- Jack (8/5): Okay stay - The property was well placed clean and looked very nice. The three issues were the hair dryer didn’t work, a wooden window blind was missing in the kitchen meaning the street lamps shone straight into the bed room, the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable.
- Kathy (6/5): Pleasant - Location was very good and close to station. We stayed on NYE and felt the apartment was not very safe. There were loud fire crackers still carrying on till the morning that sounded like bombs. Kids could not sleep and were scared. Apartment was very cold and not good lighting.

- Felipe (9/5): Great Location and acommodation - The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Florence and just beside the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The accommodation was great and included all the amenities I needed. Thank you for a great experience! The stairs leading to the bedroom were quite noisy, which made it difficult to move around quietly. Additionally, the large windows let in a lot of light in the morning, and the lack of blinds made it tough to get a good night's sleep.
- Marina (10/5): Exceptional - Location was fantastic! Only a 3 minute walk from the train station which was very convenient. It's also a short walk to the duomo and other touristic points.
- Jane (5/5): Not recommended to any traveler. - The location is good. There was no privacy in the bed room for no blind on the window. We could see the bed room easily from outside the street while walking back late at around 11:pm. No one was available to contact during our stay. It's indeed a very bad experience to stay someone's place but didn't know who to contact while somethings came up. The unit collect a deposit of 272euro and was refunded 250euro with no reason stated. I'm still in figure out with the host why is the deduction.
- Kenneth (2/5): Not a Sweetstay - Nothing except it was for one night and close to the station and easy walking distance to historical sights The online check in was a nightmare and would not process so we could not proceed to next stage. After calls to the help number which did not connect and emails which gave negative replies we finally got into the apartment to be told the website had been down. Apartment was old fashioned and dreary, the bathroom sink took ten minutes to empty. We had to give a holding deposit of 250.00 euros against damage, we have travelled hugely and never experienced that before. Horrible experience, stressful

- Leslie (1/5): A Room Fan does not create cool air! - Location is great Before arrival, we were concerned about the heat situation. Once we arrived, the host's statement is dishonest. It seems like he was trying to cover it up. In his eye, an air conditioner is a self-control cooling system (which is just only one room fan).

- Gary (8/5): Good location and spacious apartment with reasonable facilities - Traditional, spacious and easy to get to from the train station, well equipped and the washing and ironing facilities provided were very useful. No air conditioning, creaky wobble stairs to upstairs bedroom

Big apartment with good light, nice bathroom and a kitchen equipped with all amenities. I stayed with my hisband and a 15 year old niece. She loved the place. Everything was perfect

- Ning (10/5): Exceptional - The location is so great. Near the church. There are many great restaurants around. The appartment is very clean. The equipments are great. People who are concerned about personal informantion should take care. The need the person who ordered to hold the passport and take a photo for check in. And if you check in after 7pm, there is a late check in fee of €25, it is not said in their booking page. After 8pm is €35.

- Elena (3/5): i will never stay with any appartment hosted by sweetstay - the location only . near to the train station. I was not informed that the bedroom was on another level and it was difficult for me . The wooden staircase was making a hell of a noise every time you used it. The window was stuck. you couldnt open it . they were asking deposit before just before I entered the flat even though the flat was paid before hand. they charged me 10 euros for leaving my suitcases an hour earlier to the check in.
- Vicente (8/5): Fantastic pttion close to everything - The apartment is great for a solo traveller, couple or even be stretched to 3-4 guests with the fold out couch. Just a 2 min walk from the main station, 5 min walk to the Duomo and with a train stop just 3 min away to the airport. Building has elevator and the apartment has wifi. Amazing place!! Only minor comment, the bedroom is on the second floor of the flat so you will have to bring the bags upstairs, keep them on the lower level or unpack and bring anything you need upstairs. For me it wasn't a problem bust something to keep in mind

- Renata (5/5): Great location for nice place to stay but terrible service otherwise. - The apartment is well located near the train station and has all you basically need for a couple days such as brooms, pots and pans, the dish and laundry washers (no drying machine), an ironing board, etc. The kitchen is poorly equipped, the fridge doesn’t work properly, the freezer door falls off in the fridge and it leeks as well. There were many broken items when we came such as a broken trash can and brooms. It was extremely hot and only 2 fans and 1 AC would do the trick for not overheating, but is terribly loud!! And generally VERY hot! The shower doesn’t have hot water and only has close to ice cold water, but the worst thing is that after messaging every day about the issue, it remained unanswered and unresolved. And the cleaners didn’t do a great job because there was hair in the shower when we entered.

- Mehmet (5/5): Passable - Location is good. Heating system was satisfying. The photo shows building from outside is not the real photo and leads you wrong place. I found it tricky. It was hard to find the apartment. We had to wait long time to get keys. The road noise was not isolated from windows.
