• Bianca (8/5): Insgesamt eine gute Wohnung in guter Lage, mit kleineren Punkten zur Verbesserung. - • Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. • Gute Lage: Metro, Tram und Zug sind alle fussläufig erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in der Umgebung. • Der Zugang zur Wohnung wurde sehr gut beschrieben. • Eigentlich ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht (bis auf einen Deckel für den Topf, aber bei den guten Restaurantangeboten sollte man ohnehin lieber draussen essen). Ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Duschköpfe könnten erneuert werden (sie setzen alles unter Wasser). Auch die Terrasse könnte eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen Die Sauberkeit ist im Grossen und Ganzen in Ordnung, aber noch etwas ausbaufähig.
• Jenny (7/5): Prima appartement dat een goede schoonmaakbeurt kan gebroken en aanvulling/vervanging keukenspullen - De locatie is heel goed, vlakbij bussen, trams en centraal station. Leuke restaurantjes in de buurt en een supermarkt. Twee badkamers heel fijn. Ruime leefruimte en prettig terras. Het appartement was niet brandschoon. Kan een goede schoonmaakbeurt - schimmel verwijderen, kalkaanslag verwijderen, stofzuigen ook onder de bedden. Beddengoed zonder scheuren zou ook fijn zijn. Er waren voldoende borden, maar glasservies erg mager. Pannen met bijpassende deksels zou ook fijn zijn.
• susan (8/5): Convenient - Convenient to station, supermarket and restaurants a few minutes walk away It was very cold in Milan at the time, we were instructed not to touch the heating so we’re not warm enough on the day we spent at home
• Iva (8/5): - Good location, nice building, comfy beds, clean, big apartment, nice big terrace, well equipped kitchen, good communication with the owner. It was very cold in a flat and all of the radiators were turned on to the maximum. Very hard to sleep on such low temperature with thin blankets. Heating radiator in one bathroom didn't work at all. Upper fixed shower head is very annoying as the cold water is dropping while taking a shower. Missing detergent and a sponge in kitchen. Had only one set of keys, but was told that the additional set will be made. Elevator didn't work the last day.

• Eleanor (8/5): Spacious, clean apartment that could only improve with a few homely touches. - The flat was clean and spacious for a group of 4 adults. The bedrooms had good storage and the sofa bed was comfortable for an adult. The aircon throughout the flat was very good and definitely needed. Having a terrace was a nice bonus in the city, although could benefit from a little tidy up. The flat is close to the station which was exactly what we needed. It’s a great base for exploring Milan and travelling to the F1. We didn’t spend much time in the neighbourhood but did find a great local restaurant, San Mina with amazing €6 pizza. The WiFi did not work at all through out our stay. The lock on the outside gate is quite tricky, there’s definitely a knack to opening it that would have been helpful to know before spending 15 minutes trying to get in when we first arrived. The lift was out of order for the last 3 days of our stay. The stairs to the 5th fooor were very difficult for a member of our group with health issues, and when leaving with all our cases. The flat would definitely be better with a few more basic amenities, there were no bin bags and only half a toilet roll in each bathroom (not enough for 5 days with 4 people). Also a few sachets of coffee or a couple of tea bags for when you arrive would be a nice extra touch

• Jo (9/5): Stylish, beautiful and spacious apartment - This is a very spacious and beautiful apartment. High ceilings, terrace, huge rooms and beautiful bathrooms. Headboard unattached to the bed so kept banging. I wouldn't want to collect the keys at night from the lock box around a lamp post but the videos sent by the host were very helpful.
• Wai (3/5): Poor - Spacious apartment. Has 2 ensuite bedrooms. Simone was helpful with suggestions. Sink in 1 bathroom choked. Lighting at terrace not working. Terrace was dirty. Previous occupants may have cooked. Surfaces are grimy. Utensils not properly washed and are oily. Heating for hot water for shower does not work properly. Water goes from piercing hot to icy cold to boiling hot to stinging cold every few minutes. Impossible to have a proper shower. 1 of the bathrooms smells musty/bad even with the window opened.

• Jean (7/5): Location was quite central. Taxi ride back to apartment is not expensive. - Location was good. Can actually walk to Milan Central Station. The apartment was very spacious for family of 4. The balcony was huge. There was not enough shampoo and conditioner for my family of 4. The pillow was too soft. You need to lock the door from outside when leaving the apartment, my daughter left the door unlocked on one of the day as she thought it will auto locked when she closed the door. The many keys for main gate, building door and apartment door was confusing as they were not labelled. It will be good if a sponge can be provided at the kitchen sink.

• Ban Heng (8/5): - The apartment was spacious. Sleep was better than average. Bathroom was clean and good. Hot water and water pressure works well. Help after checking in could be better. Overall a pleasant stay.

• Katrina (10/5): Perfect spot for exploring Milan and day trip to Lake Como. - Beautiful apartment convenient to Milano Centrale. Loved the big terrace for morning coffee! Great floor plan for a family with 2 nice bathrooms. There is also a nice grocery market nearby. Nothing.
• Sara (1/5): Poor - It's not the place I will return The hotel didn't compromise and fully charge even cleaning fee when i lost my passport during transit to italy. I explained and told them what happened but they just keep rejecting and zero tolerance.
