• Pavel (10/5): Уютные апартаменты в историческом доме - Красивый исторический дом с винтажным лифтом в самом центре старого города. Днем лифт платный, стоит 20 центов. Не критично, мы много гуляли и поздно приходили. Соседи были спокойные, ничего не мешало нашему отдыху. Удобное расположение, все достопримечательности рядом, также рядом метро, кафе, магазин. В апартаментах чисто. Достойный вид из окна. Приятно пить кофе утром и смотреть в окно. Нет стиральной машины. Не удобно при длительном пребывании.

• Moor (9/5): Erg fijn en goed - De ligging is perfect. Dichtbij het metrostation Duomo en in een leuke straat met een koffiecafe beneden bij het appartement. Het is gerenoveerd en geluids arm Als je de het appartement verlaat gaat de stroom uit inclusief koelkast. Niet fijn als je een hele dag weg bent. Als de conciërge voor de deur beneden staat met je 20 cent voor de lift betalen
• Paul Laporte (4/5): Aucun charme et vous n'aurez rien - L'emplacement Une vaste chambre au mobilier spartiate et dénuée de tout charme. Rien n'est inclus : le savon est à partager entre la douche et le lavabo, pas de café, ascenseur payant, check out à 10h sans extension possible. L'électricité est commandée par une clef inséparable de celles pour accéder à l'immeuble, donc si vous êtes à deux vous devez soit rester ensemble, soit couper L'électricité pour celui qui reste dans l'appartement. La télécommande de la clim n'était pas présente. Une éponge neuve vous est gracieusement proposée pour vous faire comprendre que vous devez faire la vaisselle, avant de descendre les poubelles (en payant l'ascenseur donc). L'emplacement est bon mais pour ce prix vous pouvez trouver mieux, beaucoup mieux.

• Aleksandra (8/5): Gdyby nie fatalny internet, byłoby idealne. Wspaniała lokalizacja! - Fantastyczna lokalizacja! Dwa kroki do centro strorico i do metra. Bardzo miła obsługa i fenomenalna, stara, piękna winda, do której czasem trzeba wrzucić 20 centów żeby ruszyć, co jest bardzo urocze:) dwie rzeczy, Internet a raczej jego brak. Przez pierwsze 2 dni czasem udawało się otworzyć maila (!) ale o ściągnięciu/wysłaniu pliku zapomnij, nie wspominając o obejrzeniu czegokolwiek. Natomiast po 2 dniach internetu nie było już wcale. zero. Był zasięg, ale nikt nie mógł się połączyć na żadnym urządzeniu. Musieliśmy korzystać z naszego, co nas sporo kosztowało. Piszę na wszelki, gdyby ktoś, tak jak my, musiał chwilę popracować. A druga rzecz, uważajcie z prądem. Nie włączajcie i nie ładujcie zbyt wielu rzeczy na raz, bo wywali korki a włączenie ich, jest poza zasięgiem wynajmujących, więc to trochę trwa.

• Andrea (7/5): Great location, communication needs improvement - This was our first visit to Naples, I travelled with my mom. I chose this accommodation because it was close to the city centre but far enough to be in a quiet location. I am thrilled that I made this decision. The apartment was new, clean, modern and safe. It was on the fifth floor, so it was also light and quite spacious compared to other options I checked. It was also close to the metro station Duomo. There was an elevator which in case of rush hours required 0,20 EUR to make it work. It is in the description and we were prepared for this, also had to pay only once during our visit. The host met with us at the apartment, showed us around and we got recommendation of a cafe for breakfast (La Via del Cafe) and a restaurant for dinner (Fedele). Both were great choices! Communication with the host need to be improved. You can text them via WhatsApp or call them in a certain timeframe. Outside that timeframe you are unable to reach them. Which is ok, unless you have an emergency situation. You get a set of keys with the apartment and the one key to open the front door is permanently getting stuck. It is a game of patience until the key unlocks the door. First night out, we thought it is not working so I texted them on WhatsApp but as it was outside the official timeframe there was no response to this - not even the next day or ever. Thankfully I am a patient person and got the hang of it how to manipulate with the key to get inside. Dear host, please change the key. On the last day, in the morning, an alarm went off just before 9am and it was on for about solid 35 minutes. First, we thought, that the checkout is at 9am and the alarm went off because we are not supposed to be in the apartment, but no, checkout was at 10am. I was unable to contact the host - neither via WhatsApp nor via phone - and believe me I had several attempts. It was absolutely frustrating and the sound was deafening, but we were still packing so couldn't leave. For me, the most disappointing part was that the host got back to me 2 hours later asking if we are still in the apartment (this was an hour after official checkout time anyway) and if I can tell them what the alarm sounded like. I mean there are so many positives and advantages about this apartment, but these things just made our stay so much worse, unfortunately. I hope the host will make some amendments and guests can fully enjoy the comfort this apartment can offer.

