• Nishi (10/5): Be Mate was incredible. Spacious, clean, amazing location and great conceriege. - The management company met us and also gave us a virtual option to check in, in case our arrival was delayed. They were great and very patient.

• amelia (10/5): - Todo perfecto. el apartamento es muy bonito, nuevo y bien decorado. Muy cómodo todo. Las fotos se corresponden con la realidad. el sistema de apertura de las puertas falló. Por suerte, Stefany estuvo muy atenta a nuestra llamada. Fue fácil contactar con ella y nos ofreció varias soluciones. Mandó a los técnicos a revisar todo y dejó funcionando el sistema, después de varios intentos de arreglarlo de manera remota. Fue el único inconveniente pero se solucionó con diligencia y amabilidad.

• Leonidas Kallivrousis (8/5): Family vacation in Rome - The location was excellent. Trastevere is a great place for walking and eating out in the evening. The distance to the center approx 1.5 - 2 km, could be done on foot or by tram. Upon arrival to the apartment it was complicated to enter. There was an app to download and install on the phone. Then the owner would provide an electronic access key, which opens the door by getting the phone close to the reader. This did not work. We had to make a phone call to a call center as the local agent was not responding to our call. This was rather disappointing.

Eg one of bedside lamps wasn’t working and couldn’t get one of the showers to work from the top hose but really wasn’t a problem

• Sibel (10/5): Modern, spacious apartment with nice location. - We rented this apartment and had a wonderful experience. The place was incredibly modern, stylish, and everything inside was brand-new. The hosts were also very attentive — especially George, Estefany, Sabrina, and Massimo, who were extremely helpful throughout our stay. The team took care of everything and follow up our satisfaction, if everything was fine or do we need anything. They even sent a list with locations added for restaurants, locker rooms etc. The only thing that took a bit of time was that I had to manually enter all my guests’ information during check-in, but when I contacted customer service, they assisted me right away and solved the issue. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and it was waayy bigger than I expected. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

• Yu Ting (6/5): - 熱水不熱。 我們租了一個三房公寓，一個兩房公寓，在同一棟建築物同層樓相鄰的兩個單位。三房單位的熱水永遠是微溫的，反映給管理人員，永遠只回覆要我們「要有耐心」等待電熱水器蓄熱！無論等多久，也就只夠一個人使用微溫的水。最後我們五個人都去兩房公寓洗澡，且熱水又快又足夠，不理解管理人員為何不積極解決問題，或是有問題的房源仍然要出租。

• Alexandra (10/5): We felt like in 5* hotel. - Everything was great, the apartment was huge and exactly as shown on the pictures. We received clean towels, toilet paper, shampoo and kitchen amenities (e.g., pods for dishwasher and washing machine, dishwashing detergent, some coffee capsules etc). Kitchen itself was fully furnished, the bathrooms were quite big and modernly renovated (water pressure in the shower was nice). Beds were extremly comfortable and the apartment was pretty quiet despite the building was basically on the main street of Trastevere, so we managed to have a good night sleep. It is surrounded by many shops and restaurants, which is quite convenient. It’s practically 20-30 mins walking distance to all main Rome attractions (e.g. Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Vatican city, etc). We communicated with Sabrina and Estefany who also waited for us in front od the building when we arrived and provided us with a quick room tour, which was nice. Besides this, they were practically at our 24/7 disposal via WhatsApp and made sure that we do not miss anything and feel comfortable (which we really did). It was a real delight to spend a few days in this remarkable apartment and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. nothing

• שרון (10/5): דירה מדהימה, מומלצת מאוד!!! - דירה מהממת, מעוצבת, גדולה ומאוד יפה ונוחה. במציאות עוד יותר מרשימה מהתמונות. שהינו בה משפחה של 6 נפשות והיה מאוד נוח. מול הדירה יש סופרמרקט ובמרחק דקות ספורות מסעדות טובות וגם מאפייה מומלצת. הדירה מאובזרת לגמרי, כולל המטבח, כך שניתן לבשל בדירה וזה מאוד נוח. בדירה יש גם מכונת כביסה עם אופציית ייבוש, כך שהיה מאוד נוח גם בהיבט זה. מומלץ מאוד!!!! אהבנו הכל, היתה חוויה מושלמת!

• Gevorg (8/5): Great stay! - Clean and quite attractive inside. Felt good to live there. The check-in process was cumbersome and not super-well thought out. The staff were not as responsive as I would have liked given that everything had to be done remotely and not in person. Eventually we got in, but it took a couple of hours of wondering if I made a mistake booking this place. We did arrive quite early, but they had our flight info and I did let them know more than 24 hours in advance when I was going to show up.

• Corrina (10/5): Exceptional - Do not look anywhere else but this property for your next stay in Roma. This apartment exceeded our expectations for our stay in Rome. Spacious apartment, with great facilities, and despite being on a main road in Travestine, it was really only the sirens you could hear. Communication with hosts was amazing, and they allowed a late check out for our departure on our 24 hr trip back to Australia. We would definitely recommend this for a family!

Everything we needed we could find within walking distance including many 4.5 and 5 star restaurants. Rides were easy to get. We needed to do a load of laundry but did not plan for the dry time on the air-dry stand.

Lots of quaint shops and restaurants. If you haven't been to Rome before, be ready to see a LOT of graffiti no matter where you go.

The hosts were in great communication with us as to when the apartment would be ready The apartment was not cleaned well. Their was hair all over the floor, the rug and pillows were stained, there was black mold all over the shower! One of the bedroom doors was broken. We were so disappointed :( We were given one towel and one washcloth each, one hand towel - for 2 days. Not what I expected for the price we paid. When the apt was available earlier we were offered it, but for an hourly charge. We have never experienced that before.

It had all the amenities we needed and the bathrooms were very modern and clean. The host that met us was very friendly and gave us a great tour of the property and provided some good food options for the area. We were on the 3rd floor but there was a lift, which was great. The area was quiet in the evening, so we had a good nights sleep. The air con is fantastic, definitely needed! Nothing.

The representatives had given us the impreasion that “arranging for our luggage to be left at the property was possible”. It was not unless we paid €60 per hour for every hour we wanted to cgeck in early/ leave our bags before departure. We waljed to a luggage locker nearby. The reps were not helpful at all - even gqve us tge wrong directions to get to the locker. Not great.
