• philippe (5/5): Très bon emplacement mais studio mal entretenu et non conforme aux photos du site - Emplacement au top Internet, TV et climatisation fonctionnent bien Literie propre L'entretien du studio laisse à désirer. Pas de lumière dans la salle d'eau, pas de lumière dans la cuisine, évier de la cuisine bouché, table extérieur cassée et inutilisable, store extérieur complètement déchiré. Aucune intervention pour changer les ampoules brulées n'a été réalisée pendant les 4 jours malgré les promesses faites par mail pour remédier aux problèmes signalés dès le premier jour. J'ai malgré tout j'ai obtenu un dédommagement financier de 46,40 euros après réclamation pour un séjour de 4 jours à 426 euros taxes incluses.
• Andrea (2/5): - Do not be fooled by the photos, by the actual condition of the property is very poor. General cleanliness & tidiness is lacking. Kitchen drain is blocked. Bathroom drains stink and no plug to stop the smell coming up. Last step up to the double bed too large and difficult to get up to. Shower tap broken.
• Ely John (2/5): - We arrived early so we tried to contact the support person listed on the contract via the building interphoned and no one answered. We waited till it was time for check in which was 3pm - the automated link to enter did not work for us - we even tried 2 phones to unlock the building door but no luck. An italian guy approached us and said he is a caretaker of the Gallery? Or building - he was angry and trying to explain his frustration with Altido and gave us a stern warning - I felt threatened at this stage as I can smell the stench of alcohol from him and he was very angry - in the end he let us in the building. Upon entry to the apartment it was notably smaller in person compared to the photos, there was also an unpleasant smell - and this was coming from the toilet/shower - we tried to lather the toilet with shampoo that they provided just to get rid of the smell but it wouldnt come out. The shower is small and also doesnt have any doors - so ull always end up with a soaking floor. The balcony is cute but we made the mistake of leaning over the walls and covered our clothes with dust from the bricks or whatever it was. The wifi name and password we got provided is not existing in the apartment or in the entire building - there was however a router with pw there but did not seem to be connected to the internet as it was not working. When we went out we saw the italian guy again and he was apologetic and voiced that he is just sick of Altido.
• Montana (3/5): Poor - The location was fantastic. Very close to the centre and metro. The apartment itself was satisfactory. The directions to access the property were unclear, so it took us nearly 30minutes to get in. Was very frustrating. The shower was also completely broken. The handle fell off when it was touched and the shower head was not held up, could not shower properly the entire time. I contacted the host to ensure this was fixed for the next person staying.
• Silvija (4/5): - Property was in very bad condition and nowhere near as on pictures. Cupboard doors broken pillows downstairs probably never washed since new. Shower handle broken and just fell off also flow when showering is very minimal. Also no doors in shower cubicle. Toiled smelled very badly also walls and ceiling had marks of dead flies. I do travel quite a lot but this is probably the worst experience.
• Sade (5/5): It was okay next time I probably will splurge on a hotel. - I like the bed and the cute apt. The area was great close walk to the duomo. Super super close to city center and atm literally around the corner. I didn’t like the bathroom, the shower head was broken and the water pressure bad. The space in the shower is so small I couldn’t even shower without water getting on the floor. And when I flushed the toilet you could smell the sewage so I had to spray my smell good to try and cover it and I also basically cleaned it every time to get rid of the smell.
• Elen (4/5): - I’m writing this so people don’t fall in the trap like I did looking at their nice photos, shower didn’t have a door, so we couldn’t shower at all, the bathroom had a disgusting smell, very confusing to find the location, there was just one clean towel to use, dead bugs all over the ceiling. The only good thing was the location but I recommend looking further out, because in Milan you can definitely stay further from the center.

Power switch board continuously turning off by simply just charging my phone etc NO CONFIDENCE to using any cooking facilities due to safety and doors of cupboards come off upon opening!! RESTRICTIONS PLUS for self contain apartmento !! Shower top frame continuously coming off each time showering alongside turning water tap coming off and EXTREMELY low pressure of water to shower !! The MAJOR UPSET is to be left with red irrational skin from BED BUGS BITES FROM THE SHEETS in the loft bed were I slept !! NOW BACK HOME IN AUSTRALIA IM BEEN TREATED for THIS !! Balcony paint piling off not allowing to be enjoyable to be outside !! Overall NOT A LOVELY STUDIO APARTMENTO AT ALL !! Due to the price I understood that it was going to a average place BUT not to be EXTREMELY POOR !! It’s not what I PAID for !! The ONLY thing this apartmento is good for is it’s Location !! I FEEL I NEED TO BE REIMBURSED a certain percentage due to the above !!

• Iman (1/5): Not recommended ! - Nothing but the location everything was really bad, hosts was quite unfriendly and they don't respond promptly, building was quite old, AC wasn't working properly, apartment was disgusting, gates were very rusty and very hard to open, if you wanna leave early in the morning or come back very late at night you might be at risk not to reach your bed because if the gates are closed the key might not be working with your keys, entering the apartment was quite hard and complex procedure, overall not recommended at all.

• Naima (2/5): Very poor - location the smell was extremely awful and never expected to be this small size
• James (4/5): Very tiny apartment, not well maintained ☹️ (but good location!) - Confusing instructions to access the property - had to call for support and have a photo sent. The location is very good if you can put up with tiny and generally inadequate facilities. It did have a washing machine which is a plus. The toilet seat was broken, and the kitchen sink was blocked. Despite multiple messages, these were not fixed. Disappointed at the lack of interest in maintaining the apartment to a decent standard. Seems the location is supposed to make up for the low quality. Difficult to access the bed by climbing up shelf-like steps! No room for a table or chairs inside, or anywhere for luggage, except on the single bed/divan. So then no where to sit. 😞
• Seltrao (6/5): ok - They are near to everything you basically walk 1 minute and you have the cathedral The AC doesn't work well, was so hot. Was not totally clean the apartment.
