• Anna (2/5): Alles schlecht! - Квартира была забронирована вынужденно, так как за полчаса до основного бронирования хозяин отменил бронь. Матрасы жесткие настолько, что остались синяки на бедпах. Все не понравилось. Квартира была забронирована в экстремальных условиях, когда за полчаса до заселения было отказано в заранее запланированном бронировании!!!

• Nivesh (7/5): Great location and nice that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. But the beds are rock hard. - great location (10 out of 10) - right buy a metro, close to milan central station, on a main road with restaurants and shops. Wifi available, good that had 2 bathrooms and 3 rooms for larger group The noise was really bad due to main road, the showers are so small that can barely fit inside, the beds are worse than sleeping on the floor.
• Abdullah (3/5): - الشقة فسيحة تتكون من 3 غرف مكيفة وحمامين ومطبخ وتتميز بوقوعها بالقرب من محطة المترو وعلى شارع تجاري يحتوي على مطاعم وبقالات والكثير من محلات التسوق يوجد الكثير من العيوب في الشقة وعلى الرغم من ذكرها في تقييمات النزلاء الا انه لم يتم إصلاحها. اولا الشاور في حمام غرفة الماستر لا يوجد به ماء حار نهائيا مما نضطر الى استخدام الحمام الثاني الذي توجد به سخانة الماء ولكنها صغيرة لا تستوعب جميع العائلة. ثانيا غرفة الماستر تطل على الشارع العام الذي يوجد به الكثير من الازعاج سواء من السيارات او من اصوات الأشخاص الجالسين في الشارع. كما أن نافذة الغرفة تحتوي على ستارة شفافة مما يدخل الكثير من النور سواء في الليل أو النهار على الرغم من وجود شتر على النافذة الا انه عطلان. ثالثا أيضا الشتر عطلان في نافذة الحمام الثاني ويجب الحذر عند استخدام الحمام خصوصا بالليل حيث يوجد الكثير من الاشخاص جالسين بالقرب من النافذة. رابعا لا توجد خصوصية في الغرف الأخرى حيث توجد فتحات في الجدار الفاصل بينهما مما يسبب ازعاج في حالة فتح أنوار إحدى الغرف او صدور أصوات من النزلاء خامساالدخول إلى المبنى والشقة متعب وغير مريح لانه لا يوجد به نظام الدخول الذكي وإنما بالمفاتيح العادية وهذا يعني ان المفاتيح ستكون عند شخص واحد مما يعيق الأخرين في الدخول والخروج. خامسا الاصنصير ضيق جدا جدا ويتطلب الصعود اليه بعدة درجات وهذا لا يناسب كبار السن او أصحاب الاعاقة
• Tohme (8/5): - The staff were helpful and responding to messages. We were met by a very nice employee who gave us the keys and showed us around. The location was great right next to the Metro. 3 bedrooms is a plus when travelling with family. Rooms are exactly what you see in pics. All in all very convenient and good. The bed mattresses were abit hard, and no Block out curtains (just regular white ones) so the rooms get bright and sunny early. Otherwise it is all good.

• Robert (5/5): Nice location but glad it was only one night. - Great location, smaller but nice apartment, was able to drop off bags before check-in time, located next to red line subway, nice views from apartment, food establishments close by with at least one open all night. The beds were very hard, one shower only had a trickle of hot water but plenty of pressure for cold water, same bathroom's sink had good pressure and flow on hot and cold water so odd about the shower. Air conditioning in front bedroom was poor; hot all night. All other AC units worked well. Dirty dishes and wine glasses but I do NOT fault Italianway. This is on the previous renters. Could use a booklet, or at least a one-pager in the apartment with check out procedures.

• Nikola (10/5): Exceptional - Metro in front of the building, big apartment for 4 people, markets and restaurants 1 minute from the building, clean apartment, has everything you need, even when we had problem with doors they sent someone right away to fix it, great customer service.
• Hristina (8/5): It was very clean, but you need to renew some of the things and make it more comfortable. Good for the money. - We like the location. You have everything around there - supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, subway, buses, cafes.. everything you need. We didn’t like the noise. You hear everything from the outside - the people talking, the traffic. And the worst thing is that you can feel the subway - the vibration. We were 4 adults and 1 kid, and there wasn’t enough warm water for all of us. The boiler was too small for the capacity. The dining table is broken and its not comfortable for dinner.