• DeFelice (8/5): Great location and comfortable apartment - Great location: close to great restaurants, tourist attractions, subway, and train station. The apartment was clean and has nice views of the surrounding city.
• SANDRA (9/5): Ottima location nel centro di Napoli 😍 - L'alloggio era pulitissimo e gli spazi ampi, esattamente come nelle foto. La signora Rosita, che ci ha accolto, era gentile e molto chiara nelle spiegazioni. Ma soprattutto la posizione è eccezionale: a un passo dalla metro Duomo e da Spaccanapoli. Quindi centrale, ma allo stesso tempo in una zona molto tranquilla. Perfetta l'insonorizzazione: non abbiamo mai sentito un rumore né da fuori né da dentro il condominio. A voler trovare qualcosa, magari si poteva prevedere qualche "coccola" in più: qualche bustina di tè o tisana, un po' più di zucchero, qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più... E soprattutto qualche punto d'appoggio: sedie, poltrone, mensole, panche su cui appoggiare le proprie cose. Ma sono davvero delle piccolezze...

• Ewa (7/5): - Fajne widoki, dobre ogrzewanie apartamentu. Skromne wyposażenie ale dla mniej wymagających wystarczające. Świetna lokalizacja . Dobry punkt startowy do atrakcji w Neapolu. Blisko stacja metra. Niedaleko do linii autobusowej na lotnisko. Spokojnie można korzystac z komunikacji miejskiej. Bogata ofetra gastronomiczna w niewielkiej odległości od apartamentu. Obiekt generalnie w porządku. Jedynie skromnie prezentowało sie wyposażenie kuchenne (zwłaszcza sztućce). Brak w apartamencie informacji o zasadach sortowania śmieci (kosz na śmieci tylko jeden) i konieczności wyrzucenia śmieci na koniec pobytu. Trochę nieprzyjemnie może też zaskoczyć opłata w windzie. My mieliśmy szczęście że posiadaliśmy 20 centówki ale gdyby ktoś z bagażami trafił na moment konieczności opłaty ( nie zawsze żądana) to mógłby być zdenerwowany. Apatrament mieści sie na 5 piętrze.
• MAMERTA (8/5): El apartamento genial, la gestora del piso solo quiere dinero - La ubicación fantástica. Las instalaciones cómodas y limpias. No hice uso de la cocina, pero no hubiese estado mal que hubiese un microondas El apartamento no está gestionado por un particular, sino por una empresa que se encarga de la gestión, lo cual me resulta muy frío. Entre las condiciones para el check-in si llegas después de las 20:00 pagas 20 euros, y si es después de las 00:00 pagas 40 euros(en efectivo y sin recibo). También pagas la tasa turística 5 euros por día y persona (también en efectivo, sin recibo). El apartamento hay que dejarlo libre antes de las 10:00 y si tú avión sale por la tarde y quieres dejar las maletas otros 40 euros. Todo esto sin contar que dependiendo de la hora, para utilizar el ascensor hay una máquina en la que tienes que pagar 20 céntimos por trayecto.

Boite de nuit, volume à fond ou soirée privée à proximité. Très bruyant malgré une bonne isolation phonique.
• Derek (6/5): Great location but paper thin walls. - Location 10/10. Clean 10/10 Shower 10/10 The walls were extremely thin and there was constant noise. Toilets flushing and people talking could be heard through the wall. It sounded like the toilet was being flushed in your room it was that loud. When people were outside the room you could hear everything as the apartment door was soo thin. Sound Insulation 1/10.

