• Richard (10/5): We loved it and wanted to stay longer! - Location, location, location. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and the facilities as well as how close it was to all the key sites/museums. Literally around the corner was the Duomo. The apartment was on a quiet street but still close to everything - food, museums, shopping, etc. The apartment building was quiet and comfortable. A/C was limited to master bedroom.
• meneses (9/5): Delightful - Location was amaizing and Ricardo the person who gave us the keys and accompanied us into the appartement was of great help even assiting us with taxi info at our early departure due to a flight cancellation. It was a bit noisy but I understand its downtown
• Annemiek (8/5): - Super locatie, lekker ruim, compleet qua voorzieningen. Kwaliteit van de zitbanken, en een nare lucht in de kleine slaapkamer vanuit het riool, gedurende anderhalve dag van ons verblijf van 5 dagen. Dezelfde lucht is ook geregeld in de straten van Florence te ruiken, dus het ligt wellicht niet alleen aan dit appartement. Het was wel de reden dat onze dochters in de woonkamer hebben geslapen ipv in die slaapkamer
• gemma (5/5): No volveré a este apartamento - El apartamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable estás a 10’ caminando de todo , es excepcional La verdad no lo recomiendo por dos razones una es que es muy ruidoso, hay un bar y ponen música en vivo hemos dormido con tapones los dos días , mis hijos pequeños también …. Por otro lado la empresa que gestiona el apartamento te informa una vez has pagado que un late check in son 50 euros …. Pésimo servicio

• Scott (8/5): Enjoyed the benefits of being in this location. Felt safe. - Super location! No air conditioning in one bedroom, and very loud window unit in the other bedroom.
• Jeremy (1/5): Avoid this property! - Person that met us was very nice and tried to be helpful. Location was very good. The largest issue with the stay was that the apartment smelled VERY BAD. It was so bad in parts of the apartment that we ended up not using 1 of the bedrooms and two people slept in the living room on the floor and couch. You could feel it in your throat and it hit you EVERY time you went into the apartment. They claimed the smell was out of their control, however the confluence of air fresheners was almost worse. I would not consider the property livable until this is resolved. The owners and caretaker knew of the issue and failed to inform us in advance. When contacted about the smell and our inability to use facilities they expressed no remorse and refused any type of refund or fee reduction as they already had our money. They list air conditioning. The primary bedroom is setup for this, though very loud. The other bedroom, which we couldn’t use due to smell, had an air conditioner but no way to vent it to the outside without leaving the window completely open making it a false advertisement. Minor issue, but the address information did not include the color of the address number. This is an issue in Florence where they have number and color. As a result we stood in the rain trying to find the person to let is in as we were at the wrong color!

• Maria (5/5): We stayed for 5 nights and we did not sleep well due to the uncomfortable beds. - We liked the location, very central. The double bed mattress was very hard and very uncomfortable. My adult children found the two single beds very uncomfortable, the mattresses were wore and they could feel the base springs. The toilet in the main bathroom did not flush. After contacting our host we were advised to hold the button for 5 seconds. This did not always work.
• William (7/5): Located perfectly Taxi stand and great cafes steps away. - Location was perfect. Suite was cleaned nicely, facilities complete. Building was old and suite had a tired, old odor.. Previous renters had left incense and we also used incense to cover the odor. Bath facilities old but adequate. Garbage truck pickup each day necessitated closing the window because of smell, however, it was toward noon and not a disturbance to sleeping.

• Mohammed (10/5): Life time experience.. - I guess I am pleased staying in the world most famous and beautiful places..historic Florence is my neighborhoods...makes me feel living in the history on fantastic 2 bedrooms apartment I would sleep all night comfortably, which I couldn't get it on 5 star hotels...

• Greg (9/5): Posh apartment in an Incredible location. - This apartment is just a block from the Duomo and central to everything in Florence. It was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very helpful and left us complimentary wine and biscotti! The 2nd air conditioner did not have a pass through in the window. This made it less effective to use with the Wu Dow open. The 2nd bedroom is very small for 2 people. Maybe bunk beds would make it more useable.
• Lada (9/5): Exellent host and beautiful location - Location is great and the host is very helpful. Any help you need they do it immediately. Apartment is nice and big enough, two toilets and shows. Even it’s a sender of the town it’s quiet at night. After all, the place is very good indeed. Hard mattresses, so I used another one from spare bed. My sister in main bedroom had hard nights. If you have bad back it’s need to ask some extra soft over mattress. The flash in main toilet does not work all the time, has some character. And the kettle is leaking. And early in the morning it’s street cleaning, so better to have ear plugs. I had those and it was no problem for me, but my sister was disturbed by them. But it’s no one’s fault, actually, just some disturbance, that’s all.
