• Michael (7/5): double check the property you rent. - The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location of the original property was really good and in the nice building. The property we rented had pictures and description of having additional couch as well as washer. However when we got there, none of these were there. So they actually moved us to another property near by. (about 15 min away).

• Shelley (10/5): Clean modern and roomy. - Clean modern in a nice location. Good bed. Elevator. Answered phone calls. Paid 20 e for early check in. Lights came in the bedroom window, so try to shut it all closed. The keys took a tad to figure out but all good!

• Simona (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La posizione dell'appartamento e il fatto che sia ristrutturato anche se molto semplice cmq funzionale e pulito Un po scomodo l'accesso perché non riuscivano ad aprirmi da remoto il portone d'ingresso, il portone delle scale difficile da aprire. Per la posizione in cui si trova mi aspettavo un arredo e qualità soprattutto del materasso di livello superiore.

• SD (6/5): - The best thing about this was the location. Very walkable and central to everywhere I wanted to go. The apartment was clean and spacious. But it was somewhat basic. There were no amenities and no on premises staff. I had a hard time figuring out opening the old doors both on the apartment and main building and having no one to show how to navigate was frustrating. However, when I called the customer service, they were available and helpful. On my first night when I got to the apartment, the huge main door was closed for a minute I was scared that I had no place to sleep. I called the number and I was given instructions to enter and upon doing so, it was scary as everything was pitch dark and I felt like i was all alone in a very old and huge building. It took a lot of courage to make it to my room and eventually fall asleep. But overall I felt safe in the neighborhood and the apartment. I would also like to add that there is no cleaning service during your stay which in any hotel is a given. No on-premises staff- something i was not aware of when booking. The furnishing is very basic. Shower too small and as an average size female it was ok for me but some may find it very small. Also no one came to clean the place during the stay.

Great leaving our bags before check in & after check out - this is a wonderful service & was truly appreciated. The difficulty leaving bags pre-check in they need standard communication in writing to send to each customer to give them accurate guidance describing the gate & building & how to access it. It was extremely confusing. Accessing the apartment was equally confusing. We have only just checked in to a different apartment in Venice this evening & everything was so simple. The communication was excellent. They messaged us exact directions how to get to the front door, gave us our access code straight away (so we didn’t have to call them) & it was a simple & fantastic check in. This experience is very opposite to what we experienced with you. The staff were extremely helpful & polite but I feel you need to have written communication in place which helps everyone. Also, For the cost of the apartment I would expect a minimum provision of milk or creamer for our coffee, & conditioner for hair. The location was great & the feel & look of the apartment was lovely, but for the price & the experience we had overall, we would get different accommodation next time. It felt a little too hard as a holiday experience.
• Tamara (10/5): Super nice management - The apartment was nicely and convieniently decorated. Location was superb, very close to the center in a noise-free neighborhood. The people responsible for the check in were super friendly. I had to attend an English test in the morning and was super nervous and was afraid I won't get enough sleep. I asked if I can check out at 11am because that would help me a lot. They said yes and were super uncomplicated about it. They also recommended very good restaurants to us and we had a wonderful dinner thanks to the management. Only thing I could complain abouy was the noise in the building's corridor in the morning. But that could have also been coincidental.
