• Gerrit (6/5): - The location was great. It is close to a good supermarket and restaurants. It is quite bright and reasonably quiet. The shower doesn't work properly. It produces hot water for about a minute and then runs cold for the next 5 minutes. The mattresses were in dire need of replacement.

• Karla (10/5): - Nově zařízený byt s veškerým vybavením. Čisté, vše potřebné. Ruch z ulice okna skvěle izolují. Byli jsme v únoru a v bytě bylo příjemně teplo s možností regulovat teplotu. Skvělá lokace, poblíž obchod, kavárny, centrum, nádraží. Kauce vrácena do deseti dnů po odjezdu. Vše v naprostém pořádku.
• Svetlana (10/5): - Buena ubicación, zona céntrica y tranquila, hay un super al lado. Apartamentos grandes, tienen todo necesario. Buena cocina y electrodomésticos. No hay suficiente presión en la ducha. La fianza me devolvieron en 10 días, podría ser mas pronto.
• Evelyn (8/5): Bien - Cómodo El colchón de la cama se hundía y no propiciaba un buen descanso, habían zancudos, tienen que cambiar el sartén. Si mejoran eso sería un 10!!!

• Boadicea (1/5): Good location but no lift - Good location and comfortable Sadly my husband left some personal belongings at the property and the “cleaning staff did not find the personal belongings” which is very unfortunate, even though they were left in the draws. The property does not have an elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. Also the hot water in the shower doesn’t work properly, it goes hot and cold very often and doesn’t stay warm for long periods of time.

Com um carrefour literalmente do lado, apartamento espaçoso que te possibilita cozinhar e até lavar roupas em casos de viagens mais longas. Roupas de camas e toalhas limpas e de boa qualidade, boa internet, tem todos os utencilhos necessários. Tudo perfeito. Talvez um adendo para quem estiver de carro: não tem estacionamento do apartamento, tem estacionamentos pertos pagos, nada que eu ache que compense pelo valor, não vale a pena estar de carro em florença sem um estacionamento incluso na estadia, os diárias são altos
• Laura (9/5): Amplio alojamiento cerca del mercado central y la estación - El espacio es muy amplio y está muy bien distribuido y totalmente equipado. La ubicación es muy tranquila y práctica tanto para recorrer la ciudad caminando, como para moverse en transporte público. Cerca de la estación de tren y muy próximo a una parada del tranvía que te lleva directamente al aeropuerto. El mercado central queda súper cerca y ofrece un gran ambiente para tomar algo por las noches, además de poder adquirir productos durante el día. Además hay oferta de restauración por la zona y un supermercado muy próximo. La descripción se ajusta muy bien a lo encontrado. A pesar de no haber ascensor, las escaleras no son excesivas y son relativamente cómodas para subir con equipaje. Flavia, nos entregó las llaves al llegar y fue muy amable. Nos recomendó lugares de interés y en el apartamento disponíamos también de una guía detallada. Uno de los lados del colchón estaba algo hundido y no resultó cómodo durante la noche. Las almohadas sin embargo, variadas y confortables.

Quiet area, but only a few minutes walk away from busier areas: central market. Photos and descriptions of property are accurate

• raymond (2/5): - No AC until evening of 2nd day. TV remote for livingroom was broke. Bathroom sink was broke and unusable for whole stay. The Expedia listing had a dryer but no dryer.
• Ian (9/5): An excellent base to explore Firenze.. Highly recommended! - An excellent apartment that was true to the description, reviews and photos. Great location, well appointed with all facilities including a good washing machine. The apartment was well furnished, comfortable and spacious. Communication with staff was very good. Some minor issues which were solved promptly and without fuss. Hot water provides around 90 secs for the shower before running cold for 2 minutes and then another 90 secs of hot water. A minimart 50 metres away was very handy. The WiFi worked well as did the large fridge, the oven, microwave and hob. The oven, bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Highly recommended and a BIG thank you Daniele and Serena! Outstanding customer service, bravo!
• Pamela (8/5): Noisy but well situated - Loved the location. Close to what was needed and away from the super busy spots that were about a 5-10 min walk. Comfy room with a stunning view! Only complaint is the noise. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the man in the next room snoring, farting and their alarm it’s that thin! There was a group of girls that checked in and were so loud I could have joined their conversations.

