Kasia (9/5): Decadent Italian room, very close to the Duomo. Palatial vibes! - We had big issues finding the door to the apartment. The instructions we're clear and we had to call the desk a number of times. It would have been much better if someone had met us or if there was a lockbox. The door to the apartment needs much clearer signage. Just the check-in and finding the apartment, and having to go to the office. Otherwise loved the room and the style of the interiors and the old building and courtyard.
Oznur (5/5): Great location. - Location was fantastic. Walking distance to the cathedral. I travelled with my young son and he didn’t like the furniture so I wouldn’t recommend this property if travelling with kids. Also, the wifi did not work nor did the tv.
Kenny (4/5): Disappointing - Lovely decorated room. I’m considered as a small size person, but the bed is still too small for two people, as well as the bathroom for a single person.

Jerome (4/5): wll located nice place but needs very serious technical changes - - charming place with vintage furniture and decoration, warm atmosphere -nice welcome to pick up the keys - easy access , ground floor , safe with reinforced door - the NOISIEST place I ever rented ; TRAFFIC , no double glazing, thank God I had ear plugs otherwise , no sleep - freezing cold , heating not sufficient , no extra blankets , had to use my coat - internet too weak (couldn't see the pictures online ) and unsafe - everything to heat water, coffee and tea bags but no cups ! Sorry but too many flaws
Jonathan (8/5): Comfortable well equipped apartment in a great location for the centre - Well equipped and a fantastic location for easy access to the city. It was unheated and quite cold inside when we arrived, although that was easy enough to sort out.
Vasily (7/5): Good - Well equipped apartment especially kitchen. Place. Up to 10 minutes of walking to Duomo. Bed, bed, bed! It's too old, small even for two thin people and creaky!
Terry (5/5): Unit is completely unready for rentals without addressing items above-shame as a nice unit/location - great location & comfortable apartment This unit is NOT READY for a rental-no welcome packet with instructions for unit so couldn't find items or figure out keys until we left-4 keys to get in unit-only 1 set provided-had to get resident to help us get in unit-no utensils. so couldn't bring food in or cook-a/c was advertised but not working with over 80 degree weather all 4 days-shower drain was completely clogged so overflowed-a disaster trying to find check in office-no instructions on cable tv or listings or how to use tv with 3 remotes-office was responsive to initial requests but eventually too many other complaints to contact about
Maria (2/5): Not a good experience from the beginning. - The location is good. The property was not clean until 17h30min. We had to call several times to ask then to clean. Its very noise, cars passing by, impossible to sleep.

Greg (7/5): Great location, Old styling, Almost Comfortable, Fab Value... - Brilliant location, authentic property instead of homogenous hotel. Impractical kitchen area (the microwave is on a book shelf!?), overall space designed to look 'old Italien' but didn't really make it easy to be comfortable. Hard to explain! Would be great to have a couple of extra pillows and a duvet (there were only 2 bedsheets on the bed) Air-con didn't have a controller.

Gilda (1/5): Bad - nothing dark place, pillows like rocks, windows couldn't be oppened, door directly on the street. terrible place, didn't even stay.
Gerard (6/5): The ground floor apartment was forgettable. - Apartment was spacious. Location was central and within walkable distance to the Duomo. Bathroom was extremely small and cramped. The staff at the Milan train station was not friendly. She appeared angry and unfriendly. She was tired perhaps. Her working conditions in that cramped office did not help either.
Vishanka (8/5): Very good - it’s a lovely place in the centre of Milan very close to the door. It is well-equipped with all the necessary facilities needed for couple of days stay in Milan. The only drawback that we faced was an absence of hot water. When we reached out to the team they mentioned that it’s best to leave the gas on for an hour to get hot water in the bathroom for a shower. Unfortunately it was not very straightforward for us to figure out how to increase the temperature of the keys are in the shower and as we had to cool water showers for stay there. shower

Runé (9/5): If you are in Milan to explore, this is perfect. Great value for money for the location. - Perfect city centre location. Close to everything. Very good value for money. The shower curtain is a bit of a mess. Very small bathroom.

Oscar (7/5): Great location, good price for a short stay. could be more comfortable. - Great location in central Milan, 5 min walking distance from Duomo. Deco with a lot of character and beautiful furniture. Good air conditioning. the bathroom was very small, with a very dated shower room, the water was spilling everywhere and no space for toiletries. the bed was very firm and low pillows, no headboard and pillows comes out of the bed.
