Sam obiekt cofnięty względem głównego traktu, dzięki temu w apartamencie było cicho. Sam apartament duży, na miejscu klimatyzacja, niezbędne wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki. Duże, wygodne łóżko. Czysto. Bardzo polecam Szkoda, że początkiem maja klimatyzacja była ustawiona odgórnie tylko na grzanie, nie było możliwości schłodzenia.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le quartier ! Le petit moins, l'appartement ne convient pas si vous avez le sommeil léger car on entend les pas des personnes qui séjournent à l'étage du dessus.

We stayed there for 6 days and there was no cleaning service. When we arrived, the room was equipped with only two rolls of toilet paper. Upon request, they provided us with more, but they also told us that this is an AirBnB and normally nothing extra is provided. I think that for the price of the accommodation, such basic things should be provided.

The whole apartment was brand new, spotless, and beautifully done, with a super comfortable bed and the fastest Wi-Fi I had anywhere in Italy. The hosts were great — very responsive and even organised a water taxi for an easy departure ahead of a long flight. Perfect location, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a charming area — the perfect base for exploring the city. What really stood out was the host, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Their attention to detail made our stay smooth and enjoyable. The property is easily accessible via water taxi from the airport, which I would highly recommend for the most comfortable arrival. If you're coming by train, be prepared to cross a few bridges with your luggage — manageable, but something to keep in mind. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Venice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

• Eileen (9/5): Cute stay canal and gondola views - We booked the Loft, and the views were great! There are two small windows from the main bedroom which looked out towards the canal and the Church of Saint Mary of Miracles. Slippers were provided. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, and the sofabed was also not bad. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The apartment door is slightly tucked away down a small street, but the host's instructions were very helpful in finding the right spot. The area was nice and quiet. The loft is at the very top of the apartment, which is up a few flights of stairs (as advertised in the listing). Location is also very good. It was around a 10minute walk from Rialto Bridge station. You can avoid going up the Rialto bridge stairs by weaving through the small streets. But there are 2x other sets of small bridges that you will need to bring your luggages up and down on if you are taking this route. The apartments are also a short 10minute walk to the ferry terminals to get to Burano/Murano Islands which was very convenient. • Serhii Svishchov (10/5): - Ідеальна локація, в історичному центрі міста. Все поруч. В апартаментах дуже чисто, гарні ліжка, м'які рушники. Є багато гарного посуду, та все необхідне. Приємний комплімент при поселенні. Персонал завжди на зв'язку, та готовий допомогти. Рекомендую! Тільки позитивні враження.

• Victoria (10/5): Overall, a nice 3 night stay - Easy to access and find. Very clean. Storage for luggages for early arrival. Friendly staff. Spacious enough for a group of 5 people. Enough hot water for 5 people to shower consecutively. AC works for the hot weather.

• Daniela (10/5): Absolutely stunning, perfect quiet location but still close to everything, and brilliant service. - Absolutely everything! I even called my mum to say I’d fallen in love with the floor. And the views from the windows just blew us away. That we had to leave.

• Arthur-Angelo (10/5): Amazing clean and on the canal - This place is so amazing we made a 2nd visit in 4 months. 4 windows open right up to the canal. Right outside of the apt there's about 20 restaurants in a 2min walk. Huge place and clean. Also Claudio was helpful. Nothing we did not like in this place. Can't say enough. Thanks again team.
• Vladyslav (10/5): Делай что делаете у вас все получается, обязательно вернусь к вам и буду говорить своим друзьям о вас - Интерьер апартаментов замечательный со вкусом не забывая о технологиях, на кухне все есть, кроме разделочной доски, кофе вкусное, всякие приятные мелочи. Место расположения супер все рядом прекрасный вид на канал и церковь, рестораны и бары поблизости, обязательно попробуйте устриц. В ванной комнате все есть, полотенец предостаточно Замечаний как таковых нет, купите досточку на кухню
• RUONAN (9/5): - 房间宽敞，生活便利。 离码头有点远，扛着行李的话最好问一下老板有没有水上taxi可以接送。
