• Bimba (8/5): Very good - I liked the size of the property and it offered more than advertised, like a pool table and dart board in the garage. A buggy had been left, we also bought and left a booster seat. It was in need of a good paint, curtains, and blinds that fit the windows, lights, and sockets need fixing. We fiexd a few items while we were there. But all minor things which I'm sure will be sorted out.
• Angela (4/5): Great location villa needs some TLC - Location n pool Very tired looking needs some TLC . Threadbare carpet . Cracked floor tiles throughout .stained carpet. Damaged door blinds. Stained walls. Too small for 8 people altho 4 bedrooms lounge area not enough seating n dining table too small . Showers screech when in use . Tiles around bath could do with some attention . Beds awful but personal preference. Value villa it definitely was I wouldn’t stay again !! You don’t get to see where your villa is till 24 hrs before
• Steven (5/5): Better than a hotel but only if you look on the brightside. - Pool was cold so we couldn't swim. Tried to pay the fee that management charges to heat it up and was told I was supposed to pre-book a pool heating. I never seen an option for that. Place had some wear and tear but the beds were comfy. Nothing much was included other than two trash bags and 2 dishwasher tabs to clean with. Had a pool table out in a hot garage to play. Swimming pool was too cold to swim in and couldn't get heated without paying more money if you were staying long enough to get it heated. The book of rules was ridiculous. Lots of threats of paying for mistakes made instead of welcoming the guest with fun things to do. That's after we were charged a hidden fee after paying at booking of 97 more dollars for some type of insurance we've never heard of. Originally at booking we were shown an address that was 15 minutes away from where we needed to be. 24 hours before check in the address was changed and we were sent 45 minutes from where we need to be instead of 15 minute away. This experience was a huge head ache. I've never had such a bad host at an AirBnB. We made due though. The place was nice, we just never felt welcomed.

• Patrick (9/5): Lovely relaxing stay in the Orlando area. - Location was excellent, accommodation was very good. The pictures of the outside pool area in the brochure were not the same as the actual house address rented. Some of the items in the home need to be repaired or refreshed (e.g. taps loose, pool table legs wobbly and table uneven). Very minor things, but should be kept up to fully enjoy the home.

Need better hygiene dusting down pictures frames & fans, need cleaner rugs, a more stable living room center table, new shades in some rooms, need new sliding door (very difficult to open/close), needs to provide more paper toilet and sponges to clean dishes and bags for trash.
