I’ll be back if the above problem are addressed. - It was quiet, rooms are safe and the air b n b very quite and only 2 mins walk from the train station. 1- I stayed at the property for a week and never had my bedsheets changed even once. (I think when I arrived I seen it in one of their terms.. but it’s unhygienic and I highly recommend this should be revised, especially for guests staying 4 days + and definitely a week). 2- Because I stayed in the aparthotel for a week the shower after 2 days got very dirty but I had no cleaning equipments to clean the shower with (because they do not send you a cleaner). If you will not provide a cleaner to save costs, that’s fine but please provide cleaning equipments. Also the water in the shower took time to flush, you need a plumber to unblock it). 3- The multi-gym equipment is damaged. The free weights jump for 10 to 22kg and stops there. Please consider adding more free weights and fixing the machines and remote control in the gym area for the tv. 4- The Jacuzzi is broken and unkept. But I love the terrace as a nice chilled area.

• Christophe (1/5): Bad - Nothing Avoid this hotel at all costs. We stayed there from April 20 to April 26. From the very beginning of our stay, we were covered in bedbug bites. Without even reporting the issue, the hotel discreetly treated our room, clearly showing they were fully aware of the infestation. Three days later, despite their so-called “treatment,” we found a live bedbug under the mattress. This is clear proof that the hotel is not clean and does not handle infestations seriously. I strongly advise against staying at this establishment for anyone who values their health and wants to avoid bringing an infestation back home.

• Sinfuliving (6/5): A corporate, computer operated complex of short term accommodations - This is a digitally accessed, operated, managed hotel. You enter with codes, clean the premises as instructed, and leave as instructed. If you want anything extra, you need to pay extra (like a blanket). Location wise, it's 100 meters from the Cristoforo Metro/Train station. But there are no cafés or grocery stores for a coffee or quick breakfast. A small nespresso machine and a couple of coffee pods are the only morning rescue items. For young, digitally connected, savvy this might be perfect. It was acceptable for us.
• Amgad (7/5): Good stay, perfect location and friendly staff. - It was a good stay but I stayed there from 2 years and it was better, more clean and renovated. General speaking, the hotel is perfect, smart with excellent location.
• Martin (3/5): Uncomfy, noisy and out of the way. - The room was good inside, lots of space. The shower was nice. However, a couple of things to note: the toilet only had one roll of toilet paper, which; for 4 nights was not enough so we had to buy more. Also, we only had one pillow each which made the stay very uncomfortable. The hotel was difficult to find, particularly in the dark as its right at the back of an unlit alley. The area itself isn’t great, there’s not a lot of access to anything good. That brings me onto getting to the area which took several trains with a transportation system that’s very confusing. We realised we could get the metro, which in fairness is easy to get the hang of after a day or two and goes directly to San cristoforo. I wouldn’t recommend the area for anyone travelling to Milan, I wouldn’t suggest somewhere closer to the centre. Furthermore, another annoyance was the noise in the room. Every time someone flushed a toilet or put on a tap it can be heard, in the middle of the night this could be annoying and wake you up. In addition, the guests next door to us were up making a lot of noise all night (having sex) which was quite unpleasant to have to listen to. When I complained through booking.com the hotel said there was nothing they could do. In my opinion this isn’t acceptable. The hotel may be reasonably priced but it’s not worth it. You’re better off paying a little extra and staying somewhere else. We were out of the hotel most of the time which made our experience a little better. I would give this hotel 3/10 at most.
• Bogdan (8/5): Good value for money - Metro is 2 minutes away - Lidl & McDonald's 10 minutes away - Clean rooms - The rooms are spacious - Cute terrace to have a drink - Good water pressure and hot water - Warm rooms - Quite modern - Frigde Soundproofing is really bad - Every day, after 17 when you arrived at the location, there was a really bad smell on the hallway and in the rooms - No option for breakfast - No shower gel in room. I called the reception number 3 times with no reply and the call center once and they told me it will be provided. It wasn't - Stained walls - Weird rules about being charged for using too much electricity, staining the walls, damaging things and so on

Cosa non ti è piaciuto della Food in the fridge from previous quests. lacuzzi not working. Sauna doesn't heat + water had lot of mold I had to remove myself. Steam room smelly. Staff: I've asked to switch on music in the SPA, he didn't. I've asked an extra glass for the room, he didn't give me. He made me pay for SPA even if it was terrible and without lacuzzi. Gym is not well eguipped.

