There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets. Dispose of rubbish appropriately. Keep the property clean and tidy. Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Guna (3/5): Next to MiCo, but unclean and not for families - Good location next to conference centre. Apartment was unclean and flooring was a complete mess! Also lacking very basic things in kitchen. No baby cot provided and elevator was ridiculously narrow so it wasn't even possible to get in with baby pram. This apartment might be ok for solo travelers or those who go for conference, but wouldn't recommend it for families. Lot of dirt everywhere. Bed linen was outworn, and flooring was a complete mess! Also lacking very basic things in kitchen. No baby cot provided and elevator was ridiculously narrow so it wasn't even possible to get in with baby pram. This apartment might be ok for solo travelers or those who go for conference, but wouldn't recommend it for families.
Faraaz (7/5): The apartment itself was good overall, but I would not book any place managed by Joivy / Altido again - only because - Location was close to my work. Decent neighborhood. Facilities were good. Apartment was spacious and clean. It took 1 hour to get into the apartment. I was standing outside with 2 kids of less than 10 years. Absolutely NO ONE was there to help out. Their WiFi was not working, disabling the gate. I had to take help from other residents to get into the building to get access to the keys. It was my worst check in experience. In addition, their bulbs were out, their heating racks didn’t work. I complained about these, but all they kept saying from the beginning was “we are very sorry”, but did nothing to help!
Veronica (6/5): Pleasant - Location was in a nice neighbourhood, close to the tram and underground. The balcony has a nice view. The smell of cigars was obvious, although it might be due to guests not respecting the house rules. The house was not properly cleaned.
