• ELISABETH (4/5): trop de désagréments - l'emplacement je n'ai pas du tout apprécié que rien n'ait été vérifié sur place avant mon arrivée. Tout d'abord, le jour de mon arrivée le code que j'ai reçu pour ouvrir la boite à clefs ne fonctionnait pas, le téléphone du correspondant en Italie indiqué par Booking ne fonctionnait pas, au final bloqué devant l'appartement pendant presque une heure après multiples tentatives pour ouvrir le cadenas, j'apprenais que le code que l'agence en Italie m'a envoyé n'était pas le bon !! Concernant l'appartement, il est indiqué nulle part qu'il y a de nombreuses marches pour accéder au logement, 4 étages sans ascenseur, très compliqué quand vous avez des difficultés à marcher..Il existe bien un ascenseur qui est interdit aux touristes. Concernant l'équipement/confort du logement, la wifi ne fonctionnait pas, en fait la box internet n'était pas branchée, c'est en ouvrant un placard que j'ai découvert un carton avec une box internet dedans qui n'était pas branchée, ce n'est pas au voyageur de gérer cela à son arrivée, c'est à l'agence locale en Italie de vérifier si les équipements fonctionnent. Concernant le confort du logement, il n'y a que des chaises pliantes, pas de fauteuil ou un canapé qu'il serait appréciable d'avoir en rentrant après une journée fatigante. Enfin concernant Booking ils se sont trompés dans l'enregistrement de ma réservation et m'avaient compté un enfant m'accompagnant alors que je voyageais seul. J'ai appelé Booking , très compliqué de les joindre mais rien n'a été modifié le jour j, cette erreur m'a bloqué pour faire l'enregistrement en ligne de l'agence locale. Aucune excuse, ristourne de la part de Booking...

• Rudi (6/5): Ok with some drawbacks. - The position was optimal and the property is big and can accommodate up to 8-10 people. Unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, tv antenna not working. Inconvenient hiccup during the checkin (incorrect instructions).

• Jane (7/5): - Location fine in terms of being near to places of interest. The person who gave us the keys was awful. He refused to meet us for a long time due to room tax not being paid. We had paid it but it seems unbeknown to us, the payment hadn't gone through. In any case we had been told we could do int on meeting person as we did in Venice. The person refused to meet us or direct us to the property and indeed when we rang to explain all very politely he would not answer the phone. It was awful. When he finally decided after hours to help us we quickly redid payment and he left. He didn't help at all. We were left 2 keys for 7 of us. The bed in upstairs room had a bowl on it collecting drips from ceiling! No mirror in 1 downstairs room. Poor showers. Noisy at night. Though it didn't impact us, there are many flights of stairs to climb to apartment and lift is not for tourists!! A sharp contrast to the nice similarly priced place we stayed in Venice

Check-in yapmadan görevli anahtarı vermek için gelmedi. Oysaki eve girdikten sonra da yapabilirdik.

• ANNUNZIATA (1/5): Da dimenticare, davvero una delusione. - Tranne la posizione che era comoda per il nostro viaggio di affari, per il resto un disastro ! Arredamento con mobili riciclati da chi doveva buttarli, senza stile e tantomeno eleganza o architettura. Le foto della pubblicità sono ingannevoli e oltre tutto non c’è l’ ascensore ma la tragedia è che le scale, essendo antiche, erano scomode e faticose! Da segnalare la pulizia che lasciava molto a desiderare. Mai avrei immaginato che una città splendida come Firenze,dove il Turista dovrebbe essere coccolato e vezzeggiato, esistano storture ricettive così scadenti.

Lave vaisselle hors service Grille pain idem Pas de micro ondes Sur les 4 chambres, deux sans fenêtres murales (l'éclairage par velux au plafond) et hauteur de plafond très insuffisante. Troisième etage sans ascenseur. Accueil minimaliste, expéditif, et quasiment sans interlocuteur.
• katia (9/5): - Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben arredato. Comodissimo per la sua posizione... Dove in pochi minuti sì possono raggiungere, a piedi, le principali piazze .... Bene collegata anche con i mezzi pubblici. Le stanze del piano superiore hanno il tetto spiovente. Un po' scomodo per le persone alte.