Jeder könnte von aussen in unser Zimmer rein weil es defekt war und weil niemand erreichbar war und wir unser Sachen nicht dort lassen wollten wenn wir ins Stadt gehen mussten wir ein andere Hotel suchen und Joivy verlassen. (Hotel war für 3 Nächte gebucht mal schauen ob die entgegen kommen )

• Kyle (9/5): Comfortable, Affordable and Easy - Room was a large size, and we had more than enough space for the two of us. The windows let in a lot of light whilst also being able to maintain good level of privacy with the blinds/curtains. The bathroom was reasonably sized and the shower was great. Lastly, the property is approx. 3 minute walk from the nearest Metro station. Nothing much only, the only minor issue, which I say is very minor, is that the room had no wine glasses, which for whichever reason, felt a little odd.

• Jeanne (3/5): Dissapointed in the false advertisement of the area this property is in and the quality of the linen - I liked the bathroom and it was pretty easy to find and get inside. This property advertises it is in the Navigli Disctrict and it is not at all, infact it is an hours walk away. The cushens on the bed is of a really bad quality, the televition is very delayd and doesn't work properly and just a few things missing for a "self service" accomodation. Bad quality bedding and towls. The jacuzzi on te rooftop wasn't on and the gym was also a bit of dissapointment. Honestly, the most dissapointing is the area - we only chose this property because it says NAVIGLI!

• Zhenlong (6/5): Pleasant - The staff here always make mistakes, and the result of the mistakes is that guests have to wait for the repair. The room is big enough and the facilities are new enough. But without a good service team, the small problem makes the stay experience very bad.

• Shcherban (4/5): Overall, while the hotel had some appealing features, the significant issues with the room and the p - I recently stayed at JOIVY San Cristoforo - Terrace, Gym & SPA, and had an overall okey experience. The hotel itself looked fine. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa—it was a good place to relax. We also liked spending time on the terrace, which was particularly nice in the evenings. I recently stayed at JOIVY San Cristoforo - Terrace, Gym & SPA , and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The bathroom was the main source of our frustration. The shower leaked constantly, causing water to pool in the corners and drip down the walls. The situation was so bad that the bathroom floor and even part of the room floor were constantly wet, making it impossible to relax. We also noticed that a panel on the bathroom door would come off every time we opened it, which was quite inconvenient. To add to our discomfort, there was a stone slab in the room that had unwashed chips, traces of screws, and even a layer of construction cement, which should have been cleaned before our arrival. We reported the leaking shower to the manager, who did come to address the issue. However, the attempted fix didn’t work, and we continued to suffer from the water flooding every time we took a bath. This made our stay quite uncomfortable and far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. Adding to our dissatisfaction was the location of the hotel. The area was in a ghetto, surrounded by construction sites and generally unsafe conditions. The public transportation options were abysmal: the S9 train wasn’t working, the metro nearby was under reconstruction, and the electric train number 14 wasn’t operating. This made getting around incredibly difficult. My girlfriend, who is very blonde, attracted unwanted attention every day from unpredictable people in the area. If you have a similar appearance, I would advise being very cautious when walking alone in this neighborhood. We were often harassed by drunk individuals, especially when we used scooters to get around, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Overall, between the poor condition of the room and the terrible location, our stay was far from what we expected, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.
• Lærke (7/5): Nice for a city trip - I did like the room and the facilities a lot. Spacios rooms and everything we needed for a nice stay. They also had a nice terrace to use. I did olso like the safety with doorcodes. I did not like the idea of the eay they “had” a host. They were never there and when we needed help it were no where to be found. Also on booking.com it sounds like spa is free so maybe try to write it different.

You got AC, fridge, kettle and small coffee machine, hairdryer, TV. Actually we used only hairdryer))) Wi-Fi was good. I just didn't notice the password written on the wall near the elevator)))) The neighborhood is a bit "dark", takes some time to get to the place, about 40 min from Centrale FS by metro + bus. After about 23pm everything is closed(( difficult to buy anything. Would be nice to leave some small notes in the room (Wi-Fi password, checkout time, some rules...). That would be practical ;)

The jacuzzi and the SPA were closed and not in the same places (jacuzzi on the rooftop and SPA in the basement) because "it rained the day before". We really had the impression of being taken for fools when we checked the state of the jacuzzi, almost empty and full of filth! If you go there for the SPA and the jacuzzi I do not recommend

We appreciated the amenities, including the coffee machine, electric stove, and refrigerator, which added great convenience to our stay. The quality we received for the price was excellent, leaving us very pleased and satisfied. The large terrace with a lovely view of the city was a fantastic bonus. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient, being just a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 4-5 minute walk to the tram. Highly recommended! The area feels a bit unsafe at night, but the hotel has excellent security measures with entry requiring a code at both the door and the gate. This made us feel very secure during our stay 😊
