- Jeremias (4/5): - service is horrible, nobody reply. this apartment is too old and with hidden charges Italians should learn how to offer a better service
- Julius (2/5): Very poor - the Appartement is ugly and one bad room do not even has a door. No cafe machine . But especially it is very problematic that you have to go to pick up the keys at the Bolonga central station , if you can not give an exact arrival time in the morning for the afternoon . To say I call one hour upfront , do not work for them. Personal is not helpful at all, is harsh with bad English . Never again !
