• Kristina (8/5): - The apartment is very nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The only bad thing about the place is that it is too noisy and we could hear other people and music late at night.
• Gilles (7/5): Appartement confortable mais agence de location catastrophique - L'agencement de l'appartement, le confort de la literie À notre arrivée, impossible d'ouvrir les portes extérieures de l'immeubles. Le courriel ditalianway indique qu'il fallait cliquer sur un lien pour ouvrir les portes mais rien.... Nous avons essayé d'appeler, mais a 17h30 personne n'a décroché. Nous avons donc dû demander aux voisins en appuyant au hasard sur les sonnettes afin de pouvoir arriver a la boîte a clefs situé sur la porte de l'appartement Je suis à 1 000 kilomètres de chez moi avec un enfant de 13 ans. Que ce serait t'il passé si personne n'avait ouvert ! Le sèche-cheveux était fondu et ce du a un court circuit, le four ne fonctionnait pas, la climatisation était impossible à allumer… c'est inadmissible. J'ai racheté des piles pour la télécommande de la tv... En clair aucun contact avec une personne physique que du virtuel.

• Behzad (4/5): - Communication was nearly impossible... I had no idea where the key was, had too many documents to sign, and felt like I was signing my life away. They sent the email too late about instructions on where the key was. I could not locate the apartment. I tried calling the property, but they were no help. The shower downstairs has no curtains.. impossible to shower. The shower upstairs was clogged and gross to show when the drain did not work. The sofa bed was like sleeping on a rock. Not happy with how this leg of our trip turned out. It would have cost the same to stay at a hotel.
