• Annemarie (8/5): - Appartment im 3. Stock super. Hell, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, zwei Badezimmer. Lift dorthin war ab dem Anreise- bis zum Abreisetag kaputt, bei drei Altbaustockwerken und unserem Alter von 70 und 2 Personen mit fast 89 Jahren eine Katastrophe. Koffer schleppen übers Stiegenhaus! Glücklicherweise war er repariert, als wir unsere Koffer runtertransportieren mussten. Kaffeetabs 5 Stück für 3 Personen ist schon sehr mickrig, zumal es schwierig ist, sich mit den richtigen Tabs zu versorgen. Es wäre eine nette Geste, hier etwas großzügiger zu sein.
• Lika (10/5): Excellent apartment ♥️ - Beautiful apartments right in the center of Florence, with everything within walking distance. The Santa Maria Novella train station is just a five-minute walk away, and the main attractions can be reached in about ten minutes on foot. The entrance is quite unique, resembling the entrance to a museum or a baptistery. The apartments are very bright, spacious, and comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. Everything you might need is provided. The appliances are high-end, there is a coffee machine, and complimentary tea is available. Rebecca welcomed us, explained everything about the apartment, gave helpful tips on where to go and what to see, and handed over the keys. We were also kindly offered a free late check-out. We highly recommend these apartments.
• Marius (7/5): Good location and nice house, but you feel you are just part of their money-making business process - Overall Florence is a very beautiful city and the apartment is in a good location and nice house. Our experience was not that good with this apartment. First of all, the cleaning fee is 130 Eur and that’s a lot if you take apartment just for couple of days. Parking is expensive in Florence, so better be there without car. But most frustrating was that you felt you are part of the business that only cares about their own process - you are forced to do self-checkin via system, which was not that stable and required significant time, then you are forced to pay additionally if you arrive any time outside the short check-in window. They also take additional deposit of 536 Eur to be used based on whatever they want to charge you for. We used 5 apartment in our trip in Italy. This had the worst user experience by far. Next time would take hotel instead of this apartment. Also some items, like a table in the kitchen are quite abused already.
• Patricia (9/5): beautiful apartment in Florence! would definitely come back - Very clean, spacious, modern decor, lots of storing space, good location wifi signal in the bedroom was very weak… had to go in the living room most of the time to have internet…the hallways in the building were pitch black and it was hard to find the light switch…
• Uwe (9/5): Tolle Wohnung am Rande der Innenstadt. - Tolle Wohnung in historischen Gebäude Kleiner Defekte (Stühle, Duschabtrennung nicht dicht) und zu wenige Weingläser (2 und eins defekt)
• Omar (7/5): Struttura bella e accogliente - Struttura bella e accogliente, perfetta per chi cerca comfort e tranquillità. La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dal centro, vicino ai principali servizi, mezzi pubblici e punti di interesse, il che permette di muoversi facilmente a piedi senza perdere tempo negli spostamenti. L’ambiente è tranquillo, il personale cortese e disponibile, e il rapporto qualità‑prezzo è sicuramente positivo. Torneremmo volentieri e la consigliamo a chi cerca una base comoda per visitare la zona senza rinunciare al comfort.

• Claudiu P.att (10/5): - Very nice location and appartment, in a stunning piece of art building, trully breath taking. Rebecca and her colleague were very responsive, easy checkin and checkout. 10 min walking to tge Duomo and all the attractions, plenty of options for food and drink around theplace, special note to the old style Gamberini pastocceria right accross the building, very nice touch. Very nicely equipped kitchen and living, comfortable beds and even sofas, away from any noise from the street. We would definitely come back, what a great experience - we were five people enjoying 5 days in this place, including the New Years Eve and it was a blast! 6 stars out of five! PS Apart from the usual food option, I highly recommend to try the Central Market where you can find a great porchetta, tripa and other traditional genuine food (especially the one at the groundfloor - see the pic;))

• Dorota (10/5): - Everything is available in the apartment, including the washing machine, dishwasher, iron, kettle, tea, coffee, washing pods etc, so you don't need to buy anything for a few days. There is an elevator - which is not so obvious in older buildings. Plus the location and the view is really nice.

Beds super - I loved the interior of the property with the different sculptures. The apartment itself was so cute with lovely views of the city and only 15 minute walk to the duomo/city centre.

Solo al bajar, tenes todos los servicios cerca. Justo enfrente hay una heladería, una cafetería simplemente magnífica , peluquerías , todo . El departamento es muy cómodo y caben perfectamente 6 personas . Es como si estuvieras en casa ! Estuvo todo perfecto

• Khan (5/5): Very good location but below average property - Location only Everything other than the location was average at best. Beds were not comfortable, washing machine was there but no detergent neither any place to dry your clothes. Bathroom drainage was bad and water spilled all over the floor. Lift broke down next day of our stay and we had to take stairs up to 3rd floor. Overall a forgettable experience.

