• Daniela (7/5): Peccato per qualche inciampo - La posizione vicina a molti servizi, supermercato, punti ristoro negozi, metropolitana e la presenza dell'ascensore rendono tutto più comodo e veloce. La casa è spaziosa, ottima per 4 persone, il bagno era grande e pulito e i letti comodi. Cucina grande. Vicini silenziosi, nessun problema nel condominio, molto pulito. Sarebbe stato utile avere asciugamani in più di "emergenza" , dei canovacci da cucina e tovaglia/tovagliette per mangiare. Le stoviglie sono adeguate ma le pentole no, considerato che può contenere fino a 5 persone e l'unica pentola presente 8oltre a una padella) anche solo per bollire la pasta basta a malapena per due persone. Un peccato dato che la cucina è grande e comoda per cucinare in casa, senza tutto il materiale però diventa più farraginoso. La pulizia di alcune parti della cucina e di un coprimaterasso non erano ottimali, spero che possiate migliorare questi aspetti per rendere il tutto perfetto, manca veramente poca attenzione in più a qualche dettaglio! Il sito segnalava la presenza di parcheggio (uno dei motivi per cui avevamo scelto questa struttura) ma in realtà il parcheggio va cercato in strada o in parcheggi a pagamento, non è un'indicazione precisa purtroppo.
• GiovanniSalomone (7/5): Una giornata romana - L'immobile è davvero esteticamente molto carino. Ampio e luminoso. Posizione molto comoda, considerata la vicinanza alla metro linea A Purtroppo si sentono molto i rumori provenienti dalla strada. Questo aspetto ha inciso molto sulla valutazione complessiva del soggiorno.
• Nihat (7/5): - Evin konumu çok iyi, büyüklük açısından 5 kişilik bir aile için yeterli, çok temizdi. Evin tanıtımında park yeri mevcut diye yazıyor ama maalesef park yeri yok. Ben özellikle park yeri olan bir yer seçmiştim ama maalesef hayal kırıklığına uğradım, arabamı cadde üzerine park etmek zorunda kaldım ve park yeri bulmak çok ama çok zor. Fırın çalışmıyordu, bulaşık makinesi yok, ve sıcak su kazanı maalesef küçük, en fazla 2 kişi duş alabilir sonra su soğuyor.

• Denis (7/5): - Lokacija je odlična jer je metro odmah preko ceste. U blizini ima puno objekata gdje se može nešto pojesti i popiti. Također, prodavaonica sa namirnicama je preko ceste. Apartman se nalazi u staroj zgradi koja je vrlo uredna i čista te se ključ upotrebljava kako bi se ušlo u dvorište i u samu zgradu, što vam daje osjećaj sigurnosti. Čistoća dobra, Domaćin nas je dočekao i sve objasnio, iako smo trebali stići ranije, zbog realnih razloga, ipak smo došli poslije 20h što je rezultiralo plaćanjem 20 eur za kasniji check-in. Iako nam je to najavio prije samog dolaska, za naplatu istog ga nije spriječila činjenica da nam je dan prije dolaska javio da pećnica ne radi. Apartman je prostran i ugodan uz nekoliko zamjerki. Spavaća soba ima ogromne ormare od kojih je više od pola zaključano i ne mogu se koristiti. Na vratima kupaonice postoji ključ ali se ne mogu zaključati. U kuhinji nema papirnih ubrusa što je možda neka osnova a nije skupo. Isto tako postoji Nespresso aparat bez ijedne kapsule, barem za dobrodošlicu. Kraj kreveta nema utičnica. Susjedi će vas zvati policiju ako budete jako bučili. Nas je bilo 5 u apartmanu ali nije bilo toliko stolica, tanjura i slično!

• Yannick (8/5): - L’emplacement est parfait et les équipements conformes. La Clim ne fonctionne que quand on est dans l’appartement : il fait donc très chaud quand on y arrive. Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées

We were traveling with our two young children, and this was a horrifying violation of our privacy. The experience left us feeling unsafe and deeply shaken. Hidden surveillance in private rentals is unacceptable. No family should ever have to go through something like this. 💬 Please be cautious and check your accommodations carefully.
• Martina (9/5): - La posizione ottima e strategica per i mezzi, di superficie e non, sia per raggiungere il centro storico, la stazione ferroviaria di Roma Termini, ma anche il luogo dove ho avuto degli incontri per lavoro. Essendo con la famiglia, è stata essenziale anche la vicinanza con i parchi giochi. La struttura era molto a dimensione famigliare (la cameretta con gli adesivi colorati è stata super apprezzata!) e con tutto quello che serve con una bimba di 2 anni. Super consigliato!

