel met alles worden voorzien. Gezien dat bepaalde rassen zo worden voorgetrokken. Je staat bij receptie zo lang te wachten, komt iemand anders binnen en receptie personeel richt zich dan direct op andere persoon die binnenkomt en die die daar al zo lang staat te wachten zien ze niet. Je betaalt veel voor weinig luxe.

Fritte (9/5): I would stay again for sure aslong as im not super depending on being close to the city center. - Staff and atmosphere was all you could wish for, super friendly clean and looks like taken out of a movie set, their french toast was to die for, omelet was also very good. Breakfast was ok really nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about if compared to the rather steep price of close to 800 baht per person. I tried several of their dishes. American breakfast had no bacon or fried potatoes, the Eggs benedict was watery (perhaps due to lack of vinegar when pouching it), the sausages were not very tastfull mostly filled with something that was not meat.

炯竣 (10/5): Very good accommodation experience, but the housekeeping needs to be improved, otherwise it does not meet the five-star - The room facilities are very complete, giving people a warm atmosphere of a small family The housekeeping was not attentive enough. The shower gel was almost gone but was not replenished. The toilet was not cleaned properly. After dumping the garbage, the garbage was not put away neatly. The toilet paper was not replenished immediately. It was really disappointing.
Leslie (10/5): - I liked the fact that this is an apartment with a kitchenette and a cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a balcony. The layout and furnishings are well designed and very nice. All of the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Its close to the Digital Park Mall and many stores and restaurants. The gate guard is extremely dedicated and takes his job very seriously which I found refreshing.

Simon (10/5): Exceptional - We were there when Thailand was hit by an earthquake and the response of the team and how they evacuated all tenants in a record time . And offered help for all and made sure everyone was out and safe. The team is amazingly helpful and the hotel is beautiful if you want to stay away from the crowd in modern beautifully furnished apartments. There is a convenience store in the building . Food was excellent. It lacks jacuzzi and sauna otherwise its amazing

Monali (5/5): Passable - Location The staff need immediate training; while the property is good but housekeeping as well duty manager were lacking. In fact the duty manager Ai was giving petty excuses for cleaning issues or even basic housekeeping questions. While the location is fantastic, the overall experience got terrible because of the staff around who appear to be pathological liars (sorry for the strong words but am honestly disappointed with such behaviour).

debojitm668 (6/5): Indifferent staff! - We stayed here for 3 nights in one of their king apartments with balcony. Rooms are lovely and spacious and given these are apartments, kitchenette is well equipped including a washing machine. As far as the location is concerned, it’s in a quoted area but a bit far from where the action is and while the BTS station is just a walk away, if you plan to travel by car, everything is a bit far away. Now coming to the staff, they are fine with the pleasantries and the belly boys are really helpful and can suggest you with some great locations. However, we felt that the reception staff was indifferent due to the following which actually left a very bad taste while we concluded our stay: 1. In the coffee and tea station, apparently there policy is to give 2 tea sachets per day for 2 people. When we asked them for 4 this was the standard reply! My better half had to to highlight that she was a Marriott Bonvoy member and literally had to haggle for 4 more sachets. Absolute disgust is the felling we came out with 2. In the first day itself, we asked whether cleaning the soiled plates in the kitchenette was part of their house keeping services, the receptionist said yes. True to that they kept the plates clean in the first night. But in the final night we realised that the washed pan butter knife were dirty and were kept along with the cleaned plates. When enquired the Duty Manager AI came to our room and was confused to say that it is not part of the services. When we enquired that if it was not part of your services, why is your staff voluntarily cleaning plates every day if not part of their job. He said I will check with the House keeping team. Next day while we waited for our car to the airport, the Duty Manager despite being from the hospitality business, did not have even the basic urban mannerisms to have a word with us on our concerns. 3. Even a one hour late check out met with resistance, even though that gives them a full 2 hrs to keep the room ready for the next guest A property may be have all the good attributes, but it’s the courtesy and quality of the people who serve you make all the difference. This one at least for us was let down

WorldWideTravel88 (8/5): Good Hotel with One Major Flaw - This is a new hotel opened in August 2024 so the hardware is reasonably nice. Our first room had a drainage problem in the shower which led to flooding but they moved us to a bigger and nicer suite the next day. We appreciated the extra space. As can be seen from the pictures, all the furniture is new & shiny and the hotel has hardwood floors which avoids the dreaded hotel carpets. The major problem with this hotel which cannot be seen from pictures is soundproofing. The windows are simply not thick enough, compounded by the fact that the hotel sits right in front of the BTS sky train line and also on Sukhumvit road so there is dual noise from the train and car traffic. Also I suspect there is a hospital nearby because we could frequently hear ambulance sirens. It is unfortunate that when the renovated this hotel and reopened under the Marriott banner, they skipped the renovation of the windows. This issue prevents me from giving 5/5. Some people might see the location as another negative but I did not think it was much of an issue because the BTS station is only a couple of blocks away so with public transportation it is not difficult to get to city center and simply bypass the traffic. Otherwise, service in the hotel was very good including in the restaurant during breakfast where we were treated very well.
Alfio (8/5): New nice apartment - Nice design, great staff, very good bed. The restaurant was very nice. They upgraded us free to a suite. the room was very close to the elevated metro and the road, so very noisy, we slept with earplugs. We had a suite and yhe kitchen was separated from the bedroom by two passages. but only one could be closed, the window let in a lot of light. it would be enough to add the second door.
