The condominium (central) heating will work on a schedule, as imposed by Italian law, and heating cannot be adjusted. The schedule will operate as follows: 6 AM to 9 AM, 12 PM to 2 PM, and 8 PM to 11 PM.
The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.
Please note that if the type of check-in of the property you have booked is "Greeter", there will be extra Late Check-in Fees (note that late check-in has surcharges, payable via card/payment link before your arrival:) for check-in after 7 pm.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Poderia eatar explicado mais claramente comp fazer checkin e tambem comp fechar e abrir a porta depois que ja fez o checkin… nao e extremamente dificil, mas precisa se aprender. A Janela esta quebrada, cozinha sem aparelhagem (nem isqueiro tinham pra acender o fogao) nao tinha sal, nem azeite, nem shampoo, nem sabonete, nada mesmo! Acho que seria legal que colocassem doses unicas. Faz toda a diferenca. Muito barulhento pela manha tambem.
- David (3/5): Broken AC meant 4 nights of bad sleep and Altido company didn’t help at all. We absolutely do not recommend this place. - great location in the heart of Milan, close to shopping and the Duomo AC unit n the main room was broken upon arrival and the property management company Altido never fixed it while we were there. They sent a “technician” one day but that didn’t fix it. I think they just sent a handyman. it was just a fan - no cold air at all. We documented a handful of other things that were broken in the apartment right away as well. We slept horribly for 4 nights as a result of no AC and we would not recommend this place all. Altido staff we useless and lied to us about fixing the AC for 4 days. Also the apartment door was ridiculously complex - not sure why they can’t have a normal door lock.

- Miguel (8/5): Apartamento muy bien ubicado - Lo mejor de este alojamiento me ha parecido su ubicación El hecho de tener una de las ventanas del salón que no se cerraba correctamente y la persiana de esta misma ventana dañada, de manera que resultaba un tanto molesta la estancia, al entrar luz y ruido del exterior. Así mismo resultó un poco complicado el acceso inicial al apartamento, el tema de la llave y cerradura electrónica.
