- barbara (4/5): - The air conditioning did not work. The building was under construction.
- Kevin (10/5): Can’t wait to go back! - It was perfect Honestly…. Nothing was bad. It was ideal.
- Katherine (10/5): - Location for this apartment can't be beat! We walked all over Venice and where we couldn't walk easily we were only 5 minutes from the nearest vaporetto stop.
- Nikhila (8/5): - Good location, clean place
- Megan (10/5): Excellent apartment-can’t beat the value or space! - I’ve stayed in hotels in Venice and all over Venice, so I am used to small/cramped rooms and bathrooms. This was a welcome surprise for our family of 6-spacious, comfortable and the location can’t be beat. It was very affordable (comparing to 2 hotel rooms nearby). The communication was great, I wish I would have asked about the water pressure and tub stopper not working earlier (turn off the AC units to make the water pressure better and use the level for the tub stopper-don’t just push it down). We had a full kitchen, full spacious living room with a pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and another sofa (slept 1). The spacious master bedroom (slept 2) also had a walk-in closet area with curtains where our toddler slept. The other bedroom was a regular size with 2 twin beds and all the rooms have windows that open to adjacent building views/tower visible. All 3 living areas had awesome AC units with remotes, the dining room was also spacious and cool from the living room AC. The 2 bathrooms are adjacent, one with toilet, sink and shower, the other with toilet, sink, bidet and tub. Perfect for a family. The kitchen had plates, cups, glasses, bowls, frying pans, pots, flatware, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine. I brought my own Tide detergent travel sheets. To dry we used the hanging racks in each room and clothes were dry by the next day. It is a two-floor walk-up, double-locked entrance, and was quiet, safe and we never even saw another person.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Overall, a good stay, with some issues. - The apartment was very well located, just minutes from San Marco. Communication was beyond excellent leading up to the trip, but became sporadic during our trip when an issue with the AC occurred to no resolution. The main bedroom lost AC that first night and after reaching out and them sending a technician out immediately, (yay!), we had to reach out again to find out the was no resolution and were told to, "go sleep in the living room, or use the fan". The layout of the apartment worked well for our needs, and touches such as soap and shampoo were nice to have.
The few negatives here: there is a sewage problem in the main bathroom that made itself known by the stench by our second day. They leave a bottle of toilet cleaner there for that reason, I guess. It was amazing having two bathrooms, I just wish it didn't smell so bad. The hot water in the shower only runs for a few minutes at a time, and hot water would cut out completely somehow each and every time one of us four were washing the shampoo out of our hair, which wasn't fun. Lastly, the kitchen was nice to have, but every single dish, spoon, or cup we pulled out of the drawer had to be washed before use, as they were filthy. It did not help that the kitchen sponge was old and dirty too. That is such a cheap and easy fix, so it's a shame it's not being managed well. I think that there is real potential in this location, but some work needs to happen to make it excellent.

The check-in was fine. Freddie went over everything including how to turn on the ACs. After he left, we noticed that they were not cooling the rooms and that the temperature was 26.9 Celsius, 80 Fahrenheit in the room. We immediately contacted Freddie, who eventually put us in touch with the host, Frederico. He came out to look at it and said it was working. That next day we came back and the temperature was still the same. The AC was working as a fan and not cooling at all. He also made multiple references that it was “not up to American standards” and blamed it on that (even though I sent pictures of it being at 80°F.) Again we contacted the host who then told us that there was a lack of refrigeration gas and he had called the service company, which wouldn’t be there until after the end of our stay. He also told us to open the window which resulted in all of us getting mosquito bites! We then asked Federico to bring us fans and he said there was one in the closet, but he couldn’t bring us anymore (we asked for three). He told us that the AC was working and is keeping the temperature between 75 and 76°F. This was completely false, I even had sent him pictures of the temperature being at 80°F! When you book a place that advertises AC and they don’t have it it is unacceptable! Don’t stay here if you want AC!
- Martin (10/5): - Bepi was super nice and helpful.
The property is conveniently located between St. Mark’s Square and the Rialto bridge.
- Sabrina (8/5): Like you live in Venice - The department is very well located and super traditional feel like you live in Venice. The staff super nice we chat with Eli she was fantastic. We had a couple of minor issues Eli was super helpful even though there were not resolve.
- Peter (10/5): - Great location, good size property
- Juan Pablo (10/5): - Great place to stay. Location was awesome. Ernst was great with communication. Will definately recommend it!
