JOIVY wants you to have a fantastic stay, and we encourage you to see this property as a home away from home. There are, however, a few points we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:

Washing up before check-out is kindly required, while stripping the beds would be appreciated but is by no means expected.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 9 AM. So please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors in the building.
Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving.
Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.

Due to the ongoing energy crisis, the following rules apply to all properties in Italy:
Guests are obliged by Italian law to follow the rules regarding rubbish collection and recycling. The schedule is different for each city, and guests can find written instructions on the property.

The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Szymon (1/5): Bad - Localization was great It was EXTREMELY DIRTY, So much dirt, dust and no cleaned at all. I have to clean it by myself. No sponge, dish washing liquid or dishcloth so i have to buy it by myself to clean it. Coach was dirty and no possible to set up together. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO MUCH DIRT IN MY LIFE.

- Avery (4/5): - In all honesty I would never stay here again. The room it’s self looks like the pictures however, The bathroom is strange with not a lot space to use the restroom. The shower does not drain. Over HALF the outlets do NOT work. The AC remote was HIDDEN behind coffee grounds and took us forever to find so one day we didn’t have AC. The pull out couch was broken and the condition was bad. Not sure the couch has ever been cleaned. The walls desperately need fresh paint. Not to mention the 3 different locked for the door is absurd. Makes you question the safety. I would not recommend.

- Vilma (8/5): - It’s very near to the Duomo and the fancy downtown of Milan. Maybe that’s why it’s so expensive. The property itself is a big and very old building, third floor without elevator. It’s well kept and clean, but it has an odor like cigarette. It’s good enough for a couple of days stay. There isn’t a host really. It’s a management company.

- Melike (6/5): it would be great if the building door system was functioning - the location was great. apartment was nice designed and all the necessities were there. it was a bit noisy at night due to the location. the building door system was not functioning. I managed to get in thanks to the neighbours who just decided to go in or out at that exact moment. otherwise I’d be left outside. lastly apartment was not clean that much. it was enough but you can clearly see the dust in the corners and floor.
