В душе двери полностью не закрываются, течет вода на пол, душ старый, брызгает в разные стороны, большая влажность в квартире

• Kharabadze (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment was clean and there is a washing machine.
• Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - This review does not apply to this location because in the last moment the owner sent us a message stating that this appartment had some issues wiith the boiler and we cannot use it. However, for the same price, we were offered another appartment. The place was clean but dated. Location was nice with plenty of options to eat and drink nearby. Shower didn't work properly. Bedsheets have seen better days.
• João (8/5): Good amenities and comfortable; spacious enough, ideal for a stay for two. - The accommodation had all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including the possibility of preparing meals. Noise from the heating boiler at night; Blinds on the terrace door broken; Blinds on the bedroom ceiling window difficult to handle;
• Popova (10/5): Everything was great - Very cute apartment with great terrace located in a beautiful tiny yard. It was really warm inside even though the weather was cold. Everything was amazing only negative feedback is that there were no hangers for coats.
• Yingbi (9/5): We enjoyed our stay very much. Italian way is very fast responding if we have any questions. The house is a very pleasan - Very quiet neighborhood and close to buses and Metro lines. Walking distances to commercial districts, as well as good restaurants and cafes. House is well equipped with kitchenette and spacious. Sound-proofing was relatively not so well however it is understandable as it sits in a traditional residential buildings. Many keys for different doors, maybe little labels on the keys will help more. Toilet is a bit difficult to flush everything at once, suggest not to throw tissues in the toilet bowl.

I would for sure recommend 👌🏻 Everything was clean and available, and the place itself was charming and close to everything! It was great value for price 👍🏻 The staff was amazing and helpful 👏🏻 Thank you italianway Everything was amazing but if it has to be something maby to provide someone with the keys at the same location and time of arrival to save the trouble of finding the office first and having to give back the keys after. Other than that everything was great!

• Margarita (10/5): quiet beautiful apartments - very beautiful apartments. bedroom and dressing room on the second floor with a balcony, and on the roof there is a private terrace. the apartment is located deep in the courtyards and this is an advantage because it is very quiet. There is a grocery store, tobacco shops and a park around. hot water and temperature inside can be adjusted —

• Sannyok (7/5): Good - The place, quiet. The heater was broken, the temperature inside was 13 celsius, we slept in the clothes. Also there were not hot water and it was no chance to get a shower. The heater was fixed only on the second day after the noon. Clean could be better.
