The highest temperature allowed by Italian law for the residential sector is 19 degrees Celsius for all thermostats, both central and autonomous heating.
Please do not use more than one appliance at once. Otherwise, you may experience power outages. If this happens, guests will need to reset the fuze box. Please do not use more than one appliance at once.

- Sara (1/5): Very bad stay - Location The first night i didnt have any heating in november and the landlord said the timing is bad so they cant fix it till the day after. Obviously they havent even thought of fixing it before accepting guests, lots of strict rules and no service
- Christian (1/5): Bad experience, tiny apartment, bad service and really used apartment. - Location and self check in The apartment is tiny. It is almost impossible to sit at the toilet because it is up against the wall. Doesn’t show on the pictures. At arrival there was a pool of water on the floor. The pipe for the air conditioner was lying broken on the floor. The kitchen cabinets was falling apart. The drain in the shower was flooding because it was too tiny or to small pipes. The toilet smells of sewer. We contacted them first thing in the morning and they only write us back after check out. They contacted us 3 days after with a decline of a new accommodation and no refund.
