Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Jovan (5/5): Passable - Good location to get to city centre. It is not far away to walk either. Clean. You need internet connection to enter the building because you get instructions and e-key on the email bur when you are in roaming and you don't have or cellular internet is very expensive it's big problem, we were lucky that passenger who lives there opened the door of the building so we could enter. No elevator and apartment is on the last floor, that is something that in description is not mentioned, when you have big luggage it's not fun when you have surprise like that.
Erwinai (2/5): Pretty bad. - The place was pretty clean. It's located at the top of the building, with 10 stairs (and no elevator). It's very hot, and there is only one tiny window that can be opened. But don't, because it will attract 100 mosquitos. So we decided to melt instead. I reported that the fan was broken and never got a response from the host.