The connection with the company was so bad, we couldn’t get when we’ll meet them and other important information. But the worst thing was that the toilet wasn’t working sometimes and the company didn’t answer for long time in any way of contact, and after answering they told us they will fix it just after our check out.

• Suzannejo (8/5): Ruime en schone kamer op ideale locatie - We kregen ruim op tijd een appje van de persoon die ons zou ontvangen. Kwam zelfs nog eerder toen hij door had dat wij er al waren. Bewaker was erg vriendelijk. Kon geen Engels maar was wel zo lief dat we onze koffers achter konden laten. Wij hebben nooit hoeven betalen voor de lift. Locatie is erg leuk zo om de hoek van een gezellige straat van de oude stad. En dat met goede isolatie dus geen last van lawaai. Voor een verblijf van 5 nachten was een keer schone handdoeken wel fijn geweest. In de kitchenette ontbrak een waterkoker en snijmes. Voordeur ging erg lastig open. Kregen na het sturen van een filmpje een uitleg hoe het moest, maar is soms frustrerend als je ‘‘s avonds thuis komt en hij niet meteen open gaat.
• Harald (10/5): - Das Appartment war sehr toll und ideal gelegen. Late Checkout war gegen eine kleine Gebühr ebenfalls möglich. Lediglich ein paar mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten wären nett. Es ist nur ein kleiner Tisch in dem Appartment. Der Lift um 20 Cent pro Fahrt und das App im 5. Stock hält fit. Am Abend ist er aber kostenlos.

• Amir (4/5): I do not recommend this place for anyone staying more than 2 nights. - Close and central We didn’t like the welcome we received upon arriving. We got 0 to no information from Wonderfull Italy, as if they didn’t care that we had used their location. We were early in Napoli, nothing to blame them for! But they told us we could come in 1 hour earlier and do the check in, when the time came we met with a representative and the room was dirty and messy, because they hadn’t started cleaning the room from the previous stay. We had to wait an additional hour or so to get into our room. This is the first place in Italy that informs you that they will indeed NOT give extra towels or toilet paper, and that you have to buy that self… they only provide a welcome kit and no additional towels or toilet paper. The elevator in the apartment stopped randomly in between floors and was not safe at all, additional you have to pay 20 cent to use the elevator, mentioning this since it’s not clear in their description at all. The power in the apartment went off for several hours in the summer heat, which also was a bad experience. Dissatisfaction with the stay.
• Vanessa (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen, man erreicht sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig. Spaccanapoli war in drei Minuten erreichbar und es gab zahlreiche, sehr gute Restaurants in der nähe, sowohl für morgens als auch abends. Die Metro ist ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen und preisgünstig. Die Unterkunft war modern und sauber und die Küche vollkommen ausreichend. !!! Jede Benutzung mit dem Aufzug in den fünften Stock Altbau in das Appartment kostet 0,20 €, sowohl hoch als auch runter. Man musste also viele 0,20 € Stücke parat haben, zweimal 0,10€ funktionieren nicht und die Treppen sind sehr rutschig !!! Wir hatten einen Wohn- und einen Schlafbereich. Klimaanlage war leider nur im Wohnbereich und somit war das Schlafzimmer für uns im Juli nicht nutzbar. Die Betten sind sehr, sehr weich.

• MARIA CRISTINA (4/5): - The location is not bad, the entrance is terrible, the communication is terrible, the TV is a little bigger than a shoe box, I asked for a change of bed linen and they wanted to charge me €15, there is no way to communicate except by text message and wait for them to read it when they have time and answer, the room is not bad but only for one person and without a suitcase, since it has an open space with 5 hangers, in short I did not like it at all, I cannot recommend it

• Tornike (10/5): - The apartment is a super clean one bedroom in the hart of Naples old town (Centro Storico). It is steps away from most famous shopping street Spaccanapoli. Ideal place to stay for a few days visit in Naples.
• Anna (5/5): It is fine, however I would not book it again. I think there would be better options for this price. - It was clean and in a very central location in the city. There was no reception so the check in had to be scheduled. However we ended up waiting three hours in front of the building before we could enter our room. Also on the last day the check out is at 10.00, and because there is no reception you end up leaving your luggage somewhere in a locker in some streets further for an extra charge.
• Michael (2/5): Good and cheap location but nothing more than a bed - Location is good and room was clean with good pressure of warm water and a window the cancel noise. Owner however was unavailable and rude. The owner and communication with him was awful. Half the time you get a message saying he is unavailable with a link “to answer all questions” which in fact answers very little and definitely cannot help when things don’t work. For two days I’ve been trying to get an answer about heater that doesn’t work and a late checkout. He did not respond to any of my messages but did text me to take the bin down when I leave.