- Shirley (7/5): Good - I didnt like that I was charged E35 for a late check in and then told that if, I was later it would be another E30 for every hour.. I should have been told that when I booked or at least had the option to see this when I booked. We had to pay cash for this too. The check in agent kept texting me for updates during my arrival trip which made it very stressful for myself and my family, and then said she would send us details of a luggage store and didnt.
- Isabela (10/5): - Amazing place! Very responsive! Close to all main attractions.
- Tania (8/5): - Excellent property in a wonderful location. Clean, spacious. Initially poor communication to arrange meeting time but then day of very responsive.
- Jose (8/5): - No había buena precion de agua en la regadera , aún siguiendo las indicaciones de apagar el aire acondicionado , para que funcionará bien el agua en la regadera.
- Evelyn (7/5): Good -
- Susan (10/5): Wonderful - If cleanliness is of utmost importance to you then look no further. Vey clean and tastefully done. Location is perfect. Few minute walk to St Mark’s Square. Having a washer is nice and was needed for my family. It also has a/c. Highly recommend this apartment.
- Trisha (8/5): - Lovely apartment in quiet location close to the square.
Comfortable and had lots of room for our family of four. The air conditioning worked well. It was really nice to have two separate bathrooms.
- KARL (4/5): - PROS - Spatious, good location, good attention from the people that received us.
CONS- AC in main room didn’t work and was pretty loud, water heater worked intermittently. n the shower, the water came out with very low pressure. The pillows of the main bedroom are probably the worst i have slept with in my life (very high and hard pillows). tV channels didn’t work well, image freezes often..
- Helen (7/5): Good -
- Larisa (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, spacious accommodation. Very helpful and accommodating hosts.
- Harvey (7/5): Would not stay there again. - N/A Floors could have been cleaner. Toilet seat and door handle broken and they were aware of it A/C not cool enough. Bathrooms across apartment from bedrooms. No coffee pods for coffee maker. No sare toilet paper.
- Stephen (6/5): Pleasant - Location Air conditioning wasn't cool, beds were not confortable
- Elena (5/5): Pleasant but would not come back. The place has to be upgraded and some ambience added to it - Location, 2 bathrooms No mugs in the kitchen, no sugar, very complicated instructions for recycling with two little garbage bags available, no hooks in bathrooms to put robes or towels on, the second bedroom is very small with small beds, couldn’t lock the smaller bathroom, no chairs in bedrooms
- IRENA (10/5): - Easy to communicate
Ernst was very friendly and helpful
As described, in the center of the Old Town ; a few minutes nice walk to St. Mark Sq.
- Elli (4/5): Disappointing - great location, large main bedroom with lots of space to spread out, the main bed was comfortable The apartment had a mild sewer/mould smell. It was underfurnished and felt vacant and unused. The only mugs were plastic. We didn't enjoy being in the apartment it just didn't have a nice feel and was too underfurnished and unwelcoming.
- Samantha (8/5): Would stay here again. Great for families - Loved how big it was The beds weren’t the most comfortable
- John (10/5): modern, big, great location, a once in a lifetime adventure, a bargain over hotels - modern, beautiful, big !! We had 6 people, 4 stayed in a near by 2 bed, 2 bath unit that was smaller in the living/dining. We bought from the Reialto market and wined and dined in this unit.
the social area was hugh. We planned it this way Few elevators are possible in Venice, but it was manageable
- Ann (7/5): Central location - Location is amazing and apt. is large enough for 4 adults. We slept well and host met us to provide the keys. Washing machine and the A/C in the master bed were not working. Days were hot so it was uncomfortable. Owner was responsive but could not fix the problems.
- Irene (9/5): Beautiful old flat with modern amenities. - The apartment was spacious and full of old world charm. We felt like we were in a Venetian palazzo. Check in was easy and welcoming. It was unfortunate that the washer was broken, it would have been easier if we’d been able to plan for time to go to the laundromat.
- Andrew (8/5): Great host. Good location. Spacious. - Location. 2 bathrooms. No shelf in bathrooms for toiletries. Batch towels were super small, too small, size of a hand towel.
- Diann (8/5): Very good! - Clean and comfortable Needed more towels
- Angelos (10/5): Perfect - Spacious/excellent taste of decoration/excellent location
- Paula (10/5): - Roomy, comfortable, and great location.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