• Maria (10/5): Best stay while travelling through Italy - The greeter was very helpful and was even able to accommodate a last minute change. He provided great recommendations around. The place is impeccable, super clean, everything is like new, great decoration and nice views. The AC cooled the whole place which was a great thing since the temperature outside was scorching hot. The building is a very elegant building. I was spoiled and after this place any other hotel or apartment looked bad. I will definitely stay here again. Nothing. The place is perfect!

A great cafe right across the street for morning and afternoon aperitif We needed to use taxis and the stop was directly across the street. One block from the Arno River so pleasant walks at night along the rivers path. The beds were not the best, of course it is difficult to get a decent sofa bed but mostly we would have appreciated some extra pillows

• Ankush (1/5): Pathetic experince, AC not working, high security deposit and unresponsive host - It was okay as utensils were provided and location was near central station. Nothing matters when AC was not working and the host does not care about any of the emails, WhatsApp messages or Booking Application communications you send them. I booked 3 apartments during my Italy vacation this one was the worst and it was a pathetic experience with a kid and old parents. 1) AC was not working we were not able to sleep 2) Host unresponsive on all sources calls, Whatsapp, emails since day 1 of the booking 3) Not flexible for any kind off early check-in or late check-out 4) It does not mention on booking.com they charge 500 euros for security without that they will deny you check-in which was a bit shocking for me 5) Not accessible for kids stroller 6) Local person who contacted us for check-in did not even pick up the call even for my simple questions. 7) There were Molds in the apartment 8) Bathroom tap came out Over all pathetic experience, unresponsive host and badly maintained property. Will never stay here again and like the host being unresponsive I am worried about my security deposit of 500 euros. Attached all photos that I could

• Florence (1/5): Très médiocre - Good evening, for the experience within your establishment… i will never book again fore sure !! we found the “Luxury Hotel” apartment in a deplorable stat. At the time of check-in at 2:30 p.m.… no one had come to clean the apartment, and we called the manager and he was not really sorry about that and ask me to pay total amount ... First of all, we waited 30 minutes in the rain because the appointment was at 2 p.m. and the employee was late, and when we arrived in appartment, it was so disgusting apartment, and absolutely not the level of services for the "luxury one… towels on the floor bed with sheets from former clients crumbs on the floor paper, emptied on furniture hair dust toothpaste in sink…… Then we had to wait outside 6:30 p.m., without being able to use the apartment, for someone to come and clean. I find it shameful to pay 840 e for this establishment and I have also asked for compensation.... During an exchange on the telephone but no response from you My husband and I have been booking through Booking for years and this is the first time that we have been horribly disappointed. I saved up to offer a stay for my children and the anxiety of non-response from your company added to total dissatisfaction. On the other hand, to request departure times, passports, accommodation costs and the credit card imprint, you are very responsive. I'm doing, o,nce again, my request for compensation of half a day's rental, i.e. 220 euros, as agreed with the manager of “Miranda” who gave us the keys. I will also contact booking again to sort things out with them.

• Sriram (8/5): - Nice and big apartment. A 5-minute straight line walk from the railway station. Great dining options nearby. Easy walk to city's historical center (except for Michelangelo point which was a long ... walk). The only negative was that when we arrived, the elevator wasn't working (our apartment was on the 4th floor) and the apartment had just started being cleaned (because reportedly the previous occupiers had left late). Also, the AC was switched off when we arrived. So, it was a terrible "first impression". Anyway, we had to leave almost immediately for a pre-scheduled walking tour and by the time we returned, the apartment had been cleaned up and it was nice and cool because of the A/C and the temperature drop later in the evening. I will stay here again.

• Marlenne (8/5): Very good - Building nice, fairly renovated amenities The agency in charge pushed for a deposit and insisted so much, I booked last minute, and I didn’t feel comfortable with so much insistence.. area was sketchy in some side of the building .. but was good located.
• Mariella (6/5): A good apartment - The location is very close to the centre, very modern and equipped with all the necessary facilities. What could have been better is to have the possibility to check in early without paying a cost. Effectively, we only left the luggage when we checked in early and we couldn't stay at the apartment as the cleaning was still going on. That was not a problem for us but I didn't expect there to be an extra cost for this. In addition, the lack of possibility to check out later than 10am or at least to leave our luggages in the apartment created some issues given our flight times.

• Marina (5/5): It’s not Luxury at all. Definitely not recommend. - The location is perfect. Towels is nice. I didn’t like it from the start. 500€ deposit. Manager sent me the link in booking many times, but as we understood when we did check in the link is incorrect and it didn’t work. The guy who welcomed us, saw that I am trying to pay, it’s not working correct and sad that May be I have some issues with my card which is not true. Because when he sent me the link in WhatsUp, they finally get it. I found it not safe, because I have the link from physical person, he also did the pictures of our passports which is also strange, because we stayed before in Bellagio and we didn’t have any this kind of cases there. In one of the room is a bad, in another of them sofa. But what offended us a lot, they ask 500€ deposit if there some issues, but owner of apartment didn’t leave even the water for guests. I will not recommend it to anybody and definitely not come back again.