• Samsom (10/5): - Jag tycker det var faktiskt please och närmare för allt, det var bara två minuter promenad till tunnelbanan station för att åka till roma termini, det är också väldigt mycket närmare till affären , restaurang, små butiken. I love the place very much. Den som inte tycker om är, numer ett , in checking , den kostar extra pengar, speciellt om man kommer efter klockan 2:00-24:00 kostar 30 euro, om det är efter 24:00 kostar 40 euro, T,x min flight den skulle landa 22:45 , jag skulle betala 30 euro men på grund av min flight försenad nästan två timmar jag blir tvungen betala 40euro, so i don't like this thinks numer två, man blir störande på grund av trafiken speciellt på natten, eftersom boendet ligger nära på gatan, det låter mycket speciellt ambulance, MC, police bilar de låter jätte mycket, but bondet are väldigt mycket fint och rent även personal var väldigt trevligt och helpful.

• Alexandru (8/5): Very good - Close to the metro, a lot of utilities and a lot of stores nearby There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom (from the sewer), the street is a bit noisy and be careful that there is a late check - in fee.
• Marlene (10/5): Great experience! - Great location near metro station, with supermarket and coffee shop just across the street. Also Alice Pizza a few doors next to entrance. Alberto was very kind showing the apartment and helping us with dinner due to late check.in. Apartment was exactly as announced. Comfortable beds, very clean. The noise that came from the streets and also neighbours in building. Walls are thin and we could here them speaking late at night. The fact that apartment was on 4th floor and the elevator was stopped 2 days for maintance. Neither of these aspects were caused by apartment owner. Just one suggestion for future bookings: we were 5 persons for a stay of 4 nights and there wasn't toilet paper enough and one chair was missing.

• Jean (3/5): The owner did not respond to our request for late check out. And made no attempts to fix the hot water till we left. Ins - It’s spacious The bathroom stinks like sewage place regardless what we used for odor. There’s no hot water, before you even go halfway of a shower the water turned cold like from the fridge. Inside is chilly and the heating system doesn’t work For four people they only provide 4 towels for the entire week. The owner is irresponsible and not helpful. There’s no ventilation in the kitchen even though there’s a hood with lights.
• Michael (9/5): Superb - Comfortable, bright apartment. Close to metro station. Good value for the price. Albert who met us was very nice and helpful The dishes in the kitchen were not clean enough. The hot water is enough for 2 people, after that you have to wait a few minutes for the water to warm up again in the boiler. There is little unpleasant smell in the shower

A bit far from center of Rome but good bus connections into city - approx 25minutes. Area a bit dodgy but good security once entering the apartment. No parking - parking garage approx 1.3 km from apartment .

• Daljit (5/5): Average. Would not recommend. - Location was good. Had to wait a long time for check in & there was language barrier. Air conditioning was not effective. Electricity fuse kept tripping. Gas cooker was not working as the gas safety switch had tripped. Took more than 1 hour to sort out & had to call 2 different people. No iron for ironing clothes. Not provided even after requesting several time. Then host stopped responding to messages. Lot of disturbance from road traffic.
• Alexey (9/5): Superb - The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious. It's located in a quite lively neighbourhood where a lot of local people live without large crowds of tourists. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants just a 1-5 mins walk away. Additionally, the place is conveniently situated just 2 minutes away from a metro station on the A-line, which provides smooth access to all the classic attractions in Rome. It was a very pleasant stay! Thanks There there no clear check-in instructions, and as we were arriving at night we had to go to another location to pick up the keys since there was no keybox.
• Ivana (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation has potential and is located in a nice area near a metro station. Extremely disappointing. Firstly, after booking and informing the host we would be arriving later in the evening (around 10pm) we were informed there was going to be a 30 euro extra charge for late check-in which was not advertised anywhere on booking. Secondly, there was no hand soap in the bathroom and only one toilet paper roll for a family of 4 for 4 days and the shower didn't drain at all while you were showering so if you wanted to take a shower for longer than 5 minutes the water would leak all over the bathroom floor and other person had to wait a while before being able to take a shower. You would expect these basic necessities at any decent accommodation, even the ones a lot cheaper than this one. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi did not work at all during our entire trip. When trying to contact our host, they either didn´t respond or lied to us, saying that the housekeeper already put extra toilet paper in our bathroom even though they didn’t and the Wifi is problem in the entire building. Lastly, our beds were not made properly and no covers were put on our bedding. The service and the complete lack of care and effort from the host made it not worth the money and trouble.
• Keshav (8/5): Good apartment but bad check-in experience - Apartment is very nice, very close to the metro station and quite spacious. Seems recently renovated/constructed and has modern amenities. Is on the top floor with a nice balcony and a nice view of the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and bathroom and kitchen were spacioius. The check-in process was a nightmare. I received a confirmation that we could keep our bags early at 11.00 am and check in at 3.00 pm. On reaching at 11, there was no response either on calling or messaging through the booking portal. After a lot of attempts (when we were just sitting outside the building with our luggage), someone picked up the phone and said they will come after 1.5 hrs. We couldn't wait any longer because we were tired and went for lunch. We told the person that we will be back by 4.30. Again there was a lot of chaos in organising the check-in. Finally we were able to check in only by 5.30 pm.
