• Rosa Eva (9/5): Estancia familiar en Venecia - Muy bien ubicado respecto a la plaza de San Marcos, a 10 minutos a pie. Igualmente accesos a embarcaderos de vaporetto y Alilaguna para el aeropuerto. Barrio muy tranquilo y silencioso. Supermercado a 10 minutos. Múltiples restaurantes cercanos. Cocina con horno, cafetera italiana, hervidor y microondas. La recogida de residuos parece más compleja de lo que es en realidad. Camas muy cómodas y calefacción sencilla de usar. Luminoso y bien vemtilado El desagüe de la ducha del dormitorio principal funciona un poco lento con riesgo de desbordamiento de agua. Menaje un poco justo: solo 3 cucharillas para 6 personas, echamos en falta una ensaladera

• Francisco Javier (1/5): - Nada Nos cobraron cargos indebidos ilegalmente y tuve que hasta cancelar la tarjeta. La peor experiencia que he vivido en un alojamiento y la única mala reseña en mi historial como cliente de Booking 1. Tienen un sistema invasivo antes de llegar de amenazarte con que si no te registras y pagas una fianza (por fuera de Booking) no te dejan entrar. 2. Las camas son muy incómodas 3. La entrada parece que no se ha limpiado en 100 años. 4.Nos robaron en Venecia un bolso con las llaves del apartamento y nos quisieron cobrar un cambio de cerradura y engañar diciendo que no tenían otra llave. No nos querian dejar entrar y un compañero que esta enfermo tenía las medicinas dentro. Tuvimos que poner una denuncia y abrir una reclamación en Booking. Lamentable.

• Alina (9/5): Great location - Flat very well furnished, kitchen well equipped. Location very easy to reach from Arsenal station, walking distance to main tourist attraction. Rooms spacious, one of the bedroom has en-suite bathroom. If possible, please, include a couple of soft pillows, since not everyone can sleep on hard ones. A lighting based on movement sensor would be helpful at the entrance.

• Lenka (8/5): Very good - Beautiful, spacious and clean apartment, well equipped. WiFi and air conditioning worked great. The third bedroom is very claustrophobic for 2 people. We had to oil the door hinges so they wouldn't creak :-D
• Harshal (8/5): Comfortable snd great hosts! - We needed accommodation after landing for just one night on the way to Venice. This was perfect. Our flight was delayed, but the hosts were very sweet and checked us in after 11 pm. Would highly recommend the property.

• Aixa (9/5): Wonderful - Host provided great directions and it was easy to get to the apartment. The apartment itself is beautiful and very spacious. It was great for our group of six and we could all sit comfortably at the dining table. It was easy to walk to wherever we needed in less than 15 minutes. One of the showers was clogged so the water would build up in a small pool at your feet and drain extremely slow. We let the host know but otherwise had a great stay.
• Aghavni (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment with 2 normal and one small room, 2 bathrooms. The location was great, the neighborhood - very nice. It was not well-cleaned, toiletries were very modest, and a big glassy table in the dining room is not the best choice for families.
