• Mathilde (8/5): Un appartement confortable pour visiter Florence - Ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié : - un emplacement qui permet de visiter tout Florence à pied - un appartement propre et spacieux - une literie confortable - une machine à laver récente et incluant le sèche-linge - une jolie cuisine avec des équipements appréciables : un lave-vaisselle, une bouilloire, un grille-pain, une Nespresso avec des capsules de café fournies, des sachets de thé - un fond d'épicerie varié et bien utile : huiles, vinaigre, épices, sel, poivre... - une bonne communication avec notre hôtesse A améliorer : - comme souvent une jolie cuisine sans les plats ou autres ustensiles qui vont avec => Un four sans plats qui vont avec => Le revêtement antidérapant des poêle et casserole en très mauvais état => Un rasoir à légumes, un presse-citron seraient les bienvenus ainsi que des ustensiles en bois pour ne pas rayer le fond des casseroles - la lunette des toilettes ainsi que le caoutchouc d'étanchéité du lave-vaisselle mériteraient une visite de maintenance. A signaler : L'appartement borde une grande avenue. L'isolation phonique est parfaite (triple vitrage), mais on entend cependant les sirènes de la police ou des ambulances la nuit.

Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ruim genoeg. Host kwam binnen 2 minuten onze sleutels brengen nadat we waren gearriveerd. Nette badkamer en keuken. Het appartement kan wel een schilderbeurt gebruiken, redelijk wat gebruikerssporen
• Meranda (8/5): Good location - The location was good. The apartment was spacious. The apartment was a bit dusty. The dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes very well. One of the wooden planks was broken on the bedframe in the queen size bed.

• Jayne (10/5): Exceptional - Great location. Host so helpful and flexible. Not anything at all in the food cupboard, like salt, pepper, oil, sugar etc, little bit of a strange musty smell as you go in.

• Teresa (10/5): This place was great, clean and very comfortable - It was easy to get to and it was next to a great Gelato place. The apartment was great we just didn’t spend a lot of time there because we were so busy. We could have used more pillows for the second bedroom. Maybe some directions on using the washing machine in different languages. A bus schedule and info on which bus to take, taxi info would have been convenient.

• Alexandra-oana (7/5): It could definitely be better , such a pity as the location is very good to reach the main spots. - The location was very good, easy to get to the main touristic spots. The greater was in a hurry to explain in details of our accomodation , the service was for the arrival between 3.00 pm and 7.00 pm however we were told to arrive as soon as possible as they had other guests. We were travelling by car in a Florence full of road works. We were asked for a deposit after we have paid for the accomodation, which was not stated before the booking.
• Martin (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment. Kitchen well stocked. A little cramped for the 5 of us. Better for 3 or 4 people. It is located at the edge of the city, so be prepared to walk. About 20 minutes to most of the sites.
• Olga (9/5): Great place! - 20 minute walk to all attractions, close to supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries. Relatively spacious, very comfortable apartment, well equipped with everything one might need. There was a delay with communication on most inquiries.
• Konstantina (7/5): Good - the place was spacious and the bathroom was new and clean enough. The sheets and towels had stains on them. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We loved our time here. - We loved the bedrooms super roomy and we were able to check in earlier than expected with no early fee which was amazing! Host responded extremely quickly to inquiries too during our stay. Great distance to all of the sight seeings We ran out of toilet paper very quickly:(
• Marnix (7/5): Nice place to explore FLorence - Nice modern space with equipped kitchen It is not exactly in the centre, so you need a 15 minutes walk. The apartment is a little dark, which maybe nice in summer to keep out the heat.

• Laurel (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to shops buses and able to walk around everywhere you need to go. Good size apartment nice and clean. good storage even for a long stay. The kettle didn't work, and the hair dryer they advertise did not work either. A little of an inconvenience, but nothing too serious to ruin our holiday. 😊
• Domonique (9/5): This was a perfect apartment for our family of 5. Very comfortable. - Property was clean and check in was easy! Bus stop within 2min away. About a 20min walk to Duomo and restaurants.
