So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building. Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving. Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification. Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. JOIVY will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Françoise (1/5): - Unica nota positiva è la posizione comoda per i miei interessi e vicino alla metropolitana. Appartamento sporco : ragnatele, ditate sulle ante della cucina, maniglie dell'armadio nere di sporco, zanzariera rotta, e non dico tutto. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare la struttura che ha preteso le foto di quel che asserevamo e Booking per far venire una persona, molto gentile ed efficiente, per pulire e poter poggiare la nostra roba. Mancanza di comfort : non c'era un attacapanno per appendere I cappotti, unico posto l'armadio in camera da letto. Nel bagno non c'era una mensola, un ripiano per sistemare i nostri nécessaire de toilette, nè ganci per appendere gli asciugamani. È un peccato che non sia controllo sullo stato dell'appartamento perché potrebbe essere un luogo piacevole!

Stefano (7/5): Soggiorno buono per breve permanenza - Posizione centrale e comoda per i trasporti. Edificio tranquillo e vicinato non rumoroso. Munito di bel balconcino e appartamento attrezzato in maniera giusta.
István (6/5): - A környék tetszett, közel volt a metró. A lakás rendben volt, két légkondival. Szép, tiszta, kényelmes, a tv-n internet. Csendes utca, volt hangulata. A melegvíz ellátás a zuhanyzáshoz nem volt ideális. Három napra, hárman kaptunk 1/4 tekercs wc papírt. A folyékony szappan adagoló üres volt. A foglalásnál szempont volt, hogy ezek legyenek. Nem voltak. A lift éppen nem volt teljesen jó, az első emeletről indult, ami gondot jelentett, egyikünk rossz térde miatt. Hárman kaptunk két párnahuzatot.

Benard (2/5): Very poor - The location was Okay for Milano. The flat was so dirty. We cleaned it ourselves and the management didn't care so long as you pay the money. It's very clear why they want money upfront just incase you want to change your mind. This was the worst flat I have seen.

Hanna (8/5): Very good - It was very nice apartment, good location, metro and supermarket are not so far, there is a dishwasher and washer. A bit difficult to get to apartment if u don’t don’t have internet. there is not a kettle.
