• Tymara (9/5): - Great location and staff. Comfy and easy to work out. Oven was useful. Cleaners turned up before check out time. No plug in sink.
• Maria (6/5): Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern, die Beschreibung war an manchen Punkten irreführend. - Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe Gute Anbindungen kleiner Balkon Klimaanlage im Wohn und Essbereich Der Aufzug kostet 10ct - wurde nirgends angemerkt und ist für den 3.Stock zumindest bei Anreise wertvoll zu wissen. Es wird mit Sauberkeit geworben, dem war jedoch leider nicht so. In unserem Kühlschrank war ein liegengebliebener McDonald´s Dip, die einzelnen Fächer hatten Schimmelspuren und das Wasser stand im Kühl- und Gefrierschrank. Generell war der Boden nicht sauber und man hatte nicht das Gefühl in eine saubere Wohnung zu kommen. Das angegebe Kaffe und Teezubehör war unserer Meinung nach irreführend- es gibt einen Wasserkocher und ein Kaffekännchen, jedoch weder Tee noch Kaffe zur Zubereitung. Morgens hat es im Bad manchmal nach Zigarettenrauch aus der Lüftung gerochen. " Vollausgestattete Küche" soweit so gut, jedoch kein wirklich großer Topf der es für zwei Personen ermöglicht Pasta zu kochen. Die 9,7 der Sauberkeit können wir nach unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht bestätigen.

• Anne-marie (3/5): Nicely renovated, but beware of very strong smoke smell - The place has been renovated nicely and the bed was comfortable and a good kitchen to cook in. Can walk to the train station and nearby shops and cafes. It is very quiet at night to sleep. First off, I was asked to sign an 8 page lease to stay for 3 days at this vacation property, which in all my years of travelling (Italy several times), I have never had to do this. Be aware as in this lease, you are giving permission for them to share your information with many other parties. The place stinks of cigarette smoke from neighbour smoking and it comes into the bathroom. Smoke is so strong, it smells like someone is sitting in the bathroom smoking. I could not use the bathroom, other than to use the toilet due to the smell. Had to shut myself into the bedroom with all windows open, door closed and fan on to just be able to tolerate sleeping. Area is very dirty and did not feel safe walking alone, especially at night.

The location was also very convenient, close to the train and metro station. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Big thanks for possible early check in. Grazie! Niento :)
