The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuse box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Daniel (2/5): - Unsafe, noisy, and poorly maintained: Many things in the apartment were broken or in bad condition. There were exposed electrical wires sticking out of the wall next to the bed, which felt dangerous. The window couldn’t close, and combined with extremely loud renovation work in the courtyard throughout the day, it was nearly impossible to spend time in the apartment—even briefly. Unacceptable cleaning standards: The apartment was clearly not properly cleaned before my arrival. Surfaces were dusty, and the overall impression was one of neglect. Confusing and stressful check-in: Finding the apartment and retrieving the key was frustrating. The process involved navigating several locked doors , which was stressful and time-consuming after a long journey. I do not recommend this property and would advise other guests to choose a place with better upkeep and more professional service. The service wont even talk to me after my stay.
- Mirjana (10/5): Excellen location, super clean and comfortable - Excellent location, in the city center, everything on walking distance. 15 min to Duomo, 15 to Brera, 15 min to Cadorno train station, 15 min to Navigli. Apartmen was super clean, airconditioned, quite neighborhood, bed was comfortable, you have everything you need - towels, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron and also coffee which was super nice surprise in the morning as we arrived very late. Shops, restaurants, everything is very close. Communication with the property owners also excellent. Contactless check-in process was also super easy. Great value for the money!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Erster Eindruck gut; einige Dinge nicht optimal - Erster Eindruck war gut, aber erst später sah man einige kleine Fehler. Das Apartment ist in der Maintenance nicht gut geführt. Die Rollos waren alle defekt, konnten zwar verdunkelt werden, aber der Zustand schlecht. Es fehlte eine Nespresso-Maschine. Kein Hinweis zum WLAN. Code musste man auf dem Router suchen. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte man das Apartment aufwerten

The instructions for accessing the property were unclear, leaving us stranded outside in the cold for over an hour while making repeated phone calls to try and gain entry. Once inside, we encountered several issues—the blind in our room was broken, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, and there was persistent noise outside our room both nights. We had to make a total of 19 calls to an international number, yet we still struggled to exit the building due to unclear instructions. This was supposed to be our honeymoon, but instead, I found myself in tears on multiple occasions, with no support, compensation, or concern shown by the owners.

- Mette (4/5): - The reason for our dislike is that my daughter had some worrying bites that made us fear/suspect bedbugs. We called the agency to say that after we left and they were going to check and come back to us. They never contacted us again and that made us even more suspicious. We are no handling our luggage as if it might be contaminated by bed bugs. Except for that the flat was nice, clean and in a good location. Wifi was good and the general standard fine.

- Alejandra (1/5): You go on vaca of 5 days and 2 of those with no electricity so nothing works but you still paid for it! How would you li - Totally unsatisfied how having no electricity was handle, especially when everything in the air apartment runs by electricity. After traveling hours from over seas the last thing you want is to spend hours messaging back and forth to have electricity back on without it going out again. It literally wasted 2 days of my vacation time with no compensation. And one of their customer service reps still had the audacity to tell me they had manners. UNACCEPTABLE! The apartment was like the pictures and would had been nice if I had not spent 2 days dealing with no electricity :( The fact that it took 2 days to solve having no electricity and that nothing worked without it. ALTIDO definitely needs improvement on taking care of their guest.

Hosts did not have their own pair of keys so was not able to fix unless we were there and always called at inopportune times when we were out exploring. Also not enough toilet paper, had to buy our own for the last night. Also not very clean.
