- Rares-andrei (8/5): A comfortable stay in a modern apartment with great potential, just a few small details to improve. - - Convenient location, close to two metro stations for easy access around Milan and 7 minute by foot away from CityLife Shopping District - Modern building, clean apartment with plenty of amenities, nice balcony - Smooth check-in and key collection process - Minor maintenance details: slow-draining sink, leaking shower head, no shelf in the shower, bathroom plug not compatible with the hair dryer - AC was noisy but didn’t cool effectively - Communication with the host only via Booking.com messages, no quicker alternative like WhatsApp
- Irena (9/5): Superb - location, the terrace and the design Neighbourhood the shower was dirty with moulds and there was no wine glasses. The close space was adequate but there was no place to hang the long dresses. But these were minor flaws in otherwise beautiful appartment.

- Claudia (8/5): We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone going to a conference. - The apartment was close to the convention centre and was very clean. Access was simple for habitants but very secure. Space was clean and comfortable. Close to lotto station and city life. Easy to connect to wifi. Very quiet. Blinds keep the space dark over night and during day if you want to relax between commitments. Best location for folks attending MiCo on business. The A/C was difficult to operate and ineffective at cooling the room. The stove top coffee pots were starting to corode and develop mold. Would have liked to have used them to make stove too espresso in the morning but didn't risk it.

When we went to check in, the key was missing from the location and there is no quick way to approach the staff or booking.com team. WhatsApp contact would help for both teams. Think for future.