• Eliseo (10/5): An Exceptional stay at Maria's Bright Flat - I had an exceptional stay at Maria's Bright Flat near Napoli's Il Duomo. From the very beginning, the experience was seamless—Maria's team kindly accommodated an early check-in and greeted me warmly at the building's door. The location couldn't be more ideal. Just steps away from the Duomo Metro station, it's incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it's only a short walk to Via dei Tribunali, one of Naples' most vibrant and iconic streets. This central spot made it effortless to enjoy the best of Napoli. The apartment itself is fantastic—everything is brand new and thoughtfully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights after busy days. While the space is immaculate and modern, a touch of additional decor, like a floor lamp in the living room, would enhance its ambiance. Adding a toaster and a microwave could also be a nice touch for even greater convenience. Despite these small suggestions, I wholeheartedly recommend Maria's Bright Flat to anyone visiting Napoli. Its prime location, comfort, and welcoming service make it an unbeatable choice. If you're planning a trip to this vibrant city, look no further—this is the place to stay!

• Lewandowska (10/5): Great apartment and perfect location! - The property was very clean, we loved having a balcony and the air conditioning worked so good! Really pleased. We stayed in October and a duvet would have been great instead of a sheet, but not the end of the world and it definitely didn’t impact our stay.
• Kristina (7/5): Exactly what you pay for - nothing extra. Great location. - The best thing about this apartment is its location. It was perfectly situated in the city center and there was no noise at night and windows shutters allowed to keep the room dark at any time of the day. There was AC and temperature was comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable, only 2 pillows, shower was ok. Nothing extra - just what you pay for. The room wasn't big, I wish it had more space to relax (from the pictures I assumed it was bigger). It is supposed to be a studio, but a small sink in the room wouldn't make it one. Also, I didn't like that there is no self checkin available. I arrived late at night at 21:40, my plane got delayed and there was a huge queue at the passport control and I was worried that the person who was supposed to meet us would have to wait 2 extra hours outside. Even though he waited for an hour and made no issue from it, I would prefer to have a self checkin. Also, we had one towel each for the whole stay which didn't get enough time to dry. Extra towels and pillows would be appreciated. Also, an iron.

• Bisera (10/5): Naples ❤️ - First of all, you can easily reach the hosts through messages at booking or whatsup. Before your trip, you get all the information about the accomodation. Couple of days before tour stay, tou have to check in online which is much easier. Secondly, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. He explaind everything to us. When we entered the room, the aircondition was on and there was fresh and cold water in the fridge. After exhausted travelling this was the best way to enter the room. The accomodation is so close to every main thing in the city. It deffinitely has a great location. The neighbourhood is save and also during the day there is doorman (security) in front of the building. And last, but not least, the room was very clean.
• Morgan (7/5): Good central location but some small issues with property - The property was in the perfect location - right in the historic centre. It was mere minutes walk to the Duomo metro station and the central streets. The accommodation had a lovely view of the city from the balcony. The bed was comfy and the studio roomy. The air con was brilliant and kept the place perfectly cool in summer. The property didn’t have a sofa as shown in pics, the stovetop did not work, the bathroom door didn’t shut as it had poorly fitted doors, and the shower had grime/mould on the wall and on the shower head. Wonderful Italy’s online check in often didn’t work, was slow and arduous so had to try numerous times. You also have to take the trash out yourself. Also, we had to pay to use the lift during the day on weekdays (which is needed in the immense heat and 5 stories up!) This should be disclosed. You also need to pay extra if you check in after 8pm (€20). Our flight was delayed so sadly had to pay this.
• Matt (8/5): Decent clean room - Decent location in the center of the city by the tourist section. Fairly quiet Sometimes pay .2 to use the elevator. Old building, dirty feeling city. Loud flushing from the neighbors but otherwise good sound insulation.

