• Oblitas Ortiz (8/5): Mejorando nuestro lugar - Las instalaciones y el lugar eran muy cómodos para quedarse unos días. Para el clima que había muy bien. Uno es el tema del WiFi que en la tv va demasiado lento y no se pueden ver video en YouTube otro seria el tema de papel para la cocina no había y tuvimos que usar el papel igienico del baño.

• Manfredi (5/5): nel complesso l'alloggio è piacevole ma servirebbe più cura nella manutenzione e nella pulizia. - L’appartamento è moderno e ben arredato, situato in una posizione comoda per spostarsi. Lo staff è stato disponibile ad aiutarci quando abbiamo avuto un problema con il riscaldamento. Ci vorrebbe più attenzione ai dettagli: la tavoletta del bagno era rotta, il materasso da sostituire e la pulizia soprattutto della cucina si potrebbe migliorare. Una delle due docce non funzionava, telecomando della TV rotto e la sera si avvertiva un po’ di umidità. Inoltre, lo staff stava entrando nell’appartamento senza bussare mentre ero in camera per capire il problema dei termosifoni.

• Alice (2/5): Worst stay ever!! - Flew from the UK early hours of the morning (got up at 3am) and came to Milan for a nice get away. We had read through some reviews prior to staying here and knew that there would be some noise as it was a residential area and an area surrounded by restaurants and clubs, which we didn’t mind. But the other reviews completely play down the amount of noise there was. The noise didn’t come from the clubs, it came from the surrounding neighbours and restaurant this place backed onto. The neighbours above were seemingly doing construction or completely redoing their house or something because there was constant hammering sounds throughout the night into the early hours of the morning. There were also multiple times where people would sit directly outside the bedroom window shouting on the phone and at one point it sounded like some domestic issue going on. The people who worked in the restaurant at the front slammed doors and chucked glass. The walls are so thin that it felt like all of these noises were in the room with us. Due to this noise, we didn’t get a single night where we had a good rest. We asked Italianway if there was any chance that we could move elsewhere, they gave us an option to move but it would be 50€ extra! This should’ve been offered without charge out of common courtesy. Hotel.com have kindly send us vouchers to use for our next trip but have not had anything from Italianway. I do have recordings of this noise but unfortunately I am unable to attach them.

• Nathan (9/5): Calm & relaxing stay! - This place is a recommendation for couples as for business trips. Located in an vibrant area of Milan where the options for going out for drinks or dinner are countless. Amenities were all present as it should, clean & spacious kitchen/living area + large bedroom with en suite bathroom. Pleasant stay & will definitely come back on my next trip! Might highlight better that keys need to be picked up at a different location but this is only a 5min walk! Other then that, no remarks!

• Georgiana (8/5): Nice location and facilities - The apartment it’s located in a perfect location. You have access to easy transportation to all the tourist attractions. It was very clean and warm. There’s a bar next to the building and it can get loud, it’s a bit difficult if you want an early night and you’re a light sleeper. The only problem in the apartment was the bed which was really uncomfortable.
• Zvezdana (10/5): Good location - You have to collect the key from another location and if your check-in is late at night they will leave a key in a key locker and send you all the instructions. Just tell them for your late check-in in advance. It is 5min away from the apartment, but we were fine with that.

• Alize (8/5): Very good - The location was excellent, you can access the night life of Navigli quite easily. The bedding had some stains on it. Also we could hear the neighbours.

• Monica (9/5): Great location, apartment is very lovely and comfortable. - Loved the apartment and where it is located. Spacious for 2 people, beautiful bathroom. Hard to contact and speak with customer service
• Sam (8/5): Very good location and close to the main bars in Navigli. Only a 20/25 minute walk to the Duomo. - Property was tidy and had everything you need. Shower was very good. The neighbours are quite noisy and there is a lot of banging at night. Not a problem if you are out every night past 11pm.

• Anonymous (10/5): Excellent! Couldn’t be better! - The cleanliness and the proximity to everything (like food, train stop, shops, pharmacy…). It’s in a very active part of the city. Right next to a train stop. Took us 30mins to walk to the Duomo!
• Michelle (9/5): Convenient and good value - Secure apartment with all the facilities you need. Great location near lots of bars and restaurants along the canals. Walking distance to the tram or metro, so easy to connect with the city. For two friends travelling together, we booked here because it advertised two beds (one being the sofa bed), but sheets weren't available to make up the sofa bed. I guess you have to request them in advance.

• Tj303 (7/5): Good location. - Location - close to metro, bus, river, & places to eat/drink. Great size apartment with all the utilises required. Having to collect key from different location (7-10 min walk) , very inconvenient especially when there is a lock box at the property. Apartment is set within the rear of a row of restaurants which are open till very late in the early hours. Neighbours are a bit noisy.

Fantastic location, super clean, air conditioning was extremely welcome in a hot June, and the check-in staff couldn’t do enough to make sure I had everything I needed. Brilliant service, super simple and a lovely place! The shower is unreal! nothing!
