Martin (8/5): - Oznámil jsem příjezd 14:00 - 15:00. Do příjezdu jsem nedostal žádnou informaci o vstupu. Po volání na kontaktní číslo mi bylo řečeno, že pokoj není připraven a bude až později a pak mi přijde mail s instrukcemi. Musel jsem na schůzku a do večera jsem musel nosit věci s sebou a ubytovat jsem se mohl až večer.
Virginia (8/5): Excelente ubicación! - La ubicación, la zona es muy linda y con acceso a la estación de Tren Porta Garibaldi solo a 200 mts. Está lleno de bares y lugares para pasear por ahí cerca. Los lectores del QR dificultan la lectura con teléfonos móviles grandes porque están muy pegados a la pared, y hace que se pierda tiempo al entrar tanto al edificio como al departamento.

Maddalena (7/5): Mi aspettavo qualche comfort in più - la posizione, l’arredamento e la dimensione della camera ho avuto problemi con l’acqua calda (non ha funzionato per più di 2 ore) e nonostante siano stati celeri nel supporto, non hanno saputo fornirmi una soluzione diversa da ‘deve aspettare perché non dipendente da loro ma dal condominio’. La stessa situazione si è ripetuta per l’aria calda, umidità e freddo mi hanno accompagnata perché non c’è un climatizzatore indipendente, ma riscaldamento condominiale (ancora spento)

Paul (8/5): Very satisfied. Easy to find and access. We had a little trouble locking the door, but it just required more patience. 1 - Good centra location, very close to Garibaldi Station. A little noisy, we were there for the Grand Prix, so things were a bit festive.
Susan Lin (8/5): - Great location, convenient to train station (Porta Garibaldi), metros, and trams. Grocery is right around the corner along with many retail stores and restaurants. Management is very responsive. The only suggestion that I have is QR code is nice but doesn't work with cell phones that have privacy screen protectors. Luckily, one of my kids didn't have a privacy screen protectors. Otherwise, we won't be able to get in and out of the building and residence. Also, the bathroom needs some attention. It might have been the flooring that needs to be replaced. Aside from these, we had a great stay.

Romaldi (9/5): We loved the apartment and the location and would recommend s it highly. - The location was great - a lively neighbourhood close to a modern part of the city and a reasonable and often beautiful walk from all the major sites. Clean, comfortable, great communication with the staff. Large as well. The only thing I would note is it could be a bit loud at night. Not a problem for us - we all slept through it generally. But there are some late night spots close by.
Vanja (8/5): Very good! We loved it - Very clean, good location, staff very responsive even on Easter weekend. Easy to access. There was a terrace but it was full of trees/big plants. The space could have been optimised to have a proper terrace! But it’s really a minor thing that I didn’t like. Everything was very good. Also it would be good to send the picture in the mail of the QR code reader - the one in front of the building - it took us some time to realise where to find it and how to scan QR code.

Check in was seamless!! Saturday night was a bit noisy and the building next door was getting work done so the balcony view was a bit poor but neither of these were the companies fault!!

Elena (10/5): Exceptional - I actually loved the place and the whole team!! Their response in every matter was instant ! So helpful and that was very relieving knowing that there is someone responding in every hour of the day! The room was super clean and the bed so comfortable and big we had one of the best sleep of our life! We had some issue with the wi-fi at night and they restored it and gave us one free cleaning due it! The place is so secure and the whole area is one of the best in Milan (above Brera) with many stores cafes and restaurants just under the apartment!! Next time in Mila definitely will stay in the ITALIANWAY! They sure know the way as pure Italians! Grazie Mille!