• Laurentiu (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, very close to all the attractions (Centro Storico). Very clean and cosy with a good view. The room is brand new, also the building has an old charm and interesting elevator. The gentleman who welcomed us was very nice. Overall, a nice experience, I recommend it.

• Mihaela (10/5): Exceptional - Authentic Italian building. Interesting elevator. Location was perfect, there's store (Conad) nearby, paid parking and metro station, the main streets are close. Everything is in 3-5 mins walking. The apartment was clean, we had two balconies, kitchen box with fridge, sink, stove and pot also coffee maker and delicious coffee. Also pillows were comfy, which is important and sheets was clean and it was clean at all. They will make your room if you want. Be mindful that "wonderful Italy" answers you only after 10am and before 6pm. It was pretty good. We recommend the place especially if you want to cook smth. It wasn't that colourful as the pictures (walls was just white), but nice. We would be more comfortable if there was a pan, sugar and salt and pepper. Also be careful with mosquitos there's no protection on the balcony doors. And welcome agent might be late - don't stress. Overall experience was very good.
• Tang (8/5): It's a very comfortable stay. Looked forward to go back for a good rest every night. - The room is almost brand new, very clean and cosy with a good view. Love the old charm of the building with the modern refurbished room. Most importantly it's convenience to stay here. You have to pay a tiny fee for the lift usage at peak hours.
• Camargo (10/5): All good. - Everything just like they say it is. Brilliant! There’s nothing in particular that I didn’t like.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Sympa et bien situé - Logement sympathique et très bien situé pour découvrir la ville. Le Metro est à côté et la gare centrale qui permet de faire le Vésuve, Pompéi … est à 10 minutes. Petit coin cuisine, avec un petit évier qui mériterait quelques centimètres de plus ! Un seul trousseau de clefs qui sert aussi d’interrupteur électrique du logement. Il serait judicieux d’avoir au moins une deuxième clefs pour l’interrupteur électrique. Logement au 5eme étage avec ascenseur, prévoir une pièce de 20cts en journée. Je recommande le logement.
• Viviana (8/5): Nice place in Naples. Bring 20c coins with you for the lift. - Great location, very close to many restaurants and sightseeing places. Appartment has dubble windows which reduces a lot of street noise. It is recently renovated so everything is quite new and works good (except for the toilet flushing buttom, this one worked whenever it wanted). You cannot control the room temperature, it is set to be at 20C at all times (at least in theory). We had it quite warm at nights and, as the appartment is located in a busy area, couldnt open the windows otherwise you get quite some street noise. Bed is quite soft, I could feel all my partner movements. Appartment falls in some old italian regulation where you have to pay 20c to use the lift. So bring your 20c coins or be prepared to climb 5 floors ;)

• Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - Place - near by almost all important sightseeing destinations in Naples. View - very nice, we really enjoyed it. Apartments - clean, big enough for two people, very comfortable. Air conditioning - the guest is not allowed to change the temperature, it is centralised. For me it doesn’t make sense. One key for each room - even though we are couple, we usually have different interests and programmes when on vacation. One key is a big problem. Duvets - one enormously big for both is not a good decision. Shower gel - strange to find that it was not part of bathroom accessories.
• Dominik (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very nice. It is high and spacious, generally clean (except for a few hairs on the floor in the bathroom and used shampoo sachets in the shower). The location is great - Centro storico. There is a grocery store at the bottom of the building where they make delicious fresh sandwiches with whatever you choose. The entire apartment looks new, including the bed, but unfortunately the mattress is very uncomfortable. The only minus is the noise outside the window at night (people playing on scooters) and the mattress. The apartment would need a sofa. It was difficult to contact the company operating the apartment, but the gentleman who welcomed us was very nice. Overall, a nice experience, I recommend it.

• Christina (7/5): Naples neighborhood - Good location close to Centro Historico. Apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Expected a balcony, but it was not a real functional balcony. This had an extremely narrow and short window balcony with the air conditioning unit, which was a major dissappoint .

• Mariya (8/5): Very good - The bedroom apartament is good. It is not noisy but the company that maintains the facility is awful. It wasn’t clean. They only respond if you have to give money. If you have any request they will tell you that they have trouble with the connection. It was not clean. The company that maintains the facility is difficult to contact with. They will respond you only if you have to pay or to leave.