• John (10/5): - Great apartment with all the comforts of home. Very close to a grocery store and great restaurants. Easy walk to many of Florence’s best sites, train station and bus depot. Definitely would stay here again!
• Zhixing (8/5): Overall pretty goos, a few things can be better - Nicolas was such a nice guy meeting us and guided us with every single thing we need to know about the apt and that's really good. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfy The cloth hanging rope is outside the window which makes it a bit difficult in the rainy or windy days (can clearly see some clothes fell off the ground from other families). And the hot water tank is not even able to provide enough hot water a full bath... No elevator and you'd better be strong or hopefully one of their lovely staffs with come and give you a hand (Nicolas did, props to him!).
• Shivashish (1/5): Horrible! - Nothing! We were allowed to check in at 5!! Even then, the cleaner was still in the apartment. Definitely not recommend, was left stranded outside because they let individuals let you check in on your day of arrival. Most ineffective way!
• Cristina (6/5): If they would improve the shower and bed this flat could be a 10/10 - Very well located, spacious and luminous flat. It had all the cookware needed plus coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and hair dryer. In addition, the flat was beautiful and spotless, and we had a very smooth check in with one girl that she was very easy to liaise with and she also gave us good recommendations for restaurants/cafes. Only 12 minute walk to the Duomo and with a supermarket just around the corner. The shower pressure was extremely low, which didn't allow you to enjoy it. On the other hand, the bed was two beds put together and they were not as comfy as you can expect considering the price. It's such a same that a nice flat like this, with lots of potential, has these two negative points, as they are main features for a good experience.
• David (4/5): Good value and experience but wouldn't book again. - Great location, Clean, bright. washing machine did not work which caused us to waste an entire half day of our trip and spending more money on a laundromat. If you advertise washing machine it better work as we booked this place because of that. Also it says air conditioning but when you leave you have to turn off the power and the air stops until you return. We were in florence during the hottest week of the YEAR, and coming back to a warm apartment after being out in 45 degree heat disappointing. also they tried to get me to pay a cleaning fee that wasn't originally in the description which I had to bring up to remove.

• Paul (7/5): Just like the photos, a little far from the sites for a senior. - The unit is modern and spacious and looks like the photos. There is a Carrefour Express several doors down. There is a bus stop a couple of blocks away with a route that outskirts the city center. The description lists a/c but it took them 2 days and multiple calls to get someone there to give us access to the unit. The mosquitoes had a party beforehand. One thing to note, particularly if you are a senior: They say that Florence is a walking city; this is largely true. There is a bus service with a stop that is not horribly far from the apartment, which loops around the outskirts of the center. The time on the bus is about equal to the walking time, but you get to sit.😊 The apartment is not particularly close to the farthest areas of the city center; it is 0.75 miles to the Uffizi Gallery. For a lengthy stay, that is quite a bit of walking back and forth when combined with needing to walk or stand most of the day in galleries or museums. In the future, I would probably opt to stay in a place much closer to the city center, which I realize would rapidly escalate the price.

• Georgina (9/5): Comfortable apartment in quiet area - The location was perfect, very easy to get around from. The apartment was larger than I expected and had great facilities. There is a small supermarket close by which was a bonus, with such a well equipped kitchen! Our greeter was lovely and kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs! Being close enough to be able to hear the bells of San Marco was wonderful too.

• Guilherme (2/5): flat is fine, staff and service absolutely not - property was ok, not so clean. the staff, the procedures to checkin and checkout. communication was awful, not clear to whom to speak, zero flexibility from the staff and they don't answer. Like talking to the government
• Javad (8/5): Very good - سلام.نزدیکی به مکان های دیدنی از ویژگی های بسیار خوب این مکان می باشد. عدم پاسخگویی صاحب واحد چراکه تنها پل ارتباطی با ایشان ایمیل بود،که ایمیل ها نیز با تاخیر پاسخ داده می شد. همچنین خرابی سیستم شوفاژ واحد و عدم رفع مشکل آن تا زمانی که ما مستقر بودیم فلذا سرد بودن هوای حمام و دستشویی. البته اتاق و پذیرایی با اسپلیت قابل گرم کردن بود.
