- Francisco Javier (2/5): Decepcionante - Pésimo, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, lo reporte con la concierge y me dijo que ella no podía hacer nada y me dio otro número, total que su única solución fue mandarme 2 ventiladores de pie que solo avientan aire caliente y además no funcionaban tampoco, dormimos pésimo con mucho calor, además de me quisieron engañar diciendo que ya lo habían ido a arreglar cuando no fue cierto, que puedo hacer para que me hagan una bonificación porque yo pagué 2 noches con servicio de aire y no lo tuve, espero una respuesta. Tampoco funcionaba una persiana nunca la pudimos levantar y la luz del espejo del baño principal tampoco prendía, necesita un buen mantenimiento ese departamento.
