Miyuki (8/5): フィレンツェの拠点に最高🕊️🍃 - 近くに美味しいレストランもあり、観光もしやすくとても良い立地でした！お手洗いの日当たりが抜群です🚽！浴槽があるのも珍しくて、日本人にとっては嬉しかったです！🇯🇵🛁 塩、オリーブオイル、紅茶などをいただけて嬉しかったです！とても良いスタッフさんでした🥰 四階に階段で上がるため、重い荷物がある人は辛いかもしれません。一階付近は湿っぽい匂いがしましたが、部屋の匂いは気になりませんでした！
Sophie (7/5): bien situé mais très bruyant - réponse rapide quand on pose une question par WhatsApp. l'appartement est bien situé l'on peut tout faire à pied Notre train a été annulé et nous sommes arrivés 20 minutes en retard, la personne qui nous attendait avait un autre rendez-vous, nous avons eu les clefs sans aucune explication et il n'y a aucun document à l'intérieur du logement pour expliquer le fonctionnement de la plaque de cuisson et des poubelles. c'est un vieil immeuble, avec le charme de l'ancien et son inconfort aussi, la rue et l'immeuble tout est très bruyant. la propreté moyenne (taches au mur, remonté d'eau dans l'évier quand on fait la vaisselle, mauvaises odeur qui remonte des canalisations - mais il y avait des travaux dans la rue est-ce que ça vient de ça ?), couette de lit en plume - attention aux allergies - non recouverte d'une housse de couette.

2mariadelcarmen (7/5): - Muy buena ubicación, muy céntrico , cercano a restaurantes, cafeterías , supermercados y estación del tren. Problemas con el agua caliente, que se corta continuamente a la hora de darte una ducha . Es una cuarta planta sin ascensor, aunque para nosotros no fue un problema porque no llevábamos mucho equipaje, hay que tenerlo en cuenta .
