They have a very simple system to access the flat for the first time and it was immaculately clean on arrival. The apartment is large and appointed to a high standard. Communication from the host was done via WhatsApp and they were very attentive.

• Nancy (10/5): - We had an absolutely amazing stay at the apartment we booked for our vacation! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable exactly like (or even better than) the photos. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the space feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were super cozy, and we really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, and toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast, and everything worked perfectly. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Sabrina, our guest assistant. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. From helping us get settled in to offering great local recommendations, she truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you, Sabrina! The location was another highlight close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. It made a perfect base for exploring the area. We can not recommend this place enough and would 100% stay here again. It made our vacation even more special. We were really impressed with the size of the rooms and the facilities. It said there was a balcony,which there was but it was a tiny bit of metal off the kitchen into a service courtyard so probably would have been better if they hadn’t said anything about it.

• Frances (8/5): Excellent location close to all public transport. - Clean property and very secure. Easy to walk everywhere, location was lovely and central. The property was exceptionally clean, and we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom. Great washing machine/dryer and lots of room in the apartment to move around. When we travel, we don’t have a phone connection, so,pick up wifi at various locations. While the information was provided to get into the unit was fantastic, without the wifi password, we could not use the door key. Hosts were wonderful and remotely opened doors for us, however if password was provided eairler for us to access wifi, this could have been alleviated. No tv in second bedroom. Light fitting in second bedroom broken. Could have provided more coffee pods (for what we paid). No kettle to make a cup of tea. Original website when we booked showed a bath, however was advised there was not one when I requested a unit with bath.

Clean and comfortable and fan - The apartment was exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, it was spacious with all facilities you would need for a short break. It was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) as we all had our own beds (2 bedrooms plus sofa bed in lounge). Great location just 5 mins walk from the colosseum and 25 mins from spanish steps. Guest services were fantastic, anything we needed they responded straight away.

• Tina (10/5): Really liked apartment and would rent again. - Good sound proof window, nice decor, very clean, good security with multiple Iocked doors, could walk to important sites, nearby Mercato, and Massimo greeting us to show us how to use door locks. Registration process uploading passport information and picture was annoying and not comfortable providing personal information over internet and where it is stored may be hacked.
• Kevin (9/5): Great place to stay! - Great views from the 5th floor! Felt safe walking the neighbourhood. Market, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, modern and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. A little tricky if you have a vehicle, parking was 50 Euros per day and it was a ways from the apartment. The technology to get us in the front door did not work but we were quickly let in remotely once we sent a message.

On the corner in like 30meters distance is Carrefour supermarket. You can see the Colosseum from your window😊 The apartment was very cozy, clean and had everything needed for comfortable stay. Bed and pillows were so comfortable, I slept so well despite the noise from the street( I cannot lie it is noisy..). Hosts were very friendly and helpful. The door in the bathroom was squeaking when being open, which needed just to be sprayed and the problem would have been solved but unfortunately no one took care of it during our 5 day stay, despite I told the host after the first night..not so big drama but it was really too easy to fix to not fix it..

Кроме того, ночью довольно громко работает холодильник на кухне, поэтому тем, кто спит во второй комнате (гостиной), может быть некомфортно.

• Dariusz (9/5): A comfortable and convenient home away from home in Rome. - I often book apartments through Booking, and sometimes what I find on arrival doesn’t match the photos in the listing. However, with Be Mate Colosseo, that was not the case. I highly recommend their apartments for their excellent location, unique interior design, and great amenities. I stayed with my wife and 5-year-old daughter for five nights in one of Be Mate Colosseo’s apartments, and we felt right at home – the flat was very well equipped, including a fully functional kitchenette, AC, and reliable, fast Wi-Fi. The self check-in process was extremely easy and convenient, as the apartment is equipped with electronic locks, and we could open the doors using a mobile app – which was especially handy because we arrived late at night. The only downside was the noise. Our apartment was on the first floor facing the street, and the first night was a bit challenging. However, we quickly got used to it, and by the second night, it didn’t bother us anymore. After all, Rome is a big and lively city, so some noise is to be expected. I would definitely choose a Be Mate Colosseo’ apartment again for our next stay. It minor things, but it would be good to have a few more dishwasher capsules at the start, and the shower cabin should have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The elevator was a big plus given we were on the 5th floor. The entire apartment was well-decorated and well-equipped with a big kitchen & even a washer/dryer! This was the perfect place for our family of 7. The communication from the property owner was top notch. Highly recommended!

Only problem was when we arrived it was after reception closed, you need internet to get into apartment, which we didn’t have so stuck outside for an hour until we had help from the receptionist at the hotel Macure. No answer from the emergency number on booking.

Den ligger ud til trafikeret vej, så selvom det er på 5. sal var der en del støj fra gaden. Men det er også det eneste negative der er at sige.

Very friendly staff who were helpful and accessible. Very close to colosseum, and good connections to train station. We had issues with showers running out of hot water and on couple of occasions had to abandon showers part through due to showers running cold. One of the bidet taps was leaking.

Nice touch that staff asked if we had a good time and offered to arrange transport back to the airport. It was highly appreciated. Everything about the property was nice. Lovely neighborhood as well, with restaurants and a park. BTW the Colosseum is just down the road.
