• tamara (1/5): The worst experience ever - Great location I had a very disappointing experience. I was unable to access the apartment due to a faulty lock and had to wait outside for nearly an hour before anyone came to assist. Customer service was extremely slow to respond and not particularly helpful. Once inside, I discovered that the hot water wasn’t working. A maintenance technician spent over two hours trying to fix the issue, but ultimately it couldn’t be resolved, and I was asked to move to another apartment. I had to carry my luggage myself, only to be relocated to a ground-floor unit that was equally unsatisfactory. Throughout the process, customer service was rude and unaccommodating, despite me remaining polite and patient. Overall, it was a frustrating and exhausting experience
• Jaroslava (10/5): - Clean, spacious apartment, with big and well- equiped kitchen. Good location with supermarket, a few bars and restaurants close by. Metro station is 6min on foot and from there 2 stops to Duomo. It was perfect for our stay.

• A.K (1/5): Stoled me jacket from the apartment - Nothing We were laye for our checkout and cleaners went in the aparrment and my 150euros jaket went missing!! Of course I made a complaint but I did not find justice. They are plain thiefs!! People watch your belongings if tou make the miatake and book here!!

• Oliver (10/5): Staying - Amazing apartment easy to get to from either of the train stations. The only thing I would recommend, please add couple of coffee pods and tea bags. But this is the only minus everything else amazing!!

• Jonathan (7/5): Okay for the money - The location is ok, the accommodation is reasonable for the price. The check-in producure was wrong, we were sent to a location 20 minutes away to get the keys and then ultimately sent back to get them from a lockbox at the location. The bed was ok, but not great. It has quite a narrow walkway to the room, with a direct drop to the courtyard - not ideal for people with issues with heights.

• Brunamdm (9/5): Excellent - The flat is new with all you need for a few days in Milan The flat is small- perfect for 2 people or 2 people and a child. The location is good as it is close to the metro and maybe 25 min walking to Duomo. Loads of restaurants and bar around the property and a supermarket just opposite. I had a problem with the air conditioning on my first day, but the staff was quick to sort it out, and I didn't have any other problems for the rest of my stay. Extra bedding would be beneficial as they left some extra pillow and extra duvet available but no pillow case. The mattress could be replaced as it is old and some stains on it.
• Dan (10/5): Apartments in a beautiful house - The apartment isn't huge, but it's spotless and peaceful. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need and more. Most importantly, the location is excellent. The apartment is in an old, beautiful building with friendly neighbors. The pink bikinis hanging at the entrance, presumably from the ladies upstairs, were particularly amusing! Shop "Penny" in 1 minute of slow walk. Everything was fine.

• Megan (9/5): My friend and I stayed here for a city break and loved it! The place was always warm and cosy! - We arrived late on our day of arrival (around 3 am) and having the location of the lockbox given to us via a video made it all very easy and stress-free. Myself and my friend were on a tight schedule with trying to travel and sightsee, so a quick check-in and check-out is ideal for us. We would have loved if the accommodation came with a few more amenities. Everything was perfect for our stay, but would have been ideal to have a few more bin bags left in a cupboard and maybe some snacks and water just for the first night. As we got in so late, we were unable to go to a shop to get water or food so we just went to bed until we could get to the shop which was super close to the accomodation.

• Debarati (9/5): Superb - The location was great. The apartment was spot clean and had all the amenities. Really liked our stay there. There are only three comments- 1. No hair dryer was available in the apartment 2. For check-in, you have to organise from before with the customer service and fill like a huge document beforehand, so it's a bit of hassle 3. They reserve a caution fee on the apartment, which they do not mention anywhere during the booking process
• Daniela (7/5): Good - The room has everything The staff at the central were not nice The wifi was not working my whole 5 days stay, and they came the last day when i was leaving, which ruined my stay, and I couldn’t make any plans, and they kept asking me to take pictures of the router, while I didn’t have internet. It was bad Booking promised a partial, but I received nothing
• Maria (7/5): Overall it was good and we enjoyed our time there. - It was spacious enough for a family and liked that we had the kitchen, a large refrigerator and washing machine. Lack of coffee machine. I wish there was a coffee machine as part of the appliances. Too little shampoo and shower gel provided and had not realized that nobody would come back to restock as this was not made clear. It was just an inconvenience that I needed to find the time to go and buy such basic products that I thought would be provided. Also, it was not made clear that towels would not be changed at all. Thankfully we had the washing machine but it was hard to dry the towels on time to use them again. The bed was too hard which made us all have back pain after a couple of days. When we arrived we got wary of the building and how old and run down it looks, but inside the apartment looked very nice.

• Marcvl83 (9/5): Superb - Comfortable and recently renovated apartment. All new and clean. Close to city centre, nice area with restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. Apartment is not very big, but has a smart layout, more than enough space for two persons and a baby