• Roxana (9/5): Great location for travelers. - We had to go to the Train Station to get the keys and had to go back to get a replacement key. It was very accessible, and they were very responsive. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurant. It has easy access to public transportation. Everything was good. The only problem we had it was that the shower was clogged and but other than that everything else worked for us.
• Ted (7/5): Property has great location but needs work to make a good stay. - Great location to use the subway. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to go to a different location to get keys and pay city tax. Two of the bedrooms have an open area between them which gives no privacy between the rooms ( you can hear everything the people in the other bedroom are doing, including snoring, getting up, etc.)
• Nadia (10/5): Great accommodation exactly as the photos show. - Well appointed with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Great location near the Metro, plenty of cafes and shops. Easy to find, clean and comfortable. The noise of the Saturday night crowd was loud but not loud enough to prevent sleep.

• Yclou (9/5): Great location with lots of eating options - We like the location as the apartment is just above Milan Metro Loreto Station. It's walking distance from Milano Centrale (the main station). There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shop so thinking about what to have for breakfast and dinners couldn't be easier. Duomo di Milano and the shopping area are just few stations away by Metro. The place is kept clean and neat. The queen bed room and single bed room are not completely separated. So the guests who stay in the two rooms might affect each other if they're not family or good friends.

• Ming (3/5): Poor - 1. Good location with easy access to Loreto metro station, cafes and shops. 2. Mattress and pillows are firm enough. 1. Not enough toilet rolls 2. Not enough shower gel 3. Wall clock not working 4. Bathroom doors are noisy 5. No ceiling light in bathrooms. Only a small spot light is not bright enough 6. Keys collection location is far away. It is very inconvenient when you are carrying your luggage 7. Bins are too small 8. Hair drier only produce cool air. Not serve the purpose 9. Not enough sockets in the kitchen area 10. Staff did not respond to email requests 11. One of the keys was broken, nearly stuck in the key hole. 12. Single room curtain is too small so it does not cover the whole window. No privacy is compromised.
• Ismat (1/5): They are theives !!! tried to charge us more than 400 euro without showing any proof and did not warn us about ANYTHING - They are theives that tried to steal from our cards. Do not give chance to them!!! So bad ! Disgusting The painting in the bedrom fell on my head while sleeping !!! Terrible apartment!

• Cary (8/5): Very good - Location was perfect -literally a few steps from the underground. Rooms where spacious and nice to have 2 bathrooms. one of the bathrooms had hairs in the shower and the kitchen didn't have the minimum supplies like dish liquid and garbage bags etc.which we normally see in homes we rent. I would also suggest you get a Nespresso coffee maker :)
• Ümit (10/5): Exceptional - The neighborhood around the house was very active. There were many places open late. The house was quite spacious. There were 2 double bedrooms and 1 room with a single bed. The beds were quite comfortable. There were many kitchen utensils. There were many utensils in the kitchen but none for washing dishes. No sponge, no soap. I went and picked up the key at the pick-up time, but they said the house was not ready yet. So I had to wait.

In addition, We think the customer should receive the key at the apartment instead of finding the way to Milano Central to take it. Your apartment is good and very clean, so we think you can improve the things mentioned earlier to give the customer a better experience.

• Samira (6/5): Central location but very noisy - It is a big apartment in a central location. The apartment looks nothing like in the pictures, and the streets nearby are rough and very noisy even in the early hours of the morning. We did not feel safe, and there were always people shouting at night which made sleeping quite hard. I do not recommend this place for a family with kids.

• Siddique (7/5): No value or money, very expensive, only good thing was location. - I only like location of the property, kitchen facility is also good. there was no enough toiletries, bedsheets were with stains, no dish washing product was available in kitchen.
