Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy: Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property. Guests are obliged by Italian law to provide identification and pay the city tax before check-in. ALTIDO will not provide access if the online check-in form is not completed or the city tax is not paid. The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM. The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating. Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Stephen (6/5): Needs refurbished - Location is good but apartment was musty, sheets smelt of smoke, shower was feeble and towels were stained.
MIN HANG (4/5): - The apartment is located at the great location, which is just opposite to the legendary "Vertical Forest" and a beautiful park, several train stations around, "Isola" is just around the corner. There are also plenty of posh restaurants in the neighborhood. However, the property management company is quite messy, I had informed them my arrival time is 4pm, but I didn't receive the key to the building's front door on time, I had to make several calls to ask them for the code, which took almost 2 hours to settle, later I found that they sent the code to Expedia page, rather obscured, while all other notification emails were sent my my email. The most unsettling part was the leaking problem, it was raining heavily on the first 2 days of my stay, the kitchen was all soaking wet, the water even reached to the middle of the living room, where my luggage was placed. Again, I had to make a few phone calls to report this issue, it took my whole morning to deal with this unpleasant issue, although they said they had sent someone to "fix" it on the same day, it did ruin a bit of the trip. Some good things about this apartment is that the bed was quite comfy and it's spacious.

Roy (7/5): Good - Location and price Initially, it was difficult to enter the building as Intercom broke down. Had to message and wait for Host to revert. Microwave was not working and check out time too early at 10am.

Alessandra (1/5): Problems with checking in - Location The check in procedure was online, time consuming and complicated. There was no mobile number to call or chat with for assistance, only a landline phone that never answered my calls. Since I had to check in late and the check-in instructions were not complete and no one was there for assistance, I couldn't enter the apartment the first night and I had to find another solution.

Mareike (6/5): Pleasant - The location was perfect. One of the kitchen chairs was broken (one chair leg was not connected to the seat) so we only had one chair for two people. Also, the bed didn’t have a slatted frame so we had to be careful to not lie too close to the side because then the mattress bent so much that one was almost falling under the bed. Other than that our stay was fine and the apartment clean but too expensive for what it had to offer.