Dopo poco non ha funzionato per più di un'ora l'acqua e le fognature emanavano una puzza terribile. Non c'è l'ascensore e neanche un tavolo che può ospitare 8 persone contemporaneamente. Letti poco comodi
• Cristian (1/5): Solo il pensiero di rientrare in casa ci ha rovinato le vacanze - Solo la posizione Casa sporca, maleodorante, autoclave sottodimensionato per le persone che l appuntamento può ospitare, siamo rimasti senza acqua in 8 non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia. Abbiamo subito chiamato ma non ci ha risposto nessuno.Un odore di fogna in casa invivibile . Tantissime e mail assillanti prima dell arrivo, ma nel momento del bisogno non ti risponde più nessuno. Appartamento assolutamente sconsigliato!!! Già entrando dalle scale oltre allo sporco una puzza tremenda.

• Ruben (3/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, pero solo eso, por el resto de cosas no lo comendaria. Al llegar nos encontramos que NO había ascensor para huéspedes y no se indica, subir 3 pisos con todas las maletas y viajábamos con personas mayores. Luego al entrar NO habían limpiado, estaba la basura de los anteriores huéspedes por toda la cocina, y las camas desechas con las sabanas sucias, tras insistir vinieron a limpiar para la hora de cenar, no pudimos descansar tras el largo viaje. Dijeron que nos devolverían el servicio de limpieza y no lo han hecho y no responden ni por whatsapp, ni mail, ni por booking. El sitio se nota que ha pasado el tiempo y no han invertido en él, el baño de arriba es muy bajo y se salia el agua de la mampara, lo que hacia que hubiera algún bicho. La atención fatal, si lo que te importa es la ubicación y no vas a pasar mucho tiempo en el sitio en la casa es recomendable.

Com Dirty Flat....No lift working...Noisy Area impossible to sleep ..no proper window insulation and will never. recommend such a place again to anyone to stay in and very very disappointed by the attitude off the hosts who instead of being cognisant of the faults with their property, are denying and making up incorrect. facts and making false statements in order t escape this liabilities and responsibilities( I can prove it) I wish to be compensated Everything from the attitude of the Host. Proper noise proof insulation of the windows and dirty walls with black stains and no elevator working . Having to climb three flights of stairs without a lift which was not preinformed and the entire building and even in the bathroom was smelling of sewage and unhygienic.....not fit to rent to Booking. • Kenny (8/5): Nice flat in a good location. Would use again - Great location, flat quite basic but very clean. It had everything we needed - good sized rooms, good kitchen with all appliances. The main part of town is an easy 5 - 10 minute walk , though there are excellent restaurants even closer! If you are getting the train to Florence, turn left as you come off the platform. It is a shorter and nicer walk to the apartment that way, Slight confusion when meeting host to get the keys, the host was delayed. Also be aware that Florence uses the same numbering twice on the same street, one for business and one for residential. For reference, this apartment is beside the scooter hire shop. The flat is up 5 flights of stairs, quite a lot if you have heavy cases.

No me gusto que el departamento las camas no estaban comodas cada vez que uno se movia rechinaba la cama, las puertas hacen sonido cada vez que se abren y el baño esta pequeño.

Tuvimos que tirar un colchón al suelo porque la cama se hundía y era imposible dormir. Almohadas muy malas. En el cuarto de baño de la segunda planta no se podía usar la ducha porque se salía el agua. Y el techo era tan bajo que no se podía estar erguido. Llevad adaptadores para los enchufes.

Escaleras de portal muy cómodas de subir (aunque sean muchas), porque son bajitas. Mis padres las subían sin problema. Muy viejo. Necesita una actualización. La tapa de WC suelta posada sobre el inodoro (la quitamos para que no se rompiera). La limpieza de la planta de abajo, bien. La de la planta de arriba (vigas de madera en el techo), regular... No tiene microondas. El baño de la planta baja huele terrible, pero terrible.

The water-leak on the first day caused us being without water for a day and a half. That was very unfortunate. The beds in two of the rooms were not good, looked like they could break at any point. There was not enough toilet paper in the house for the whole stay.
