Aucun accueil ni contact avec le propriétaire, ai eu beaucoup de difficultés à ouvrir le loquet pour avoir les clés, une dame de l'agence est venue 2 heures après pour régler le wifi qui ne marchait pas ni le chauffage.. local froid et sombre. Mauvais rapport qualité/prix.
- James (9/5): Great place to stay in good location in Venice - A big reason we booked here was because it had a washer and dryer, so we could do our clothes in the middle of our trip, but it was the best accommodations we had in the 4 cities we went to. The location was great and the apartment had basically everything we needed. It was a good size, clean and quiet, while only 2-3 minutes' walk from the south waterfront and the Arsenale vaporetto stop, as well as from the docks where our Murano/Burano tour left from. The bed is actually a queen size mattress, which was nice, not 2 twins pushed together like a couple other places we stayed. I learned you have to ask if the beds have a queen mattress, not ask if it is a queen bed, which some places will say twin mattresses with queen-size sheets are. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a few grocery stores as well, where we bought some basics for breakfasts. The check-in was remote, but went smoothly. Thank you for a great place to stay. The only thing I would say is that it was simpler to just buy the vaporetto passes on the boat than buying tickets through the link in the information they provided, then having to go to another station along the docks to get passes. Just find out which dock goes to Arsenale, get on that vaporetto, and you can pay on board.

- Maryna (10/5): Все было замечательно ! - Отдых, полон положительных эмоций и впечатлений Чудесные апартаменты, в самом центре всех достопримечательностей В тихой , спрятанной от туристов улочке Нас встретили и ответили на все вопросы , касаемые досуга, магазинов, заведений для отдыха и питания. Так же работала ссылка бот , которая всегда была активна. В апартаментах есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания ( утюг , фен, стиральная и сушильная машина) , кондиционер. Рядом есть маленький магазинчик, где можно купить все необходимые продукты ( работает до поздней ночи) Удобно добираться до таких мест как Лидо, Мурано и Бурано

- Goreun (5/5): Passable - Location, good interior There was a strange, unpleasant odor at night and an odd noise coming from the USB plugs near the bed, which disrupted our sleep.

Room is tastefully decorated & has everything you need; iron, fridge, aircon, washing machine etc. Host was very thorough with directions & greeted us on arrival.

- Apw67 (8/5): Comfortable apartment in great location - The apartment is well located, in a quiet neighbourhood in easy walking distance to Saint Mark's Square. The apartment has good facilities, a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was very clean. The host was very helpful and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated. They offered lots of recommendations of places to eat which was also greatly appreciated.

The bed was comfortable and the unit was very clean. The kitchen/dining area is not the most comfortable/cozy place to hang out for a long period of time. We wish we would have known in advance that this unit is on the main floor. It would have been nice to have paper towels in the kitchen and a box of kleenex / tissues in the bathroom. The towel warmer rack in the bathroom worked great but it felt it got too hot to keep on over night or during the day. It would have been great to get instructions with it to use it properly.

- Simone (8/5): Very Very nice apartment. Highly recommended. - The apartment is really really cozy, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect to explore all parts and area of Venezia. The host is very nice and provided all the information needed to enjoy the days in Venezia. The garbage policy in Venezia is very strict and it requires to dispose of the garbage in very specific locations in very specific times of the day. For a tourist, this is extremely hard to deal with due to the limited options available. It would be way easier if the host could dispose of the garbage and not to apply a fee to the guest who leave the garbage in the house.
- Salza (9/5): Superb - We are happy with our stay in Venice. The place has a very good location. Also for two people it is perfect. We recommend the place! 😀 There was indeed a strange smell at times but it didn't detract from our stay.
