• McCaughey (8/5): A lovely city easily assessed from property - Very comfortable and great location. Main line Metro within 1m. Instructions about entering the property not clear. Front door lock didn’t always work had to call for assistance. This arrived quire quickly
• Pacurar (7/5): We had a great time ! - Great location, near to Metro, a lot of shops , restaurants .Very easy to enter in the apartament. Beds and towels were clean .The apartament is big enought for 5 people . Matteo was friendly and answer fast to our question .

• Jürgen (3/5): Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Mängel bei Komfort und Sauberkeit. - Leider können wir diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen. Die Wohnung hat zwar fünf Betten, aber das heiße Wasser zum Duschen reichte nur für 1,5 Personen. Auf unsere Reklamation hin haben wir dann eine Wohnung in einem anderem Stadtteil Mailands (Brera, Piazza San Marco) erhalten. Dort gabe es dann für weitere 3 Tage überhaupt kein heißes Wasser mehr (!), man konnte es mit etwas gutem Willen vielleicht als lauwarm bezeichnen. Sämtliche (zahlreichen) Kontaktaufnahmen wurden zwar mit blumigen Entschuldigungen und Erläuterungen beantwortet, geändert hat das aber nichts, das Problem wurde nicht behoben. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ in beiden Wohnungen zu wünschen übrig. In der Ersatzwohnung war noch der blutige Hygienabfall der Vorbewohner im Mülleimer und die Dusche hat auch schon schimmelfreiere Zeiten erlebt. Zudem in beiden Wohnungen überall ordentliche Staubmäuse. Die Schlüsselübergabe (Wohnung 1 : Schlüssel in Codeschloss bzw. Wohnung 2 : Öffnen per Code) funktionierte in beiden Wohnungen nicht reibungslos und konnte nur nach Anrufen bei der Hotline gelöst werden.

• Jan Maria Kowalski (7/5): - - Close to the metro - Located next to a busy street (noise from the window). - Complicated check-in process – requires providing sensitive information, photos of identity documents and photos of each guest, as well as credit card details to pay the tax. - Poorly equipped kitchen – no tea, coffee, sugar, or even salt. - The towels had a strange, unpleasant smell.

Apartamento maravilhoso, limpo, confortável, roupa de cama e banho da melhor qualidade, situado numa avenida bem movimentada, próximo ao centro e estação, com vários restaurantes e cafés a disposição. Super recomendo ! O Checkinn é trabalhoso e poderia ser mais simples.

• Serhii (7/5): Optimal location for shopping - The apparent is big and good enough for a family of 4-5 people. Locations are close to the center and underground and good for shopping. Bathroom is clean and good equipped. The double bed was partially broken. The underground line is under the building, so you hear and feel every train. It was not comfortable to sleep. It is not cheap.

• Sandro José (2/5): Minha família se decepcionou. My family was disappointed. - Localização Tivemos problemas no Chekin. Muitas dificuldades em tratar o problema de chekin. A água ficou sem aquecimento. O imóvel estava sujos. We had problems checking in. It was very difficult to resolve the check-in issue. The water didn't heat up. The property was dirty.
• Gail (6/5): Nice place and great location but missing some essential items - Property was nice Not enough cutlery for 5 people and no knives at all. No toaster and the washing machine did not spin so we had to do it by hand. Clothes line is broken as well.

• Ivana (10/5): Milano - We travelled as a family with two children. This is the best apartment we had in Europe so far. Location is great - close to the Central Station what we were looking for because we were traveling outside the Milan a lot. You can take a longer, but beautiful, walk to Duomo. It's in the main street shopping area so you have everything you need just outside. It's noisy but it doesn't matter because the windows when shut take all the noise away. And bedrooms face the opposite side of the main street so it's quite to sleep. It's Spacious - 3 bed rooms. It's the cleanest I have seen when renting. Which is my number one thing looking when I'm renting. The kitchen is very well supplied. It has everything you need. The metro is just outside. 3 air condition units made our life easier because it was very hot outside. The staff was quick in responding to massages. They were very helpful If we ever rent again in Italy we are definitely going for Italianway. Even the children said this is the best apartment in Europe we had so far 😂 Thank you Everything great.
• Nayrouz (4/5): - The property was very good and clean, but you have to clean your self for the days you are staying. Communicate is very very bad with the agency they kept me waiting long time and the customer service was very rude not helpful at all. To access the property they give you a code to open the keybox whihc was not easy to open.. they need to work alot about the customer service they have. I will never book with this agency again.
