Έχει ο,τι μπορεί να χρειαστώ κάθε επισκέπτης σε μια ιδιαίτερα προνομιακή τοποθεσία δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Ο George που μας εξυπηρέτησε και μας έδειξε τον χώρο ήταν κατατοπιστικός και ευγενέστατος. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Alan (8/5): Excellent location, Good comfort & value, but be prepared to pick up basic essentials upon arrival! - I recently stayed at Be Mate Piazza Navona for four nights, and overall, it was a very comfortable experience. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed, making it an excellent choice for a stay in Rome. Its prime location near Piazza Navona is a huge plus, allowing easy access to Rome’s historical and cultural sites. Additionally, the price is quite reasonable for the space and amenities provided. The customer service was responsive and helpful, promptly assisting with every request. The Wi-Fi works well, thanks to mesh extenders, ensuring a reliable connection. The self-check-in process was smooth, and the website offers helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The kitchen is well-equipped with pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery, making it convenient for those who prefer to cook. The place lacks many basic essentials that could enhance the stay—no salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, tea, dish soap, or even drinking water for the first night. After arriving late, it would have been a thoughtful touch to have at least bottled water available. The ice tray was also very small and insufficient. Additionally, there were limitations on cleaning supplies—only one waste bin liner and one dishwasher tablet were provided, which felt inadequate for a multi-day stay. The bathroom setup also had towels for just two guests, despite our booking being for three people. These small but significant details detract from the overall experience and could be easily improved to make the apartment feel more guest-friendly. While this apartment is extremely comfortable and well-situated, addressing these small but impactful oversights would elevate it from good to truly exceptional.
• Barbara (9/5): The apartment was a very comfortable base for our stay. - The property is very spacious and airy. It is well maintained and clean. It has a lift adjacent to its entrance so it is easy to transport luggage. It has a modern feel to it. We would definitely consider using this apartment again. It would have been nice to have a few basics in the cupboard such as salt and pepper, kitchen roll, cling film etc. The traffic can be a bit noisy outside but having said that it didn’t keep us awake.

Very clean. Outstanding client service (starting from check-in & nice check-out). I am traveling a lot but it was really unique. It is true that it is noisy (but you are in the city centre of Rome). Not nice smell in baths. But everything on acceptable level. I slept well.

• Shireen (10/5): - Great place to stay with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were a group of 4 adults and 2 small children. Its a great location, spacious, and clean. We were able to walk most places and easily take an uber when needed. There is a grocery store close by that is only a 1 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants near by. It was pretty quiet at night with the occasional noise. Nothing that woke the kids up. Great management! Easy to contact if we had any questions. I would stay here again.

The fan in the master bedroom is very unstable and cheap - a better quality fan should be considered. Although you don’t always cook in Rome - we would have liked a bigger fridge or a bar fridge… the mini fridge is small for food and drinks especially for a family.

Construction on the building meant only one boiler was working. We quickly learned to rotate showers times. It was a very easy work around.
• Olivia (7/5): The apartment is looks nice at first, but bedding was dirty and cheap, and check-in was difficult. - The location is very central. The apartment is recently renovated, and the bathrooms are nice. The value is good. The first impression is great- but while the finishes of the apartment are new, the bedding, pillows, and sheets are extremely cheap and not the cleanest. They also forgot to put a top sheet on one of the beds, and there was no duvet cover, so the bare duvet insert was on the bed- the duvet insert was dirty and had stains on it. Check in is difficult outside of the hours of 10:00 am and 6:00 p.m. which is not acceptable for a rental in such a large and transient city. As others have noted, the location is extremely noisy, and the windows provide no sound insulation. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't amazing.

Farmacia and Pam's in our block Decor- well done. Space - so much space. The whole apt was incredibly large. Bathrooms were spacious too. Communication- quick and responsive, most importantly we had travel issues. Kindness and professionalism- we had our flight cancelled and this team was incredibly helpful. Needed wash cloths and space in master bathroom to put toiletries. Master needs place to hang cloths.
• Pangilinan (10/5): Perfect place in Rome. - This property is absolutely stunning. There’s really no other way to describe it. The pictures don’t even do it justice. This place is in a perfect location and also right next to a taxi lot. In other reviews it says that the streets are noisy… I used sleep sounds and didn’t hear anything. That’s all you need. Water in all showers did not stay warm long but it is an old building so what more could you expect.

• Sarah (9/5): Large, modern and well located with a elevator and nice air conditioning. - It apartment was very centrally located and overall it was stunning, very large, modern and well appointed. We could tell that it had recently been renovated. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all large and comfortable. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning also worked very well is most of the areas, which was wonderful after walking around in 100F heat. As others have stated, the street noise was pretty intense from three out of four bedrooms. There is a large street just outside that seemed to be a thoroughfare for sirens. We expected this and brought a small white noise machine which worked perfectly to help with sleep (I am a very light sleeper). Also, the air conditioning in the master bedroom didn't work as well as the others and there was a noticeable difference in temperature even after keeping the air on for a few days. We were able to sleep in there but it was warm compared to the other rooms. A fan in this room would help with both the heat and the noise.

• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was immaculate and very spacious. Providing washing powder, coffee, cleaning cloths etc made it easy to settle in. It had a very homely feel and it was easy to relax after a long day walking about in Rome. The only complaint would be the floor in the dressing room at the main bedroom - a couple of guests stubbed their toes where the floor is damaged.

It looks recently renovated and it's beautiful It is also located near Place Navonne and Castle San angelo (less than 5 minutes walk) and 10 minutes walk from the Pantheon. There are several nice old streets with boutique just behind. The communication was nice and smooth with the owners and they were very helpful with tips around. This appartment was just breathtaking and I will go back there for sure