You need to being able - Club next door playing loud music every night midnight up to 5am. Impossible to sleep (I am not a fussy sleeper but that was impossible!!). Also barcodes to access property and no keys is very difficult if you mobile run out of batter you are left. Nice to have such digital system but to have a spare key in the property or barcode printed would have helped. Couldn’t print barcode cause was sent whilst I was travelling just few hours before arriving in the late pm. Hearing was broken so temperature was constantly +25/26 degrees.. if u open the windows mosquito would kill u.
Avia (2/5): Horrible experience - The bed was big, and there's a lot of space in the living room. 1. The AC won't turn off. It kept on heating the apartment to a point where it was hard to stay there (30° in the living room), and we couldn't lower the temperature, no mette how much we tried. Thankfully, in the bedroom, we had a fan that helped ease the temperature a little. 2. There were many mosquitos in the apartment and no anti mosquito devices. We had to hunt them ourselves since the pharmacy nearby didn't sell that device. This also meant we couldn't open any windows since there are no nets to keep the mosquitos out. 3. There is no place in the bathroom to put your toiletries, not on the sink nor in the shower itself. 4. What made us most upset - we informed the host we would be arriving early in the morning and asked if there's a place to store our bags. We were told there is one open from 9 AM with an address. You'd think, as it is in all other accommodations, that the address is near the apartment, right? Wrong. Upon arrival to the location, we were told by a representative on the phone that the storage location is *15 minutes by metro* from the apartment! If I had known that, I would have never booked this apartment. From my experience, it's so obvious that if you want to store your bags, you do it in or near the facility you're gonna stay in. It was not clear nor mentioned at any point before the day of arrival that the location was so far away. So for early arrival, be aware so you won't be as shocked as we were. 5. The only access to the apartment is via an elevator. The staircase is locked with a key and a code. Also, you need an internet connection since the gate outside the apparent complex and the door to the apparent are accessed by a QR code sent to your email at the time of the check-in. 6. There is no on-site representative, so if you need anything (like an anti mosquito device, an extra blanket, or whatever), there's no one to ask, as their offices, as mentioned, are 15 minutes away by metro.

It’s in a beautiful busy street with bars and restaurants at your fingertips - will definitely be staying again We had an issue with the rubbish in the apartment but they were extremely fast at sorting the problem for us - literally within the hour

Gerry (9/5): Was great for my trip. Would use again. Agency very helpful ( and later back enough in an Italian way…!) - Super location and very clean and big apartment. Beautiful courtyard. A lot of building works on surrounding buildings plus some noise from street - made occasional intrusive noise to otherwise great atmosphere.

Everything is accessible. The apartment was clean. All the appliances worked. The bed was comfortable. The shower head could be upgraded. Need somewhere to dry laundry after washing.

Mark (5/5): Passable - Room was nice and clean. Entry was convoluted, communication was ridiculously complicated. Why do you have to go all the way to get a physical key from the main train station when you get sent a qr code anyway that allows access?! As a business traveller I was working 8-6, it's geared for tourists. Not sure if it was a Thursday night but the noise from a club came straight through the glazing and kept me up till 4:30am.

Viktoria (7/5): Clean and well-equipped apartment near all sights - be aware of parties on the weekend - It is a lovely, spacious apartment that is walking-distance from all the sights around Milan and very close to the station, which was good for us as we planned many day trips in the area (Lake Garda, Lake Como). I was extremely pleased with the different recycling bins. The bathroom sink was clogged, the dishwasher didn’t shut - my partner had to fix it, there was no kitchen towel so we had to use one of the bathroom towels for the dishes, there was no duvet cover just two sheets on both sides of the duvet so we kept on getting tangled in it, and all weekend there was a party next door that went on until 5am each morning.

Paul (3/5): Poor - It’s a very well equipped apartment, quiet, yet in a very lively district The service of agent “Italianway” was far below standards: you have to check in at an unfindable location within the central station. When you try to reach them by phone, you can end up in a long queue, waiting for someone to answer your question. In my case they just change from a classical key to a QR-code system, that didn’t yet fully function: I couldn’t lock the door when I left the apartment. When trying to reach the agent I had to wait in the telephone queue again, in vain, since the person finally answering my request couldn’t help me. I left for my business appointment without locking the door…
Denis (7/5): Good - location wi-fi simply did not work, it was not even possible to load the page in the browser. And if we didn’t hear the noise from the hive, then the neighbors’ fans worked all night so it was impossible to sleep.

Ion (9/5): A beautiful location, well positioned, very close to the train station and metro. - We liked the facilities in the apartment. The equipment and things were brandnew. Nice arrangement. We had coffee, nespresso. Privacy and comfort. We did not like that there was constant noise due to the works on the building in front. On Friday and Saturday, we couldn't sleep with the windows open because of some parties that took place in the immediate vicinity. A party took place, I think, in the basement of the building under renovation, very close to the windows of the apartment. The noise was infernal, all night long. Then there was another party at a club also located very close. We didn't like that even though we had TVs in both rooms, they didn't work, they didn't have a TV signal. I have reported this to the Italian Way team. Someone came, two days in a row, but they didn't solve it. Although we could live without TV, as you don't necessarily need TV on vacation, I still felt the lack of this service, which I paid for, even though I could not use it and it could have been deducted from the price.
